A few days passed and the divorce process between Nathan and Risty continued until they were both officially divorced.
Nathan is officially widowed after a month of marriage to Risty.
“Nathan why did you take a divorce request from Risty for granted ?” nathan's mother said in the living room as the two of them sat back. “No mother, the girl herself asked for it.” Nathan answered briefly as usual with no expression.
Dahlia, Nathan's mother was very sad once the marriage of her son had to end in one month not because of the luxury of their wedding reception that cost a lot, he said, but because of his status Nathan who now bears the title as a widower.
“Nathan, actually what's the problem between the two of you ?” Dahlia throws the question because she feels that Nathan and Risty's relationship is fine and suddenly ends like this.
“There is no problem at all between us mom.” Nathan did not explain to his mother that he could not fulfill his duties as a husband. In addition to shame, it is not important for him to discuss matters about the bed together with his mother.
To avoid many other questions he immediately came out of the middle room and into his room.
“The child.. from the past keep cool and covered like that.” Dahlia could only shake her head to see Nathan's departure.
News of Nathan's status as a widower spread and was known by many parties including the staff at his workplace.
Some of the staff stared at Nathan's car which had just rolled into the car park.
“Isn't that Mr Nathan's car ? I heard he is now a widower.” said a staff member walking into the office asking his friend. “Yes I also did not expect that news at all. How can if a man as perfect as him ends his marriage in just one month?” other staff responded.
“In my opinion it may be because the wife is less hot or greget that, so that Mr. Nathan is less satisfied.” timpal other staff responded.
“For the director of Alvin.” immediately the staff stopped gossiping and greeting the man then rushed into the office. “hmmh.... early in the morning they had gossiped.” Alvin could only shake his head to see the staff who were still talking about other people.
Alvin continues his steps and he stops when he meets Nathan.
“Hey Nathan you became an artist in this office.” he said approaching Nathan with a smile that Nathan meant as a satire for him. “What do you mean Alvin ?” he answered with a cynical look.
“You must not misunderstand me first. I mean it's true that you're the topic of women's conversation right now in this office.” Alvin pulled him over to talk for a moment. “Oh so, just let them tell me what.” Nathan looks cute and doesn't bother about it at all.
“So why did you divorce Risty ?” Alvin again threw a question.
“I didn't divorce her. She asked for divorce from me.”
“Gosh I don't believe that. Why did he divorce you as a perfect man like this ?” Alvin was surprised to hear an explanation from Nathan, which was completely different from what the women had rumored.
“You already know the problem.” replied Nathan briefly.
“So you have not managed to touch Risty for one month at all?” Nathan just nodded his head expressionlessly looking at Alvin.
“Quiet... Even if you're a widower now, you're still charming. Maybe because that girl is less attractive to you. Nathan next week there's an SMU alumni reunion, maybe you want to come and get acquainted with some other beautiful women ?”
“I don't promise it, can come or not.” Nathan answered coldly as usual and he then changed his friend to immediately enter the office because soon there will be a meeting schedule that will begin in the next few minutes.
