It did not feel like Kosim had been sitting alone for three hours in the living room. His mind cannot be separated from the shadow of monkeys with all the creepy terror. The soul of Kosim is in a traumatic phase so that what he sees often becomes an illusion arising from the fear that dominates his subconscious.
The hour hand has shown at 01.12 wib, Kosim really feels heavy drowsiness. Kosim stepped into his room leaving his coffee cup and cigarette on the table.
The silence of the morning is getting clearer the voices of crickets and earthy toads. It was the first night Kosim slept in his unoccupied home for more than three weeks.
After closing the bedroom door for a moment Kosim stood looking at the faces of Arin and Dede who were asleep in his sleep. Kosim approached the lip of the couch and rubbed Dede's head several times then turned to rubbing Arin's cheeks and kissed his wife and child on the forehead.
"I will take care of you" Kosim said.
Kosim began to lay down his body and pull the blanket to the neck. Unlike the previous three hours his eyes were difficult to close, this time it did not take long Kosim was asleep.
......................
Kosim continued to run as fast as he slipped between the trunk of the big tree, his face looked very frightened. Sometimes she looked back in panic. His breath was wheezing about hunting the wild branches that passed by him.
"Hahahahaha... run where Kosiiim is!!!"
The big voice and pennant was heard echoing throughout the universe making Kosim increasingly afraid to accelerate his run. But the voice suddenly continued to follow him as if near behind him. Kosim looked back again but only darkness was seen, not finding any figure.
"Yahaha..!"
"Yahaha..!"
"Yahaha..!"
"Yahaha..!"
The big voice and sullen reverberated, Kosim increasingly frightened even the sound of laughter that now appears not one but many simple together reverberate throughout the universe. Kosim continued to run indeterminate direction to sneak and jump between the big trees and the wild branches that passed in front of him.
The pain in his feet and body was hit by the scratches of twigs and bushes he did not care. All he thought about was running as far away as possible from the creature that was chasing him but had no idea of its existence.
Kosim looked back again full of eternal, again not found any creature. When his head looked back to the front, a tree crossed his head without him knowing. Inevitably his head directly hit the tree trunk with a landslide making his body slammed down hard.
"Bukkk...!"
Kosim squinted his eyes, grimacing in pain as he grimaced holding his bloody forehead. His head was very painful, his body was sliding under the trunk of a large tree that crossed.
"Yahaha..."
"Yahaha..."
"Yahaha..."
"You will soon be my slave. You'll be my brother, hahahaha...!"
"Simplified..!!! Nooooo...!!! Kosim was screaming hysterically.
Kosim sat inching while raising his head spinning wildly looking for the source of the sound. Suddenly Kosim was surprised instead of playing, his eyes wide open! In front of him was clearly a pair of legs with a very large shape.
Spontaneous Cosim raised his head and saw a very tall and large creature. Samar but his silhouette was formed with a clear pitch black color standing looking down with a glare of sharp eyes towards Kosim still inching away.
"The full...!!! The full...!!! The full...!!!
The big, sullen voice was very painful to Kosim's ears. Kosim covered his ears tightly but still the sound still makes his ears hurt not play.
"Sakiiiit...!!! Sakiiii...!!! Sakiiit...!!!" Kosim was hysterically screaming.
Kosim felt a clap repeatedly on his cheek but Kosim continued to shout, "Tidaaaakkk...!!! Nooooo...!!! Nooooo...!!!
"Sakiiiit...!!! Sakiiii...!!! Sakiiit...!!!" Koshim continued to shout hysterically.
"Maaaat... Wake Mas!"
"Wake up Maasss...!!!"
Kosim jumped out of his sleep hearing a female voice. He sat on the mattress with his breath wheezing with sweat pouring down his forehead to his shirt. His eyes wildly looked around and swept through the entire room. Then fixated when he saw Arin was standing next to the couch, slowly his consciousness began to return.
"Astagfirullahal azdiim." said Kosim covering his face with both hands.
"It's a drink first. The dream, huh? What dreams until the fear so and sweat," said Arin held out a glass.
Kosim immediately drank it up to the big glass water toilet. Kosim just bowed quietly considering his dream is very real and still very attached to his mind.
"What dream?!" Arin repeated his question curiously.
"What time is it?" Reciprocity.
"It's still Sunday morning and it's soon dawn" replied Arin.
Soon after, I heard the sound of azan from the mosque.
"That's right, yuk Fajr Prayers all over Mas" said Arin.
"He-eh" replied Kosim.
Kosim went down from the top of his mattress stepping into the bath to take the wudlu followed by Arin.
Dreams are experiences of the subconscious mind that involve vision, hearing, thoughts, feelings, or other senses in sleep, especially during sleep accompanied by rapid eye movements. Events in dreams are usually impossible to occur in the real world, but sometimes dreams are also a clue or as a warning for someone.
So don't dream...❗
......................
After the dawn prayer Kosim did not return to the room to continue his sleep. He had intended to go to Mahmud's house to tell his dream and ask the meaning behind the dream.
Filling the time waiting for a bright morning, Kosim sat in the living room accompanied by a glass of coffee and cigarettes. His mind again recalled the events in his dream last night that were very creepy. Repeating the events from the beginning like playing a movie, Kosim's memory demands a storyline that suddenly runs like being chased by a creature but does not exist.
One by one he kept on remembering until one word of the creature the shadow of the story stopped. Clearly remembered Kosim the creature said, 'PURNAMA' repeatedly.
"What does it mean with the full moon?!" kosim murmured in the heart.
'The full, the full, the full...' Kosim said it over and over again the word Full as in his dream. His brain thought hard to guess looking for the meaning behind the speech. But remaining deadlocked did not find the answer.
"Oh, maybe it's just a dream!"
Not feeling the morning sun has illuminated the universe along with the sound of earthy chicken crow around the house Kosim. The incoming sunlight warms the living room through the east-facing windows of the house. Kosim stepped up from his seat to take a bath and prepared to leave for Mahmud's house.
......................
On the front porch Mahmud was bathing his beloved Love Bird. Every now and then Mahmud whistled teaching the bird that it was green with the combination of orange and yellow.
Suddenly Mahmud spontaneously turned to the sound of a motorcycle coming towards his house. His face looked at who was coming. Haven't had time to greet him, that person had already said his greetings first.
"Assynoltom..."
"Waalaikum hail.." replied Mahmud with a big smile.
"Dedeeee... Wi... There's a Dede!" Mahmud called his wife.
"Where was Sim, sleeping well last night?" Mahmud.
Kosim and Arin, holding Dede down from the motorcycle, greet her brother-in-law.
"Mak Dewi again pa Mas?" Ask Arin.
"It's like in the kitchen, Rin.." replied Mahmud.
"I go in first, Mas" said Arin immediately stepped into Mahmud's house to meet his brother.
Kosim sat on the terrace facing Mahmud who was bathing Live Bird. He took a cigarette out of his pocket and took it and lit it.
"I called all night and WA didn't answer Mas" Kosim said.
"Well, time? I haven't checked hape. Last night sleeping at tenth hour after Abah Dul and Mang Ali held here," said Mahmud.
"She said there was no you Sim, hehehe.. There is no more fighting said Mang Ali mah, hehehe." Mahmud continued.
Kosim only smiled faintly at Mahmud's words. Just as Kosim was about to say, Arin appeared carrying two cups of coffee from the side porch that were directly related to the kitchen. Kosim also broke it.
"The coffee is Mas" Arin told Mahmud and Kosim then re-entered.
After the death of Arin Kosim immediately conveyed the purpose of his death.
"Mas, I had a strange dream," Kosim said.
