Chapter 108's

"Why are you here, damn it?" ask Inuyasha again. His two golden eyes stared fixedly at Akihiko who was standing in front of the door of Sesshoumaru and Rin's room.

Akihiko did not answer Inuyasha's question. Stepping slowly, the ruler of the southern land walked in calmly.

"Akihiko-sama, why are you here?" ask Rin. A smile filled his face, although in his heart he was quite confused by the sudden appearance of this wolf youkai.

Akihiko remained unanswered, his sky blue eyes only looked at Rin, and although his face was calm, there was concern that surfaced in his heart. Rin was stunned by Akihiko's sudden question, but a moment later a smile filled her pretty face. Staring at his stomach he stroked it slowly. "Yes, Rin is happy."

"Even if your son's father doesn't want it?" ask Akihiko again.

"Eh??" rin, Inuyasha and Kagome together.

"Are you happy even if your child is an unwanted child?" akihiko again. His sky blue eyes stared intently at Sesshoumaru who was still flat-faced staring at him.

"Hey!!!" inuyasha shouted annoyedly, he again unsheathed the tessaiga sword at Akihiko. "You're crazy, huh??!"

Kagome who heard Akihiko's speech went silent in silence did not know what to say. Yesterday Akiko from the east, now Akihiko from the south. Will tomorrow come Takeru from the north and the day after Shui from neutral?—what rumors are actually circulating in the youkai world surrounding Rin's pregnancy??

"Eh??" rin and Kagome exclaimed together again, not understanding why the conversation was getting weird.

Inuyasha was speechless, but the anger in his heart really peaked, as well as disbelief. Yesterday he saw Akiko who wanted to snatch people's husbands, and now—she saw Akihiko who wanted to snatch people's wives and children?—what is with this world?

Rin is confused, she doesn't know what to do to explain the misunderstanding. However, he had not had time to do anything, Sesshoumaru who was behind raised his right hand closed both eyes, while his left hand launched a hikari no muchi attack against Akihiko.

Akihiko quickly leapt back dodging the greenish-yellow light whip coming from Sesshoumaru's fingertips. But, quickly the whip was chasing.

Slightly pressed because of the cramped place, Akihiko then jumped out of the room. Removing kazakiri no kiba from its sheath, straightforwardly, Akihiko then cut the whip. Standing still, his two eyes looked at Sesshoumaru with a grin of anger.

Sesshoumaru also wasted no time. Moving Rin carefully, the inuyoukai ran out of the room. "Jaga Rin, Inuyasha." He told Inuyasha.

"Give it to me!" inuyasha Background. He did not refuse or ignore Sesshoumaru's orders for the first time, even he smiled broadly at him.

"Buyasha!! You should have stopped them!!" kagome shouted in panic mixed with annoyance. If the two daiyoukai continued to fight, then, this palace could be destroyed.

Inuyasha didn't care, in fact, he pretended as if he didn't hear Kagome's words. Turning around, he walked up to Rin who seemed still confused and surprised by what was happening. "You okay, Rin?" tanyanya slow.

"I-inuyasha-sama," call Rin stammering. His two brown eyes looked straight at Sesshoumaru and Akihiko who were fighting ahead. "Rin please! stop Sesshoumaru-sama and Akihiko-sama!"

"Leave it, little Rin." Inukimi's voice suddenly sounded from behind Inuyasha. Not knowing since when, the former ruler of the western land had been in the room. He looked at Sesshoumaru and Akihiko who were fighting with sharp gazes and serious faces.

How dare the wolf come to the western land palace arbitrarily?—lalu, most importantly; how dare he think of seizing his son-in-law and grandson! Inukimi really wants to jump in to attack Akihiko right now.

Rin's screaming voice calling out their names that turned into a cry of pain instantly made all of Sesshoumaru and Akihiko stop beaming and turn their gazes at the human woman.

Sesshoumaru's red eyes immediately returned to gold and grew shocked as the agonized Rin sat down in front of the room door. Both of his hands were holding his stomach, and Inuyasha, Kagome and Inukimi who were surrounding him looked extremely worried.

Not caring for Akihiko at all, Sesshoumaru ran over to Rin. The Inuyoukai immediately crouched down and touched both of Rin's shoulders. His eyes could not hide the fear. "Ri."

"R-rin is fine, Sesshoumaru-sama," Rin replied quickly while breathing heavily. But, even so, there was a faint and resigned smile on his face. "Our son suddenly kicked strong."

Rin's unexpected answer left Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, Kagome and Inukimi speechless.

Then, a moment later, Kagome laughed. The child in Rin's womb is really active and also smart to choose the time—maybe he felt what his mother was worried about, therefore he moved and stopped his father who already wanted to run amok.

Rin smiles at Inukimi and Inuyasha. Slowly, he stroked her slowly. Strong boy—ya! His son would definitely be born as a powerful hanyou.

Sesshoumaru tightened his embrace and buried his face in Rin's neck. "Sesshoumaru will always be there for you both."

Laughing, Rin then nodded her head. The world has changed, as time goes on, changes are happening everywhere, but even so much remains unchanged. Rin was already not the little Rin he used to be, but, Sesshoumaru would still come for him when he called. Therefore, for humans or anyone who wants to kill him and his son—Rin will not be afraid.

Lowering his gaze on Akihiko who was in front of him. Once again, Rin smiled. "Thank you, Akihiko-sama. Thank you for coming all this way to tell Rin."

Living in a world like this, Rin knows, is never easy. Life will never go as smoothly as he wills, obstacles and problems always come unstoppable. Therefore, he must be strong, must be stoic, must—brave.

He will keep running, if he can't run anymore, then he will walk, and if he can't walk anymore, then—dia will crawl.
