Till The End Of Time [Inuyasha Fanfiction ]
Chapter 1

"Shura-gama! Please, stop!" pekai a red-haired fox female youkai is trying to chase after a small youkai in front of him. However, Shura, the little youkai she called, did not want to obey her, she ran as fast as she could, hiding from her nanny.

"Shura-gama! Servant please, come out! Don't hide!" the red-haired youkai peech again. The panic filled his heart, he had lost Shura, the young master he guarded. She did not dare to think about the anger and punishment she would receive from Shura's mother, Akiko-sama if she knew that.

Shura just silently peeked out from her hiding place. He did not want to come out of his hiding place, because he did not want to go back to see his mother. Mother who never loved him. Mother who will only force him to study, study and learn again. Studying for his future, learning to become a ruler like his father, youkai the ruler of the western lands.

Slowly, Shura then moved out of her place when she saw that her nanny had disappeared from view. However, with his keen audience, he could hear that his nanny had asked some of the soldiers within this western land palace to look for her. This heiress from the western lands knew, if things were like that, she would definitely be caught. Hence, without wasting any time, he immediately ran towards the east side of the western land palace.

Yes, Shura knows, she'll be safe there.

The eastern side of the western land palace was a forbidden place. The death penalty was given to anyone who dared to set foot inside. Shura never knew why, and no one dared to answer as she asked, not even her own Mother. Every time he asked Akiko, his mother, he would just shut up with a cold face and blood-red eyes that glowed full of hatred and anger.

Shura did not dare to ask his father, because deep down, he was afraid of him. His father was very scary, his golden eyes were always cold without emotion - unpredictable. His father never loved him. Although it sounds strange, although it looks very wrong, but, in his eyes, he is just a successor - a tool not a child.

Youkai are the most superior creatures in the world. There's no point feeling. Feelings will only make you weak. Feelings will only make you disappear. Youkai are creatures that can live alone.

The words he had always heard flashed through his mind, and he could only clench his hand tightly. Don't feel. He can live alone, even without the love of his Mother, or his Father.

While evading some of the soldiers who were looking for him, Shura finally managed to reach the eastern side of the western land palace. The first thing he saw was a garden. A very beautiful park even though the park looks unmanageable. Sakura trees that have bloomed so beautifully embedded neatly, as well as flower petals in red, yellow, pink, orange and so on. Spring is so felt in this garden.

Enchanted, Shura walked down the garden near the pavilion. He passed through a fish pond, and he could see the shadow of himself that was reflected in the water. Long silver colored hair, white skin, golden colored eyes, crescent moon marks on the forehead as well as a single line of the back on the cheeks. Just one look, anyone would instantly know who he really was, because he was very similar to his father, Sesshoumaru, inuyoukai the ruler of the western lands.

The moment Shura's feet stepped on the eastern pavilion of the western land palace. He realized how beautiful the pavilion was. Built with sturdy wood, beautifully carved and painted in red. This pavilion is the most beautiful pavilion in the western land palace, more beautiful than the pavilion of his Mother and Father. However, the dust and silence that existed made him feel how wrong this place was.

The deeper he entered the eastern pavilion, the more enchanted he became. His legs continued to move until he finally arrived at the door of a room. Shura did not understand why her feet were carrying herself to the room in front of her right now, yet she could feel that there was something inside. Slowly, he opened the shoji door and stepped inside.

The room was quite large, and it was the only clean place in this pavilion. The windows are open until the beautiful garden next to them is clearly visible. Just one look, Shura knew, whoever the owner of this room was, she was a woman. A shamisen of mahogany wood, the longest beautiful painting on the wall, mirrors and an ornamental table full of precious jewels, as well as a white silk kimono patterned with cherry blossoms with a pink obi hanging in the corner of the room - it all explained everything. The only question is; who is that woman?

The room was beautiful. The shamisen, the paintings, the precious jewelry, and the kimono were clearly more valuable than the property of his mother, the woman who gave birth to him, the heir to the western land. His mother who liked luxury, obviously would not let this all lie in this room just like that. So, why is it all here?

An incredible painting

The painting is about one meter in size, painted on canvas fabric that has the best quality. Blue, red, yellow, pink, orange, brown, white fill the painting. However, it was not the use of color in the painting that caught Shura's attention. It was the girl in the painting who grabbed his attention.

The humans.

Shura knew, the girl in the painting was a human. However, the girl was the prettiest creature she had ever seen. The age of the girl was probably around fifteen or sixteen years old. Black hair as the sky without stars, skin as white as snow, nose that sharp, lips and cheeks like red roses, red, big clear brown eyes and shining full of innocence - this human girl was even more beautiful than her Mother who was known as the prettiest youkai in the world.

The girl was sitting hugging a flower under a cherry tree that was blooming beautifully under the blue sky.

A warm and pleasant spring.

That is what is depicted in the painting, but it is not the blue sky, cherry blossoms or flowers in the girl's hand that describe it. The dazzling smile on the girl's bare lips is what describes spring.

Shura then noticed the kimono the girl was wearing in the painting. White kimono with cherry blossoms and the same pink-kimono obi with the kimono in the room where it is located. Likewise with the sakura tree in the painting, it was the sakura tree outside this pavilion. Slowly, Shura then turned her head around.

This room is the girl's room in the painting.

Questions abound in Shura's head. Why would a human have a room in this youkai palace? Why could his famous father so hateful to humans allow this room to exist? But most importantly, who is the girl in this painting?

Shura was very confused, but as her golden eyes looked again at the face of the girl in the painting. The confusion in his heart disappeared. There was warmth, calmness and also the peace he felt as he stared at the smile of the girl in the painting. Slowly, he raised his hand to touch the face of the girl in the painting.

Shura's attention was completely focused on the painting, until she was completely unaware of the pair of gold-colored eyes identical to her that had long been observing her from behind the shoji door that opened in silence.
