Why Breakup?

Why Breakup?
CHAPTER 14: How to be happy

Mentari's steps came to a halt as Angga blocked his path. He went to the right, the man followed, and so on that upset Mentari himself. Especially now that their position is in the office, many are milling around and certainly make them the center of attention.

“Sorry, what's up, yes Angga sir?” mentari asked, he actually wanted to rampage the men if only their position was not in a public space.

Instead of answering, Angga pulled the arm of Mentari, carrying the woman without saying anything. Mentari was surprised, rebellious but could not do anything because Angga continued to force him. No violence, but there is coercion. And, Mentari is already in Angga's car at the moment.

Mentari looked at Angga annoyed, snorting at the fact that the man. “What the hell are you! I'm going out!” Mentari tried to open the car door, but could not because Angga had locked it. “Bukain, no? Angga!”

“Install seatbelt, don't forget.”

Mentari was bluffing irritably, he put up a fast safety belt as Angga's car drove. He looked at the man back, “You're all right, Angga? Pull me in the office and now you're taking me somewhere. You know, what you're doing, I'm gonna have to do it too. Surely people will talk to us, me in particular.”

“I don't care what they say and you don't have to think about their talk, it doesn't matter.”

Mentari rolling lazy eyeballs, “You're good at that. You're the boss and no one can talk bad about you. Whereas, me? Just an ordinary employee, it's sure ugly talk will spread everywhere later.”

Angga was silent, not chiming in the grunts of Mentari. He stayed focused on driving his car. Until the sound of Mentari's cell phone rang making the woman quickly raised the call.

“Hallo, Mr. Sur. I—”

Not finished talking, but Angga first snatched Mentari's phone. “She's coming with me—Iya—Thank you.” Angga turned off the call.

Mentari was increasingly upset with the arbitrary behavior of Angga. “Angga, really nice you. Turn my phone around! Here!” Mentari tries to snatch her phone in Angga's hands, but the man keeps her out of his reach.

“From silence, I'm driving.” again

“Yaudah, turn on my phone!”

“Yaudah, later.”

“Angga! You tuh—”

Mentari squealed as Angga slammed the steering wheel, he gaped at her with a heartbeat that was not due to what had just happened. Angga looked back, making sure there were no casualties.

Angga breathed a sigh of relief, “Untung aja no other vehicles.” Angga leaned his back and turned to Mentari who was still silent. “You anyway, Tar. I said shut up, ngeyel. Fortunately there is no other vehicle, if there can be danger, our accident.” snorted Angga.

Mentari stared intently at Angga as the man blamed her. It is wrong, continue to force when Angga is driving. But, much more wrong Angga because what he did was also the man was the cause. “I also won't kayak last time if you return my phone.”

“Yes, I said later. You are the one who maksa.”

“Yaudah, here flip!”

“Nggak.”

See, even Angga managed to make Mentari hypertensive early in the morning. Mentari folds his hands in front of his chest, throwing his face away. “Nyebelin!” upset Mentari, he chose to stare at the side of the car glass.

Angga fell silent, neutralizing everything. He immediately pulled over his car, leaving Mentari with his annoyance for a while.

“Sini!” Angga pulled Mentari to face him, but she refused. But, not Angga if not force. Slowly drawn Mentari's face to look at him, clucking softly when he saw the blood coming out of the woman's forehead. “Tuh, it's bleeding.”

“Apaan anyway!” upset Mentari, she grimaced as Angga touched her forehead.

Angga showed blood in his fingers that came from Mentari's forehead.

Mentari was surprised because he did not feel pain before, if only Angga had not touched the wound.

“Sini, treat first.”

Mentari brushed off Angga's hand, “No need, I can do it myself.”

“I don't care.” Angga opens the dashboard drawer, takes the P3K box.

“No need, Ga.”

Anga and stubborn head can not be separated. He still cleans Mentari's wounds even though the man continues to reject her. He grimaced softly, as if feeling pain over the wound on Mentari's forehead. Patently, he cleans up also treats the woman's wounds. Mentari could only remain silent now, staring fixedly at Angga.

Angga finished treating and sticking plaster on the wound Mentari, the woman was still beautiful in her eyes despite the adorned plaster on her forehead.

“I'm sorry, you gini.” lirih Angga, he stared at the bead of Mentari's eyes which lately often looked at him sharply. The leaflet in his heart, was still the same. Especially their position this close. Hopefully Mentari can hear that conversation.

The mentor realized, he immediately threw away his face. “Still.”

Angga gave a rough sigh, everything is not okay. He pulled away, sitting as before in his chair.

To be honest, being in this position really hurts. When there is still love, deep attention, while the reality is all different. Their relationship is no longer the same. The sun wipes away the tears in the corner of his eye.

“Where are you going to take me, Ga?” ask Mentari, no more angry or upset tone. The woman resigned.

***

“Still remember this place?”

Mentari did not immediately reply, he was still glued for a while. Angga turned his head, looked at the silence of Mentari, he smiled knotfully.

“This place is a witness to our relationship and every year we never absent to this place, must always be here. Especially on important dates.” Angga smiled back, he stared at the expanse of the ocean before his eyes. “You remember right, Tar now what date?”

Mentari remember.

It felt like something was stifling in his chest, just swallowing his own saliva was hard, even for normal breathing it felt heavy.

“Tar, you remember right?” ask Angga again when Mentari is still silent.

Mentari blinked her eyes, she shook her head slowly. “Why do you think it is, Ga? This attitude of yours hurts me.”

Angga frowned, “Nyakitin? How do I hurt you?”

Mentari looked at Angga with her teary eyes. But the one being looked at looks confused.

“That's how many times I said you were like me, we don't have any relationship anymore. We're not dating, you're not my boyfriend, I'm not your girlfriend.” Mentari. “We are no one else, Ga.” shrewd Mentari, he looked down. “How should I explain to you, what other ways should try.”

“Udah how many times also I said that we are not broken up. Yesterday, all you said was because you were angry and I didn't agree with your decision. So, our status is still the same, Tar. You're still my girlfriend and so am I.” Angga smiled widely, he grabbed Mentari's hand. “And, I've prepared something for you to make our anniversary now. Come!”

When Angga pulled Mentari, the woman was silent which made Angga turn back to face him.

“You love me?” tanya Mentari lirih's.

“Of course, I love you, I love you so much.”

“Yaudah, don't believe me. If you think it's gini, it really hurts me, Ga. Where is the love you mean then.”

Angga stared fixedly at Mentari, the two stared at each other softly.

“I can't if I have to break up with you, Tar. I can't do it without you, you're everything to me. And, I don't want to see you as any other guy besides me.”

“Yaudah, take me seriously!”

Seeing the silence of Angga makes Mentari smile cynically. “Let me be happy, without you. And, you should also be happy, without me.”

“How can I be happy without you, while you are happy I.”
