Why Breakup?

Why Breakup?
CHAPTER 19: Eye to Heart

The two of them were immediately stunned when they accidentally passed each other in a hand wash. Coincidentally the place is full so that makes them have to queue with others. Time stopped spinning and focused only on them. Clumsy, awkward and confused, all the feelings they feel.

“Eat here too, Tar.”

Angga who started the conversation, Mentari glanced at the man through the tail of his eyes. Mentari nodded, “Iya, Sir.” Mentari replied.

Angga pulled the corner of his lips, “No need to call me sir. We are again outside the office, again not working hours as well, so do not need to be too formal so.” said Angga, he stepped forward when the person in front of him finished washing his hands. “You first, Tar.” Angga.

Mentari shook her head, “You first aja.”

Coincidentally, the person in front of Mentari was also finished. As a result, the two of them simultaneously washed their hands, side by side. And, strangely enough, the two of them are now living.

“Our relationship is done and that's your will.”

Mentari.

“But that doesn't mean we're like strangers, Tar. You behave like me, and so do I. So, do not be awkward especially formal like that, especially if we are outside.”

Mentari just nodded. He quickly finished washing his hands, rushing to dry his hands to immediately leave the Angga. “In advance, yes.” said Mentari, he rushed and instead he almost fell if only Angga did not quickly catch his body.

They were silent, looking at each other with a view that was difficult to interpret. Again and again, time seems to stop spinning and it is precisely the memory of the past that rotates in their minds.

Flashback On~

“Ih, I told you it was spicy. Ngeyel hell lo!”

Mentari who was still wearing the attributes for the time of Ospek—PKKMB, he laughed softly at how Ayumi who was spiciness. Their hands are still dirty because of food, they happen to eat using their hands. Fried chicken dicocol to sambal brought Mentari prepared by the woman's mother.

“My lips so jontor gini know,”

The mentari laughed again. Too late with their chatter and laughter, so they do not pay attention to the streets, especially Mentari. As a result, accidentally when turning towards the hand washing area, Mentari hit someone.

“Yes!”

Mentari rounded his eyes perfectly, surprised when his dirty hand accidentally touched the shirt of someone he hit. Moreover, the shirt worn is light in color, in contrast to the stains caused by the Mentari hands.

“Sorry, brother. I accidentally.”

Mentari did not dare to look at the person who was hit by him, he looked anxiously at Ayumi, asking for help from the woman.

“Can the right way? If the road looks the way, focus, do not mostly chat that is not clear, even laugh so.” Mentari lowered her head deeply, she nodded obediently hearing the scolding from the person she hit. “See, if you're already convinced. Who's in the wrong? Lo. And, who's losing? I´m. My shirt got dirty gini.”

“Iya, sis, sorry.” great-granddaughter Mentari, she's really scared. On her college journal list, she was determined not to make trouble with anyone.

“Keep, if you're already convinced. How's it? Lo can what?”

“I can clean, brother. I'm responsible, I clean up brother's shirt.”

A snort came from that person and Mentari still lowered her head deeply, not daring to look up to see that person.

“Modus turns.”

Mentari glanced at Mentari, frowning in confusion who was also slashed by Ayumi. “What mode?” mentor's great-grandson, he's confused.

“Lo is not the first girl to do this so that it can be close to me. So, this lo way does not work at all.”

“But, I'm not mode. I was unintentional and willing to take responsibility. Uda, that's aja.”

“Dan, you think I believe?”

Mentari shook her head, “I don't ask you to believe, you don't want to. But, I'm really sorry, actually accidentally hit.” Mentari ventured to look up, looking at the person he hit. He looked at the person, staring at the eyes that were staring at him sharply. “Sorry, yes, sis.”

***

“Eh, Mentari!”

Mentari circulated his gaze, looking for who called his name. And, when he only found one person here, he frowned confusedly. Trying to convince yourself if it's true that person called his name.

“Eh, how come he nyamperin me anyway.” The mentor actually stepped back as the person walked up to him.

Strange, but Mentari was scared when he got closer to her. Reflexes he instantly turned around, walking briskly even to the point of running to dodge the person. Mentari thought the person would just leave or not care and let Mentari go, but he did not. The man was chasing Mentari. A chase happens between them.

“Eh, where are you going!”

“Gak everywhere kok, sis.”

“Continue why do you run?”

Mentari shook her head, “Lah, just want to run. Anyway, why brother?”

“Pura-pretake what is real bego?” The sun snorted in his heart, he became annoyed. “Gue calls you, instead of stopping instead of running.”

“I don't think I am,”

“Only on our campus whose name is Mentari how many? 10? People are obviously just strange names, lo doang. So, if it's not lo who I call, who else.”

Mentari is really upset, “Iya, sorry. So, what's up, sister?”

“Nih!” The Mentari frowned as the man thrust his clothes at him. “Lo says, you want responsibility right? Wash my clothes that are dirty because of you. Take.”

Mentari staring at the man, “Say doesn't want.”

“Dan, now I want. So...” Mentari's hand was drawn, put on the shirt that the man was carrying. “... Take his shirt and you wash it. Don't want to know this afternoon must be dry, clean, fragrant and neat. Want me to use it directly.”

“Kok this afternoon sis? Kan—”

Not finished Mentari protest, the man had already turned to walk away.

“Find me on the basketball court, if I'm not there. Ask the same people there. Angga, that's my name.”

Mentari grunted angrily, staring at the departure of the Angga. “Duh, make a job anyway.” Mentari glanced at the clock on his wrist. “Yeah, 2 hours left? Must hurry this mah.” The mentari hastened away.

***

“Ih, serious lo? I'll take it, yuk! Uh, but I don't want to go see the guy, yeah. I saw it from far away. Okay?”

Mentari nodded, tightly hugged Ayumi's shoulder and looked seriously at the woman. “Still, yes... I watched from far away thank you very much. Presumably, if something happens there are lo who become his eyewitness.”

Ayumi chuckles at him, she pats Mentari's cheek gently. “Lebay, ah. Yuk yudah, yuk buruan. Let nothing happen.”

“Iya. Come!”

They rushed to the place that Angga had intended. Luckily Mentari can find a laundry place that can be finished quickly.

“Mana, yes?” Mentari searched for the whereabouts of Angga, circulating his gaze looking for the man.

“It wasn't a heck?”

“Iya..”

“Yaudah, sono!”

Mentari shook his head slowly, “Ngeri no heck, Yu? Tuh people mgeliatin me so much, his gaze sharp pisan ih.”

“Makanya, so as not to be stared at sharply again. You hurry up samperin tuh people now. Booth!”

“Yu—”

“Udah, already, sono, sono!”

Mentari stepped slowly towards Angga, unceasingly turning to look at Ayumi to make sure that the woman did not leave and was still monitoring there. Many times Ayumi cheered through the movement of her mouth as well as her hand which was only embraced by Mentari.

Mentari climbed the stairs, approaching Angga who was struggling with his cellphone. Not yet had Mentari issued his voice, Angga had already looked up and made Mentari surprised instead of playing when the man suddenly moved. And, due to his surprise made Mentari so lost balance. If only Angga did not quickly pull the hand of Mentari, maybe the woman has fallen now.

And, like the scenes in fiction that Mentari often read. The scene happened in his life. Time that stopped feeling right happened. Staring at each other's eyes, their palpitations felt just because of the gaze.

Off~ Flashback

The sun quickly stood up straight, awkwardly confirming his clothes. Even his agitated gaze shifted to any direction.

“Sorry, I first.” said Mentari, rushing away from the presence of Angga who can now only stare at the woman's departure without intending to prevent it.

“And still the same Tar, even I fell in love again with you just because of our eyes. My heart fell again to you.”
