Why Breakup?

Why Breakup?
CHAPTER 22: Jealousy

Prok... Prok... Prok...

The applause filled the hall that was instantly silent for a moment when the art show was finished playing out. A wide smile and a proud look were clearly shown on his face. And, the next second, a standing ovation filled the hall for the show.

Mentari tried to neutralize his breathing which was still hunting heavily due to the stage action he had just done. He and his team soon gathered, hand in hand, bowing together as a thank you for the appreciation given by the audience for the show they brought until finally the curtain was closed making them rush out of the stage to take turns with the other team.

“Yes Allah... Really did not expect I just appeared in front of campus children who are asking for forgiveness.”

“Eh, crazy, I'm really afraid of the wrong dialogue earlier.”

“I just forgot the dialogue, fortunately for Rangga can be immediately improved. It's still the same story.”

“Ah... We are very proud to be able to perform this drama in front of many people. Proud...roof!”

Mentari smiled widely, she was just as happy as her other friends.

“From!”

The mentor turned his head, widening his smile even more to see who was calling his name. “Eh, I was there first, yes.” Mentari pointed at Angga with a movement of his head. Clearly, a seductive smile was immediately shown by his friends.

“Iya, yes, have met sono ayang bebnya. Just say thank you, yes thank you for applause for us, where first again. That means so much to know.”

Mentari nodded, “Iya, yes. I went there first, yeah.” Mentari immediately sauntered away, approaching Angga who smiled broadly at him.

“Because proud of my girlfriend, great.” Angga patted gently the top of Mentari's head with one hand, while his other hand was behind his body, hiding the flowers he brought for his lover.

Mentari smiled more and more, she was really happy, her mood was happy. “Still, yes. I thought you weren't here, because I didn't see you in the front row.” Mentari was initially sad, yet she chuckled. “Eh, it turns out you exist. In fact, thank you for the first applause again.”

“My girlfriend performed her first theater, yes I did not come. Very nasty.”

“No, you also did not come because of work. So, no problem actually, I understand kok.”

“Yes, yes, my boyfriend knows the guy. But you are my priority. So, I chose you over my job. After all, I work also in the company of Papa, can whispers to ask for free hours bentar.”

Mentari chuckled, he hit Angga's arm slowly. “Basic.”

Angga laughed, he immediately showed me the bouquet of flowers he was carrying. “Red lightning for you that managed to make me amazed at its premiere.”

The mentari received a smiling flower, clucking in admiration. “Such beautiful flowers.” praise Mentari, he looked up to look at Angga and again looked in admiration of the flower.

“It is, as beautiful as the person she receives.” Mentari blushed in shame. “Oh, yes. There is one more gift from me as my appreciation for you.”

Mentari frowning, “What?”

Angga did not immediately answer, he embraced Mentari's shoulder and invited the woman to go to a special room for the women's theater team. Curious mentari just follow, ask for free because Angga answers are the same, ‘Later you know’.

“Ga?” Mentari gaped, staring in disbelief at the nodding Angga.

“You and your friends will be tired, hungry, and abis appeared earlier. So, yes, I took the initiative myself to bring a lot of food. Actually just wanted to bring it for you. But, since I'm very kind.” Mentari snorted, while Angga chuckled. “... So, I brought it to your friends too. Gitu.”

Mentari clucked, he could not refuse because it would be useless.

Stared at his gentle Angga, “Still, yes.”.

“Cene?”

Mentari shook her head, “I'm this damn dry, smelly.”

“Mana no.” Angga immediately hugged Mentari, moving slowly their bodies. “I love you, so much!”

Mentari blinked her eyes as her body felt shaken slowly, she slowly opened her eyes and instantly discovered the existence of Ayumi beside her who was looking at her anxiously.

“Tar, you gakpapa? Does anyone get sick or do you feel what?”

Mentari shook his head even though he still felt a sense of dizziness. “Gue can be here?” mentari asked confusedly, he grimaced softly.

“Gue was able to chat, he said you fainted and brought here. Hurry me here, I'm afraid you why-napa.”

Mentari smiled in a knot, gently rubbing the back of Ayumi's hand that tightly grasped her hand. “Gue is ok, I am fine.” Mentari tried to calm Ayumi who looked very anxious. “But, who brought me here?”

“Gue don't know. When I arrived, there was no one.”

Mentari immediately fell silent, he became curious who brought him here. What was the guy he hit earlier? But, who? Mentari wondered, but his heart was expecting a name. Goslings.

“Do not challenge the tender yesterday succeeded and I just love your team appreciation, other work so let go of it, abandoned and not finished. Though it is very clear, the deadline is staying tomorrow doang.”

Mentari who became the person in charge of the project that he and his team should have completed could only silently bow down, letting Angga let out his frustration. After all, Mentari also felt it was his fault, so there was no defense whatsoever that he could issue out of the anger of his superiors.

Angga clucked at the silence of Mentari. “I again talk to you, Mentari.” said Angga firmly that makes Mentari look up to look at him now, his face looks serious.

“I'm sorry, Sir. But I make sure that everything is done tomorrow. So, you don't have to worry.”

“How can I trust your words?”

Silent for a moment, their eyes stared at each other deeply. There was a deep meaning to the gaze of the two.

“Bapak knows me, I am not a person who will take responsibility for granted. So, I beg your understanding and trust that tomorrow everything will be finished.”

Back, the silence again created.

“You're overtime then!”

Unable to resist, Mentari nodded. “Good, Sir. If there is nothing to talk about, I give permission. Want to finish my work immediately.”

The nod from Angga made Mentari nod slowly, he immediately turned around intending to leave the Angga room. However, his steps came to a standstill again as the man called out his name.

“You're sick, huh? Your face is pale.”

Hearing the question made Mentari disappointed, it turned out his hope was lost. It wasn't Angga who helped her when she fell unconscious this afternoon.

“I don't know, sir. Excuse me.”

Mentari immediately sauntered away, leaving Angga who could only silently stare at the woman's departure. Mentari's steps stopped when he passed Amita who was about to enter the room Angga.

“Hai, Dance. Just met Angga, huh?” Amita warmly greeted Mentari who was actually replied otherwise.

Just with a nod and a smile that seemed forced, Mentari returned the greeting. “Excuse me, yes.” Mentari replied, waltzing away with her flat face leaving Amita who looks surprised to get such a response.

“It was cold,” said Amita, she spread her shoulders indifferently.

Meanwhile, Mentari cursed himself who could have behaved like that. He got into the elevator, pissed. “Apaan anyway, Mentari. Like a child, I don't remember the age. Time just because he was close to Angga, you so act like a cold. Very childish!”

Mentari smiling wryly, “Jealous, it turns out I'm still jealous.”
