Ep.33 - New Case

Time passed so quickly, the day changed continuously without feeling. The sun that usually always shines brightly, has not shown its rays for a long time. Lately, cloudy always decorate the sky every morning. Same with Mentari who feels that way. It's hard to go back to how it used to be.

“Eh, seriusan it news?”

“Where is it possible anyway? Yes, time yes. Pak Angga is that?”

“Do not bother. Hoax that time news.”

And, this is where Mentari is today. In front of Angga who was still silently glued without looking at him, the man lowered his head. For a while no one opened their voice let alone started a chat, silence was long enough to be created in a room that only had the two of them. A room that was completely unfamiliar and they never imagined if they could exist and sit here.

“You believe, Tar?”

Angga opened his voice, he asked weakly. However, not yet daring to look at Mentari, he was unprepared for the disappointed look that Mentari might have shown for something that even he himself did not do. Do not do it, intend or think it is not.

Mentari did not answer, still silently looking at Angga. However, Angga did not let out his voice again, the man went back to silence.

Mentari shows her smile, “I believe you, Ga. There is no way you do it.” said Mentari who made Angga amazed.

“You believe?” Mentari.

Just silence with an unbelievable look that Angga can show for the recognition Mentari gave. “Why?” ask Angga.

“Why can you believe that I'm not involved in the embezzlement case, while everyone even my family believes, Tar. Papa equally mother, even Bella seems to believe the same it all.”

Mentari fell silent, he did not know what to explain when the Angga family did not believe. However, he remained in his belief that Angga could not do such a thing.

“I'm sure, your family also certainly does not believe in the case that now ensnare you.”

Angga let out a rough sigh, he quickly reached for Mentari's hand and grasped it which made Mentari surprised by what she was doing.

“Ga..”

Mentari pulled her hand, “Ga, this has nothing to do with our relationship. After all, before this case ensnared you too, our relationship was finished.”

Angga smiled wryly, he showed his weakness. “So, you mean you'll keep going after me? That?”

“But, you will still leave me.”

Angga stood up, showing an expressionless look on his face. “Mending now you're home, Tar.”

Mentari sighed softly, “Ga... Come onl. Don't think gini.”

Angga did not care, he turned his body stepping away leaving Mentari who was only able to sigh violently at the departure of Angga with disappointment.

Mentari was quite surprised to hear that, he did not think that the Angga family would just take their hands off when there was a problem with their son.
