Why Breakup?

Why Breakup?
Ep.39: Disappointing Facts

“So far, there is no strong evidence that can prove if Angga is framed. Many facts are also evidence that actually further corroborates the allegations if Angga is indeed related or involved in this major corruption. So, the chances of Angga to be detached from this case, are small. If yes, Angga will still be hit by a verdict.”

Mentari still clearly remembered with the words that Pak Aryo said about the Angga case. And, because of that also a smile was not also created on his lips, although he had to keep showing that smile to Angga who slowly began to accept the presence of Mentari.

“True to my guess, it turns out you.”

Mentari looked up, he smiled knots at Angga who came still with a prisoner's shirt approaching him. Now there are only the two of them, facing each other and throwing a gaze.

“How are you doing, Ga?” mentari asked, he cannot lie, he is sad now.

Angga smiled, “Padahat yesterday we just met, but you still ask me news.”

“Fear you're not good today.”

“I'm good, as you can see.”

Mentari is grateful for that. He pushed slowly the lunch box he brought, “I brought lunch for you, definitely have not eaten, right?” guess the Mentari is definitely right.

Angga unceasingly commented on the smile, he looked at the lunch box and the giver took turns. “Still, yes.” said Angga who is a Mentari. “I ate, hungry.”

Mentari was only able to look at Angga who was so greedy to enjoy the food he brought. Whether he had lunch that he brought to Angga since the man entered the bars and Mentari never absent doing it, maybe until later when the verdict for Angga was given, he said, he'll keep doing this.

“Why you, Tar?”

The mentor gasped, smiled clumsily and rubbed the itchy end of his eyebrows. He shook his head slowly, “Gak papa really. How, Ga? Cute?”

Angga nodded, “Naklah. Cuisine where there has been a failure.” praise Angga, Mentari just smile.

“Tomorrow what else to bring?”

Angga shook his head, “Didn't know.” Angga said, he received a bottle containing juice that Mentari brought as well, sipping it several times. “Oh, yes, office how is it?”

The sun looked down, staring at his endless cluttered fingers. “Obviously, not much has changed.” said Mentari, he looked up at Angga.

“Although I'm not there?”

Mentari.

“Set as long as I'm not around. Who changed my position? Papa might intervene, but certainly not handle everything himself. So, who took my job?”

Mentari did not answer, just remained silent and looked down more which made Angga frown.

Mentari did not dare to look up, he was hiding tears that he could not bear since. Angga moved, approached Mentari and slowly raised the woman's chin. How surprised Angga was when he saw the tears of the woman who was slowly flowing.

“You why cry?”

Mentari did not answer, he hugged Angga and shed his tears. Angga was even more surprised, but let the woman cry in his arms.

“Tar..”

“I'm sure you're not wrong, Ga. But, why is there no hard evidence that can make you free from these accusations.” Mentari sobbed, he did not want to see Angga should be punished for a mistake that the man did not do. “Why, Ga? Why?”

Angga immediately gasped when he knew the reason Mentari was crying was him. He never thought Mentari would be. Swallowing his saliva violently, Angga let out his voice. “Why do you believe me so much, Tar? I'm human, I might be wrong too.”

“But, you can't do that, Ga. I'm sure I believe in you. And I don't want you to be in jail for a mistake you didn't make. I'm not willing, I'm not sincere, Ga. No, I don't want you in jail, Ga. I don't want to..”

Angga was really made speechless, even he was pensive for a moment. Should he question the sincerity of Mentari's words, whereas he himself could feel that sincere feeling. And, he should be grateful to be able to love and be loved by women like Mentari. I don't know, there's still love in her heart for her. Clearly, he shouldn't have wasted Mentari. Ought to.

***

“Proven? If Mentari is still with you when you are down like gini. He does not leave you, even he continues to defend you, there is no doubt that he shows for you. Though clearly the corruption case that now ensnare you is just a lie aja.”

Prangs!

Instantly the goodie bag containing the empty lunch box brought by Mentari fell just like that, making the two people who were talking looked surprised at Mentari who was clearly showing disappointment.

“Tari,” murmured Angga, he went to stand fast, surprised to see the existence of Mentari who is still here. Obviously, the woman had been gone since.

It seemed, Mentari's eyes were heating up now, she slowly did so on the disappointing fact that she had just heard, a bitter smile she showed before she finally chose to turn around.

Angga hurriedly chased after Mentari, wanting to explain the misunderstanding that had just been created. Meanwhile, Papanya Angga was only able to sigh in anger, silently letting the young people solve the problems he created actually.

“Tar! Shocked me first!”

Mentari heeded his ears, he went straight into his car, ignoring Angga who kept asking him to open the door and talk. There is an explanation that must be listened to, but at this time it feels not the right thing. Because right now, Mentari was feeling disappointment over the fact he had just heard.

Angga lying.

Mentari cried remembering that, rushed forward his car leaving Angga who still continues to pursue him, but finally invisible while at a crossroads. Tears of disappointment accompanied Mentari's trip this time.

How can you lie? Making a play that is so painful Mentari felt. How the man did so only for a certainty that even Angga should not have doubted.
