Why Breakup?

Why Breakup?
CHAPTER 25: Resign Letter

People come and go. Some stay and some choose to leave. However, what happens if you do not want to go, but are reluctant to also settle down.

“Serious nih lo want ngajuin resign now?”

Ayumi unceasingly asked Mentari, continuing to ascertain what decision the woman would make.

Mentari nodded, “Iya.”

“Kok really fast, Tar? The new feeling yesterday you only have a plan doang. This is suddenly ready letter aja.”

“Faster, better right?”

“What's faster, better?” Vanya who had just come directly hoarded when there was something that made him confused and curious, plus the look on the faces of Mentari and Ayumi who looked very serious made Vanya more curious.

Vanya took over sitting next to Mentari, taking an open envelope containing a letter. “This is what, Tar?” asked Vanya, she glanced at Ayumi and Mentari who still did not answer her question.

“Surat resign me.”

“Resign?” Vanya was surprised to hear that. “Lo want to resign? Why?”

Mentari took a sip of his drink, he shook his head slowly. “Gakpapa, want to resign aja.” replied Mentari who did not make Vanya satisfied.

“No, there can't be no reason, there must be.” Vanya looked at Ayumi, asking for an explanation but was instead reciprocated by the woman's sluggish headband. “Why the hell, Tar lo want to resign? Is it because your relationship with Pak Angga has been completed?” that's all that came to mind when Vanya knew if Mentari would resign.

Mentari let out a rough sigh, she restored her hair. Stared alternately Ayumi and Vanya, “Despite my relationship with Angga, I want to resign from the company.”

“But, Tar. Lo tuh—”

Mentari raised his palm, he got up from his seat. “Gue first, yes.” said Mentari while carrying a resignation letter that he had prepared beforehand.

Ayumi turned her eyes away, while Vanya frowned confusedly and annoyedly staring at Mentari's departure. Another case with Mentari who has stepped away with his leisure out of the cafeteria.

Mentari's step stopped when he accidentally hit someone while at a crossroads. He grimaced softly and immediately rushed to pick up his resignation letter lying on the floor, yet another hand quickly picked up the letter.

“So—rry.”

Just seeing who was hit by him alone had made Mentari have to sigh violently, a sense of laziness immediately overtook him just like that. Even so with the person who has snorted annoyed and stared cynically Mentari.

“Why in this vast world I should always be met the same lo anyway?”

Mentari raised her eyebrows, staring at Amelia who was the one she hit or maybe the one who hit her. “Lo come to the place where I work. So, do not rule out the possibility that you will be met with me. If you are lazy to see me or do not like, do not come here.”

Amelia smiled widely and was sickening in the eyes of Mentari. “And, unfortunately I will still come here, want lo there or not. After all, I don't want to be away from Angga just because I don't want to see lo.”

Mentari put on his flat face, “Then that is, you do not need to protest a lot if you meet me. Know?”

Mentari withstood his frustration, “Nyebelin know no heck lo!”

“Lo the far away! From the past until now, I never could not get blood every time I see lo!”

Mentari shook his head in disbelief, “Gue does not understand you. Even I do not admit anything that you lose, I also never mess around, let alone the same lo. But, you always bestow all the same mistakes I.” The sun is squinting his eyes. “Mel, you are not bored or strange so angry with me without cause? You can be considered crazy for being angry for no reason, not clear!”

Amelia gaped, she smiled cynically. “Lo says you don't bother me? Hellows... Realize not really lo? Since you came to Angga's life, you've lost me a lot! The position I should have been in, you took it, you took that position. And, you still assume that you don't bother me? Crazy lo!”

“Gue never grab or take a lo position or anyone's position. So, it's strange that you hate me just because I took a position that no one even took before. In fact, you were none of his Angga before.”

“Iya! I'm not a nobody Angga. But, if you are not present in our lives, in the life of Angga. I will be an escort Angga, not just lo!”

Mentari was silent for a while before she finally smiled and laughed discordantly. “Lo blames me for something you can't find. Lo turn me because you can not be the same Angga, while here we know that Angga does not put the same heart lo.” Amelia growled in annoyance. “Gue pity you, Mel. Can not be a person who can accept the situation, you are too often protesting for many things just because it is not in accordance with your expectations, but obviously it is a good thing, he said, maybe even better. But, you can't accept it and just blame it all. You never want to lose, you want to win by yourself. Pity me equally lo, can not know how it feels sincere and sincere.”

Amelia pointed her index finger, staring intently at Mentari. “Lo don't know anything about me.”

“Gue doesn't know much about you. But, look from your attitude so far, I so little know how you kayak.”

“Shut!”

“No! I won't shut up. I've been quiet all this time with the same attitude and treatment. I am tired of being silent. And, at times you should be talked like gini, so that you are aware of the same attitude you hurt others.”

Amelia could no longer retaliate, but she was prepared to slap Mentari, but she was arrested sooner.

Mentari reviewed her smile, still clutching Amelia's arm. “Do not play slap-slap, not era. Pity also your hands, my cheeks too, pain later.” Mentari threw Amelia's hand. He took his resignation letter in the woman's hand. “Yaudah, I unplug first, yes.” Mentari said as she sauntered away leaving Amelia and the woman's anger.

“Gue will reply you, Mentari!”

***

“What!?”

Mr. Surya nodded, “Betul, Sir. Mentari just submitted a letter of resignation to me.” said Mr. Surya, he repeated his previous remarks.

Angga looked back at the resignation letter, read it and convinced it was true that Mentari had resigned. “Why, he give me what reason?” asked Angga, he did not accept and did not like the decision that Mentari took unilaterally.

Mr. Surya shook his head, “Lent on for no specific reason, sir. He just said that he wanted to resign from the company.”

Angga snorted softly, he roughly put down the letter. “Call Mentari now to my room.”

Mr. Surya nodded, got up from his seat and immediately waltzed away to execute orders from his superiors. Whereas, Angga was still sitting in his place, staring straight ahead with obvious vexation.

“You're messing with me, Dance!”
