“What do you mean?”
Mentari frowned, looking at the confused Angga sitting before him with a look of vexation that was clearly implied on the man's face. “That is, Sir?” ask Mentari.
Angga did not immediately answer, he put Mentari's resignation letter in front of the woman. Mentari who was confused immediately understood why Angga was acting like this to him. He should have known and not need to be confused or surprised because Mr. Surya will definitely give his resignation letter to Angga.
Mentari was silent for a moment, sighed violently and looked back at Angga. “I'd like to resign, Sir.”
“Why? Why did you suddenly resign?” Angga leaned his body. “You do not forget how long you have worked here and there is a possibility for you to rise because of it.”
The mentor nodded, he understood. “I know and understand, Sir. But my decision is unanimous. I want to resign.” Mentari was convinced of his decision.
“Let me reason why I have to acc your letter.”
“I feel I am working not in my field and I want to deepen again the ability I have for later I develop.”
“What company does not provide a container for each individual his developing?” Angga asked Mentari, next to her eyebrows raised. “I think the company has provided a platform and mediator to develop each individual interest and talent. So, I think the reason you gave it was just a fabrication.”
Mentari silent down, “I'm sorry, sir. But, my decision remains the same.” Mentari looked up, looking at Angga who was looking at him fixedly. “I want to resign.”
The mood changed instantly. The attitude between superiors and subordinates changes instantly. Angga's eyes can not be seen in the eyes of Mentari.
“What because our relationship is finished which is the reason you want to resign.”
“Sorry, Sir. But,—”
“Iya?”
Mentari did not want to dodge anymore, he nodded at last. “Iya, one of them is.” replied Mentari, Angga's changed attitude made Mentari also do so.
Angga's forehead shriveled deeply, his eyes already squinting at Mentari. “You said we should behave like a boss and an ordinary employee, we should be professional.” Angga smiled sinisterly, he raised his chin. “But, look now at you? Just because our relationship is finished, you want to resign from the company.”
“But, this is for our good, Angga.”
“Keep us or your kindness?”
Mentari gulped roughly his saliva, he heaved a heavy sigh and stood up. “Terserah, Ga. The point is I want to resign.” break up Mentari, he turned around intending to leave the room Angga.
Angga rushed quickly, locking the door of his room to make Mentari not leave. He looked at the annoyed woman who was also looking at him thus.
“What the hell are you, Ga?”
“You are what! Our business is not done and you want to go?”
“What other business?” Mentari shook his head slowly, “I've decided if I want to resign. What else is unfinished?”
“Our problem, Dance!” Angga stared in the Mentari who was also staring at him. “Rusan you and me, our business is not finished.”
“Dan will be finished if you want to acc the letter I submitted.”
“Completed in you, not in me, Mentari.” Angga pressed every word he said.
Mentari gave a rough sigh, he twisted his eyeballs. “Terupon you.” said Mentari jengah. “Now mending you unlock, I want out.”
“Will not be finished if you think you keep going!”
“Yes, how should I go?” Angga is upset at Mentari making his tone go up a few octaves, but he tries to neutralize his feelings again. “I have to how else, Dance? You asked me to break up, asked me to find my other happiness, everything you asked me to try. But, now you suddenly dropped the resign letter on the grounds that our relationship was finished? Tar, childish not really?”
Closing your eyes for a moment hoping to make everything okay, but not. “I'm doing this for our good, Angga. My kindness is with you.”
“Keep what?” Angga is anxious himself with every answer given by Mentari.
The mentari was silent, no longer answering. It is impossible if he answers honestly.
“You're jealous look at me with another woman?”
No, that should be what Mentari was asking for the question Angga asked. However, silence still enveloped him.
Angga frowned, “Not that's what you want?” Yes, that is the request of Mentari. “But why are you the one who doesn't like it now? So you're the one who's mad?”
Angga smiled cynically, staring at the silence of Mentari. “You know who is evil in our relationship?” Mentari admits, if it was him. But he answered nothing. “You, Tar. You are evil.” said Angga who managed to make Mentari teary, actually Angga does not intend to say so.
“You asked for our relationship to be completed, you also asked me to be happy even looking for my own happiness without anyone meddling in my life. And, when I tried to do that. Why are you angry?” Angga spread his shoulders. “You act like I'm the bad one here, when in reality you're the bad one.”
Tears managed to drip, little by little the tears flowed on Mentari's cheeks.
Angga let out a rough sigh, he slowly raised Mentari's chin for the woman to look at him and he could see the woman's tears flowing so hard. “I don't like it the most if you have to cry, I hate the same people who make you cry. But, in fact here I am the cause.” The dog wiped those tears away.
“Ga, I just don't want you or me to get hurt. I want us all right, Ga.” lirih Mentari, he stared fixedly Angga.
“I tried well,” Angga tried to convince.
Mentari shook his head, refuting Angga's words. “No, Ga, no. You're not all right to see me as another man, neither am I, Ga. I don't feel good.” Mentari tries to be honest now with her feelings.
“But, going away is not the right decision, Tari.”
“That's the right decision! With us having distance, with us never meeting, it's good for us. That feeling could slowly disappear, Ga. Me and you, we'll be fine later.”
Angga smiled wryly, “Maybe it's easy for you to lose that feeling, but not with me, Tar.” Angga gulped roughly his own saliva. “My heart is tied to you. Anyhow, if my heart stays in you, it will never work.”
“Can, Ga, can.”
“Nggak.”
“You're the same as Amita—”
“Gak! We have no relationship whatsoever. Our relationship is limited to ordinary superiors and secretaries, no more relationships or anything that might cross your mind.”
Mentari said nothing, she was still crying. Angga quickly pulled Mentari into his arms, letting the woman cry in his arms.
“Ga, please..”.
“Now I beg you, Tar. Don't go from me.”
