That morning Fay walked down the hospital corridor in a hurry, he was very excited and did not want to be late to participate in the operation with Bentall procedure. But his steps stopped when he passed Kendra's parents, he was silent for a moment before Ajeng greeted him.

"Fay," he said as he approached and hugged Fay. "How are you, honey? Did you hear yesterday you were sick?" asked Ajeng in an anxious tone, he let go of his embrace, then looked at Fay while holding his shoulder. "I'm sorry my mom hasn't seen you yet."

Fay nodded, slowly grabbing Ajeng's hand and releasing it from his shoulder. "Alhamdulillah I'm fine aunt, I'm just exhausted because of the many tasks that I have to complete." he replied, he took one step back giving a little distance to Ajeng. "Auntie why is it here? Who's sick?"

Ajeng is a little surprised, and sad when he hears Fay no longer calling him mama and keeps his distance from him, but Ajeng understands why Fay is doing that, he tries to keep smiling at Fay. "Tante just wants to take the MCU results om, yesterday."

In the middle of Fay's conversation with Ajeng, Kevin suddenly looked up from the operating room door. "Fay come in, the operation is about to start" asked Kevin.

Invite Kevin to bring a fresh breeze amid the stiffness Fay met with Ajeng, he immediately nodded. "Well Doc" he said, then Fay switched to Ajeng. "Sorry aunt, I'll stay. I need to get in the operating room immediately."

"Thank you aunt. Excuse me," Fay bowed his body and then stepped on his foot after Kevin who had returned to the operating room. 'Sorry I'm aunty, I still need time to heal this wound, ' Fay murmured. To be honest he did not feel good to keep his distance from Kendra's mother, but he also could not behave like before again, he really wanted to forget Kendra.

Just like a real doctor, before starting surgery Fay also wore special clothes, he smiled in front of the mirror looking at himself wearing surgery clothes. "I must not fall down just because of that problem, I must rise for the dream that I will soon achieve. Being a talented young doctor and helping a lot of people."

At about 11:00, the surgery began. Kevin is not alone, there are two specialists in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery who helped in the operation, as well as the team who participated in the Bentall operation such as anesthesiologists and two koas children, who also took part in the operation, Fay and Margaret. They help prepare patients before surgery, monitor their condition, and anesthetize during surgery until post-surgery. Meanwhile, Kevin looks busy operating the heart-lung machine.

"If that unhealthy connective tissue is left," Kevin continued, "A few years later there's another problem. So, the aorta was thrown away. If the aching aortic shaft is retained, it will stretch again later. Can re-operation again later,” he said. Kevin explained casually so that Fay and Margaret easily caught all of Kevin's explanations.

"If you're done, wait here first. I'm going to my room for a second."

"Nice doc." Fay returns to tidy up his belongings, while Kevin returns to his room.

As soon as Fay finished, he walked into the patient lounge to wait for Kevin, but as soon as he arrived at the waiting room, apparently Kevin was already there waiting for Fay.

"Happy birthday," Kevin offered a pink paper bag. "Sorry I'm a little late, the reward."

Fay was rather surprised to get a gift from a doctor who was quite famous at the hospital, with a little nervous he accepted it. "Thank you so much doc."

Kevin smiled seeing Fay accept his gift. "By no, his thanks were replaced with...." Kevin paused for a moment. "Don't call the doctor again if we're not in practice."

"Then?" ask Fay confused.

"Call me," he asked.

Fay nodded. "Okay doc, uh I mean Kevin's mas."

A smile emanated clearly on his face, he then took Fay home with him.
