CHAPTER 5
Out of her manager's office, Kendra looked down at the file in her hand, then he walked to his desk and sat in his chair without saying a word to his four friends who had gathered at his desk before, looking at him with a curious face.
Luna rubbed her hands, she began to worry because Kendra was not as usual. Kendra always looks cheerful and excited when out of her manager's room, but this time.... "Ken, loe why? How's the analysis report?" her curious question mixed with worry.
"Sir Wiliam, reject our team report huh?" keep Bela.
Angga shifted his chair with his feet to get closer to Kendra. "Didn't you just get sprayed by Mr. William?" he tried to guess what happened to his teammate.
Angga, who has worked for almost three years at the company, knew his fierce boss, so he suspected that Kendra had just been sprayed by Mr. William.
Kendra shook her head, then she stared one by one the faces of her teammates with a serious face. One second later Kendra's serious face changed, she laughed out loud. "Loe's all very serious" he said. "Our coin analysis report this month was received" he continued with excitement.
"Rese loe" said Bela with annoyance. "Gue thought what was going on." he prepared to pull out his horn to nag Kendra which had already alarmed him.
Kendra raised her hand to keep her friends calm. "Don't grumble first, I have good news."
Instantly his friends again looked at Kendra seriously, including Ray who just wanted to return to his seat, suddenly came back closer to Kendra. "What?"
"This month Mr. Wiliam will reward some of our content that managed to attract market interest" said Kendra with a smile.
They immediately smiled happily hearing her boss would give an added bonus, Luna took two steps forward, standing behind Kendra, she draped her hands around Kendra's neck. "Seriously Ken?"
Kendra's heart was racing, she looked down at Luna's hand that extended into her chest. Never before had he felt this familiar with a woman other than Fay. "Yes, Lun" he said, nodding.
"For a long time Mr. Wiliam did not give bonuses to us" said Luna while remembering when the boss gave bonuses to them. "Last if not wrong, a year ago. Thank you, Ken." he leaned closer towards Kendra and then landed his lips on Kendra's cheek.
Kendra froze, her heart still racing, even though Luna had already taken her hand off and had gone away from Kendra's desk. From across the desk, Luna smiled at Kendra, then she returned to focusing on the computer at her desk.
Angga patted Kendra on the shoulder, making her realize from her daydream. "Malem saturday we party again yuk!" bring him.
Kendra seemed to think for a moment, this time she understood that the invitation was not an ordinary dinner at a restaurant, but a nightclub. Kendra nodded in acceptance of Angga's invitation.
"Well, Ken," said Ray, he reached out to Kendra for a document. "New content material for next week, you check it out."
"Presents."
Angga and Ray return to his desk, while Bela pulls his chair closer to Kendra. He leaned his body while glancing towards Luna then looked at Kendra seriously. "Nothing Ken, you enjoy. You girls are far away," he whispered.
Bela whispered back. "That's okay, the skirt rarely comes home. Once a year did not, " said Bela, he again glanced at Luna. "lagian nih ya. The lake can't have children, aka barren."
Kendra was astonished to hear Bela's words, she slightly shifted her chair away from Bela, so as not to look like the mothers of the complex who were gossiping. "Huuuuuu... Don't talk carelessly. Who knows, they are delaying pregnancy. Nowadays many times people choose to delay pregnancy or choose childfree."
Bela. "Gue was with him for a long time. Three years." He held all three of his fingers in front of Kendra. "She really wants to have children, she cries while pointing at the results of the examination when she wants to undergo a pregnancy program, and it turns out the quality of******husband is not good."
Kendra nodded, imagining how lonely Luna lived, away from the husband who had to sail, away from the family and had been married for almost five years had not had children. 'It is fitting that every time he comes home from work he always goes out, ' Kendra's mind.
"Udah ah I want to work," Kendra cut Bela's words that began to not stop talking about Luna. "Dengerin loe gossiped that tomorrow was not finished either." Kendra pushed the chair up to her desk.
"IIih... bener-bener rese loe this," he said annoyed.
Kendra pulled one of the sticky notes she posted on her computer, "Report loe dateline today. Let's get to work!!" he put the sticky note on the eel of Bela.
Bela took it off. "Bawel very new boy, look out for you if you ask for information about Luna to me, I will not answer."
"No way!!" kendra said, as she began examining Ray's report. He feels not interested in the household life of others especially he already has a lover of the heart, Kendra chose to refocus on her work.
Until the afternoon, when Luna's office came home to Kendra's desk. "Still busy?" tanyakanya.
Kendra turned her head towards Luna who was standing behind her. "It's over, just send an email," replied Kendra, she looked back at her computer screen.
Luna clasped her fingernails, she looked confused and hesitant, but then. "Ken's coming home with yuk!" bring him.
Kendra looked surprised by his invitation. "Aren't you taking the car, Lun?"
Luna took one step forward and flipped her body, she leaned against Kendra's desk. "Yes with my car, you have a SIM, right?"
Kendra nodded. "Yes have it but...."
"Of Ken, never walk the same children." cut Luna, he kept asking Kendra to accept his invitation. "We watch cake, or we eat. Want huh?"
Kendra remembered Bela's speech this morning saying that Luna was lonely because she had not been blessed with a baby, so she felt sorry and accepted Luna's invitation. "Yes, but for a while, yes" he saw the watch in his hand estimating the time to watch only two hours later he could go home and contact Fay to accompany him to study.
Luna nodded while smiling. "Thank you, yes" he gave Kendra the keys.
