Elle sat on the bed looking at the invitation card in her hand. Should he come? If Bren wanted to ask her to come to Sara's birthday party, instead she should have spoken directly to Elle herself. I don't know why, Elle doesn't feel good about this.
At school Elle was about to ask Bren, but he couldn't find Bren until after school. Is that guy ditching today?
Elle laid her body down to make her legs hang on the edge of the bed. The view of the ceiling above him was blocked with the mobile screen he was holding. Should he call Bren?
Just now that Elle was about to send a message to Bren, Bren first sent her a message.
Hudson Bren:
Elle, can you come to the birthday party, Sara? I asked Sara to give you an invitation card. Has he done it?
Ellena Clark:^^^
^^^ I was just about to contact you for that matter. Is it okay for me to be there? Sara doesn't seem to like me. So I'm worried.^^^
Hudson Bren:
No need to worry, Elle. There I am there. Anyway I'm waiting for you. I have to go now. There's a lot of things I have to do. Don't call me anymore. We met and talked again at Sara's party. Adios. I Love You's.
Elle frowning. Bren never grew up on the word "I Love You" at the end of their conversation. But, he still could not prevent the smile that was expanding on his face. Alright. He's coming to Sara's party tonight, because he wants to see Bren. Because I don't know why he misses that guy.
Sara's home address is emblazoned on the invitation card very fully. So, Elle had no trouble finding Sara's house.
Arriving at Sara's house, he was shocked. It's not a party in Elle's shadow. Flickering lights, loud music and booze. The liquor? Where can they get their liquor? They're still students. It should be hard to buy and get this much liquor.
Looks like Elle came right at the top of the show. Because now everyone has raised their glasses. Then he shouted, "Happy birthday, Sara!"
Elle split the crowd. People looked at him because he came alone.
"Who is he?" Elle could hear a girl whispering to her friend.
There was not a single face Elle knew here. Elle must find Bren soon. The only person Elle knows and can talk to.
Elle squeezed the end of her skirt out of nervousness. He felt uncomfortable in a place where no one knew him. He felt noticed.
Elle continued to search for Bren, and ignored the surroundings. All he has to do now is find Bren.
Eventually Elle found what she was looking for. But his eyes were puffed up as he saw a girl approaching Bren and sitting on Bren's lap. The guy didn't refuse!
The blonde girl in Bren's lap brought the face closer to Bren. Elle threw away her face. His eyes are heating up. He could not see the continuation of the events that would happen after.
Without a second thought, Elle leaves Sara's party. At the exit, he collides with Tyler. Elle did not care. He just wants to go home. It's very painful.
Elle's tears didn't stop flowing even while she was driving. His hand tried to wipe away the tears on his cheek, but it made his tears flow more and more. Elle gased strongly. He wants to get home soon.
Elle stopped as the traffic light turned red. He drowned his face in the steering wheel of the car and began to release his sobs.
The sound of the car horn made Elle raise his head. The traffic lights have turned green. Some of the cars that passed his car, nagging because Elle did not also drive his car.
Just now Elle stepped on the gas slowly, there was a sound of explosion and a slight shock to his car. Elle pulled the car over immediately.
Elle's phone is ringing. Jackson happened to call her. The Goddess of Fortune seemed to be siding with Elle this time around. Perhaps it was because Elle's cry was so pitiful, and it was made worse by Elle not being able to open the bolt on her car tire, making the Goddess of Fortune feel sorry for her.
Elle immediately picked up a phone call from Jackson.
"Elle, are you okay? I heard sobs there," asked Jackson worriedly from across the phone.
"B-ban.. m-mobil-ku... bo-leaking... and a-me.. ti-no bi-sa. replace him," replied Elle with a limp.
"Send me your location now. I'll be there soon to help you replace your leaking car tires."
Elle immediately sent the location to Jackson. Until a short while later Jackson came to approach Elle who was crouching on the sidewalk while crying. Look at the car's leaking tires.
"Elle," call Jackson softly.
Elle raised her gaze and immediately stood up. Jackson hugged Elle.
"I can't change my car tires" Elle said amid sobs. Elle's voice was submerged as Elle's face sank into Jackson's chest.
Jackson rubbed Elle's back. "It's okay. I'll replace it for you." Jackson tried to calm Elle down.
Sara, Tyler, Joe and Adam leave Bren alone. And this really sucks for Bren. He needs a friend to talk to. Bren usually likes to party. I don't know why this time it was boring. Maybe because his friends aren't playing with him right now.
A girl approached Bren and sat on Bren's lap. What the fuck is this girl? Does he think Bren's leg is a chair?
The girl tried to tease Bren. Bren just shut up. He wanted to know how far this girl could go. The girl brought her face closer to Bren.
Bren tilted his slanted smile. Then, push the girl away when their face is too close. "It's boring" he said, standing up.
Believe it or not. Although Bren is close to the girls, Bren never kisses any of them. This may sound embarrassing, and Bren wants to keep this secret tight. Because his friends would laugh at him if they knew that Elle was Bren's first kiss.
Bren degrades. I have to find one of his friends. He smiled happily as he looked at Tyler from a distance.
"I saw Elle" Tyler said as he faced Denva Bren.
Bren frowned. "Elle? Ellena Clark's? The girl I'm looking for now?"
Tyler nodded as he squeezed the drink in the red plastic cup in his hand. "He went away crying."
"I didn't tell her about Sara's party" muttered Bren puzzled. How did Elle get here, even though he didn't invite Elle at all. Did one of her friends invite Elle?
Tyler's sniffing his shoulder. "I think you should go after him if you don't want to lose the bet. It seemed like he had not gone too far with such circumstances. You can still find him if you go after him now."
Bren gets out of Sara's house. He drives his car at high speed to catch up to Elle. Bren found Elle. Tyler's right, Elle hasn't been too far.
Elle is not alone. He was with a guy Bren knew very well that it was Jackson. They hugged on the sidewalk. Bren hit the steering wheel. Damnit damnit! Why would he go after the girl if he would only see her making out with another guy.
Bren's jaw is hardened. He really is disturbed now. I don't know because of what. He just wanted to get away and not want to linger here. Because if it took a little longer, looking at the scene before him, Bren thought he could hit Jackson's face for no reason.
Bren turned the wheel. He'll just go back to Sara's party and have fun with his friend.
