Am I Different?

Am I Different?
Cars

We began to organize the things we needed while we were there. I think this is a good opportunity for me, to relieve my trauma of what I just experienced. In addition, I also visited my father's extended family as well as vacationing there.

After all was ready, we began to leave for our destination, Malang city. The trip is quite far we will take, I lay my body in the back car seat. I enjoyed this trip.

I feel happy, there is my chance to enjoy the fresh and clean air.

I had imagined how good it would be to wake up in the morning greeted with cool air, would make my trauma and fear quickly disappear.

Until it does not feel like my daydreams make me carried away in dreamland. I fell asleep, in a dream I was walking in some tourist attractions that were there.

As I was enjoying the beauty of the Malang city, suddenly a voice sounded that made me wake up.

"Dek woke up, we're at the station," Mother's voice roused me.

"Hoaaaam, yes Ma'am, are we taking the train?" my many.

"Yes Dek" replied Mother.

I thought I was going to ride in the car until the city of Malang, I was wrong. Maybe you're too tired to have to travel the distance from my city to the poor city.

Dad parked his car at daycare. Maybe you can only stay there for a few days, because you still have to work.

We one by one went down the car, then carrying the bag that we had brought earlier.

"But I'm with Keyla, wait here" said Dad.

"Where are you going, Mom? Buy tickets?" my many.

"No Deck, your father bought tickets online, so now I have to print them out" Mother replied.

I nodded my head, a sign of understanding. Although actually not understanding.

Not long after, my father approached us.

"Come on, Mom, our deck's leaving" Dad said.

I was just holding my mother's hand, the important thing was that I could take the train. We started by taking the train with the car on the ticket. Quite a stretch inside the carriage I am currently occupying.

I sat next to Mom, and Dad got a chair across from us. I saw another passenger right next to my dad.

He bowed, not responding to father's arrival. My father also did not exchange greetings with passengers next to him.

In my mind said, Oh, maybe that woman is tired of traveling long distances.

I kept staring at him, straight unraveling hair that covered his face from the side. I felt strange about that woman.

"Mom, you can't sit here with us?" ask me to Mom.

"No Deck," replied Mother.

Suddenly I remembered the movie Train to Busan, I was afraid the woman turned out to be a zombie that would bite father.

"Sir, why look at Daddy so rich?" mother asked, maybe he felt strange about my behavior.

"That's okay, ma'am" I replied.

I kept seeing the woman, there was no movement from her.

"If you are sleepy, just sleep on Deck because the journey is still far away" said Mother.

"No, ma'am, I don't want to sleep" I replied.

"Why? you want to sit with Dad? Then let Mother sit in the chair where Dad," said Mother began to stand.

"Don't" I said as I grabbed Mom's hand.

"Why again?" ask Mom again.

"When I go to sleep, what zombie suddenly?" my many.

"Don't watch too many horror movies so don't parnoan" said Mother, closing her eyes.

"Mother, don't sleep" I said.

Mom didn't respond to me. I was still constantly watching the movements of the woman, I was afraid that what I was thinking was happening.

When I focused on seeing her, suddenly the woman turned to me.

"Aaaa" I shouted in surprise. I closed my eyes with my palm.

"What dear?" ask the father who approached me.

The mother beside me hugged me.

"The woman, Dad," I said, pointing to the seat that Dad was in.

Mom and Dad looked in the direction I was pointing.

"Which woman?" ask Dad.

"The woman who was next to Dad earlier," I replied.

Even his face looks confused.

"Where's Dek? From that moment I sat alone," said Mother.

"There really is a woman next to Dad" I emphasized.

Mom and Dad looked at each other. After that, they simultaneously stroked my head.

"To be made to sleep Deck, let's not see strange things," said Dad.

I just nodded, maybe it's true Dad said I better sleep. I closed my eyes hoping to reach my beautiful dreamland soon.

I slept in my mother's arms, gently stroking my head.

"A good sleep, baby, I hope you're stronger than ever" Mother said in a soft tone.

"I know, you are hard to accept the guidance given by the almighty, Father and Mother can not do anything, only able to pray that you are always strong," said Mother again.

I too was taken to my dreamland. In my dream I was in a dark alley, I was alone. No one accompanied me.

"Dad, Mother," I called my parents.

But no one's telling him. I piled along the dark alley, hoping that in front of me I would find a bright path and be able to meet people.

"Dad, where's your mother?" I called again.

It feels like the length of this hallway without any end, I walked limped because it was too far I stepped, but still I did not meet anyone.

I stopped in my tracks, I squatted on the ground floor in this hallway, my head bowed. I'm scared, I'm tired, I feel desperate.

In my despair, someone suddenly called out to me.

"Keyla," he said in a buzzing voice.

Before I raised my head, I thought it might be the person closest to me because he knew my name.

I looked towards him, he stepped from a distance. He doesn't look who he is, but he's getting closer.

Suddenly he was right in front of me with a horrible face. I also screamed.

"Aaaaaa," I shouted.

The woman laughed scary too.

"Keyla, wake up son," said Mother waking me up from my nightmare.

With a dull breath, cold sweat poured out I opened my eyes. I looked around me, I was still in the car.

Dad swiftly gave me bottled water to drink immediately.

"Drink first, son," said Dad.

"Well, how's this?" said Mom looked worried.

"Dear, we're all three, yes" said Dad, trying to calm me down.

Along the way I kept hugging my mother, I was afraid to go to sleep. I'm afraid that something untoward happens again.

Quite far and long journey, we finally arrived. We started down the train, I stepped into the waiting seat.

As I moved my feet, I looked back. I saw the woman beside Dad looking at me with a horrible look.

At the waiting place, I sat down next to my father.

"Who are we waiting for?" my many.

"We're waiting for Ega's sister, deck. He's the one who's going to pick us up" Dad replied.

Brother Ega is my cousin who is in malang. He's the son of my father's brother, he's going to pick us up with his fiancee named Zahra. When he got engaged yesterday, we couldn't come because Dad still had work to do.
