Ares: Never Grow Up
30 Minutes of determination!

..."30 minutes, hold another 30 minutes!"...

POV: Author

"Why do I feel ... their number does not decrease huh? Even more and more," said Ken with a gasp of breath. Dust and dirt stuck to his face and body. This heavy rain did not dissipate the heat and thirst of the child. So also with Ares and Riot who look tired.

"My eggs are up, and my chast is almost full, I can't use my powers anymore" Ares said, looking at the contents of the shotgun. His eyes glanced at Riot, the child of the teleportation user immediately nodded then pushed his skateboard away.

Ares throws the skateboard at Ken, but Ken is silent while looking confused.

"A-I .. can't ride a skateboard ...," said Ken nervously. Ares spontaneously petrified, he forgot not everyone could use a skateboard.

"It's okay! Come with me!" Riot quickly pulled Ken up to his back. Then he pushed the skateboard away, so now they're separated in two. Ares is alone, Ken and Riot are together.

POV: Ares

I pushed my skateboard with all my might, it felt dizzy and twitching. My breath was tight and my gaze began to blur. But I can't pass out here, there's still an unfinished plan.

"It looks like the horde didn't have any tired huh?!" I said while looking back. Those resourceful little boys chased me brutally. No matter the pole or whatever, they hit it, bulldozed it, as if what they were passing by was a straight road. 

"Sial ... How is it?" I said slowly while continuing to push the skateboard. Suddenly an idea came into my head.

"Yes ... isn't it around here .. is where we were first chased by Ron?" I said when I saw the big hollow city streets.

JDAR! ZRASH!

The rain was still pouring down, making it even harder to see the streets. I stopped right in the middle of the road, with a large, deep hole that began to fill with water.

"Hm? Why did you guys stop? Come on, I'll be ready whenever you guys come forward!" my challenge to them. As if answering my challenger, they started advancing ferociously, pushing each other away while making a sound that gave off goosebumps.

I smiled slanted, little by little, the children fell down and went into the hole. I ran again without riding the skateboard.

It is not safe to ride a skateboard in rainy weather.

POV: Riot

"Ugh ... Good thing you're not heavy!" I groaned as I carried Ken on my back, my feet pushing against the skateboard.

"Can you cure them?" I asked Ken. He looked surprised at my question, but the look on his face immediately became flat.

"It seems like I can't, but I'm confused whether I can give them a disease or not?" ken is serious. I gasped when I heard Ken's words.

He can also give illness?!

"You can give disease too?" my many. Ken nodded his head.

"The more it gets here, the rain is getting heavier" Ken said, brushing his wet hair. My eyes looked towards the sky, filled with dark clouds and lightning flashing about.

Vani's power is quite terrible as well it turns out. All this time I thought he was just acting as a mood lifter, I didn't think he could control the weather on this scale.

"ACKO! WHY DID THE LIGHTNING HIT US?!" I screamed when I fell off the skateboard. My eyes hurt a little because of the lightning that suddenly fell in front of me. Of course I was shocked and spontaneously fell!

"There's no time! Come on, get up!" Ken was standing, he reached out to me. I swiftly received a helping hand, my eyes looking for where the skateboard I had been.

"... The skateboard .. broke in two," I said as I stared at the skateboard that was nothing more than a wreckage now.

My eyes while observing the area where we ran. I saw a narrow alley, as memories swirled in my brain.

"Wait on! We'll just go through that alley!" I said to Ken while pointing at the alley, Ken nodded without asking anything. He ran while pulling me towards the alley.

As soon as it turned, I immediately closed my eyes, teleporting to the top of the building.

Fuut!

"WAIT?! WHAT?!" Ken who suddenly moved so surprised and almost fell from the top of the building. I clasped his arm instead, holding him back from falling.

"Be careful, the alley is heading straight for the river, so it can trap them to get there," I said, pointing at the Ants' horde that fell into the river like leaves. They do not realize where they stand, just keep running following instinct.

JDERS!

"Isn't that Ares?" ken asked as he squinted his eyes, he looked towards the broken bridge. Ares surfed on the edge of the bridge, making the chasing horde fall from the edge of the bridge.

"Hey! Isn't that a dead end?!" I shouted when I saw Ares had reached the end of the bridge.

"Can you teleport over there and bring her here?!" said Ken panicked while shaking my shoulder, my head so twitched it felt.

"It could be, but it won't make them fall into the river! We need something to distract him!" I said with a little scream. Ken and I fell silent, and we both thought. But we still panicked when we saw Ares fighting alone while hitting the horde with a skateboard.

"Oh .. I have an idea! Wait here!" I said to Ken. I immediately closed my eyes, then teleported towards Ares.

"AREST!" I said when I was next to him. He was a little surprised, but still remained focused while hitting the horde of The Ants.

"Hold my hand! Believe me!" I said while blocking Ares' wrist firmly. He looked at me confused.

"What a plan" said Ares cut off.

Because I threw myself into the river with Ares.

"YOU LUNAKAA?!" ares shouted while hugging me. My ears were ringing because of his screams.

"No! Just believe!" My eyes stared confidently at this deep river, exactly one meter above the surface of the water. I teleport.

Fuut!

"YYYYYY!" Ares was still shouting while closing his eyes.

"We're on top of a stupid building!" said Ken while patting Ares' cheek quite strongly. Ares stopped screaming, he peeked slowly while hugging me.

"We are safe, and we also managed to cheat The Ants" I said with a smile. Ares breathed a sigh of relief, then smiled as he looked at me.

MAAM!

"WHAT?! WHY HIT ME?!" I shouted while holding my cheek.

"More times .. if you have such a plan ... YOU KNOW I WAS FUCKING!"

MAAM!

"WHY DID YOU HIT ME TOO?!" I yelled at Ken and held my other cheek.

"You're making my heart fall into the hull, like you should be taught a lesson?!" ken said with a smile.

Me, Ares and Ken turned to the sound. My eyes saw the water from the dam that was beginning to disintegrate.

Yeah, here's our plan. Sweep The Ants clean by sending them out to sea. With a rainfall scale of this magnitude, as well as a dam full. Even they, though, would not be able to escape.

From the top of the building, I saw the exhausted Vani. He sat down cross-legged, enjoying the rain on his face.

I immediately averted my eyes, my heartbeat beating so fast that I saw it. Ares who stood up while smiling towards Vani.

"Well I don't know! To be sure, we did it!" I said happily while hugging Ken and Ares.
