POV: Ares

We are now in the hospital, where Vani is being treated. Lucky because the world is deserted ... I mean .. well you know. So we don't have to be too queued to get a room for Vani. And to be honest, Vani's condition now also looks much better.

I chuckled while looking at Vani. "You look excited, don't you?" I asked as Vani turned to look at me. He immediately nodded his head and clenched his hands.

"Because this is something I don't know! I'm always excited when I know something new!" vani said stirring. We were all laughing at the same time, it felt like it had been a long time since we had laughed so freely.

I stopped laughing as I remembered something.

"What about the payment?" many confused. I looked straight at Ken and then Vani.

"They said we didn't have to pay. Humanity is not living to 50%, and not to mention there are quite a lot of dead due to the power struggle," Vani explained as she turned her hand towards Ken. Of course Ken was confused about what Vani was going to do.

"Sleep first, take care of Vani huh. I want to ask Ares out on a date" Ken said, then pulled me out of the room.

"May the date go well! Don't forget to buy me some nice clothes!" vani shouted while waving her hand.

What is our relationship really like? Looks like our relationship was not this weird, drawn Vani, pulled Ken. I feel like I have the same husband as a wife.

"You were the first one who suddenly said you wanted to buy flowers!" my words growled. Ken hesitated for a moment, then brought his face closer to me.

I still feel so surprised. Turns out that's the reason, but still I'm hard to believe.

I looked at Ken in shock, so unexpectedly that he could be like this as well.
