Ares: Never Grow Up
The Beginning of Ares' Plan!

POV: Author

FLASHBACKS!

Ares and his colleagues left Elvon in a forested area by the coast. With a step full of confidence, they walked towards a small cave in the middle of the forest.

Ares hit the rocky cave with his right hand, his golden eyes squinting sharply, staring at something that wasn't there.

"What the fuck?! What does it mean that Ken's in danger?" vani asked frantically as he entered the cave. Riot and Elly were still silent and just glanced at each other. Riot's blue eyes stole a glance at Ares who still looked annoyed.

"This .. must be related to the massacre. Since Ken had chosen to get in touch with the Civilians, surely Ken was also put into their plans!" said Ares while squeezing a fairly flat cave stone. Blood began to drip from between Ares' fingers, but that did not make Ares aware, he clasped the stone even tighter.

"Calm Ares! We need to think calmly now!" elly said while trying to touch Ares' shoulder. But Ares immediately brushed off Elly's hand, and chose to walk to the edge of the cave.

POV: Vani

I fell silent while looking at the glass. Right now we are in an empty house that is quite spacious, on the advice of Elly, we teleported here with the power of Riot.

I stared silently at my striking red hair, and the black lens of my eyes was now attached to me.

"Paste it behind your earlobe, because it's our communication device" Ares said, sticking the chip behind his right earlobe. Elly and I immediately followed what Ares was doing.

POV: Riot

Now I was up in the tree watching Civilian busy working on some documents. If from the plan that Ares said, Ken should now be meeting with Vani disguised as Negan.

Well, this isn't hard. I just need to give him a warning letter or I can directly get him to teleport there. But it seems better if I just give you a warning letter.

I've been sitting on this tree for over 3 hours, waiting for Civilian to come home from work. I almost fell down a few times because I was sleepy.

I teleported to where Elly was hiding.

"Let's go back to headquarters" Elly said after realizing the whereabouts of me and Vani. I glanced for a moment at Ken who had fainted. Shortly thereafter, Civilian came and blew off the entire gas.

He carried Ken on his back, then flew away.
