"Kneel!" the firm word of a man who ruled Berlin very harshly. The man appears to be the man who took Berlin from the Eastern District to the City Hall.

"Doma, are you sure he's really Berlin Gates Axel? You didn't get it wrong, did you?" another man in a white tuxedo walked out of a room into the middle of the white building. The man was Tokyo El Claunius, a person who was so wary of the movement of the Ashgard group.
