Ashgard: Ambition and Purpose

Ashgard: Ambition and Purpose
Preparing What is Necessary #166

The next day, on a sunny morning, in a villa owned by Gates. Berlin and his wife were seen busy in the living room, they were preparing some family documents that would later be needed for the adoption of children. But the busyness was stopped, when a phone entered through his phone.

"A moment, yes," Berlin told Nadia, who was seen busy checking every file lying on the living room table.

Berlin picked up his wand, climbed up from the living room couch, headed to the backyard to receive the voice call.

"What's wrong?" berlin asked, immediately speaking, shortly after pressing the green circle on his phone screen to receive a voice call.

"Sorry, if I hear from your intonation, it looks like you're busy, huh?" voice a man behind the phone. A very familiar voice.

"It seems so, today I have to take care of the paperwork for the adoption. Do you have anything to do with me, Garwig?" berlin replied, leaning against a white concrete fence at the edge of the courtyard.

"I plan to call you here, for an introduction to the work you will receive. But because you're busy, so it seems better that I don't interfere" Garwig replied, with a speech that sounded unkind to Berlin.

"I'm busy from morning till afternoon, so maybe I can just go there at night. Hows it? Can it?" sahut Berlin, he looks quite enthusiastic after hearing about work, and does not seem to want to wait tomorrow.

"Can it be, but is it okay? Looks like today will be a pretty tiring day for you, Berlin." Garwig himself seemed unwilling to impose his will. But unlike Berlin, which is precisely him who wants.

"It's okay, it doesn't matter. About the job, Ashgard really needs it" said Berlin, relaxed, and calm.

Soon, the voice call reached an end point, with an agreement made. Berlin is meeting Garwig tonight at the City Hall. But before his meeting with Garwig tonight. From morning until evening, Berlin will have to take care of some documents that will be needed for the adoption of children.

"From who?" cetus Nadia was sitting on the sofa in the middle room. Now the pregnant woman is playing with Akira on the sofa.

"Garwig" replied Berlin, before he was greeted by a cheerful Akira who invited him to play with his white teddy bear.

"Papa, Teddie wants acquaintances, here!" akira exclaimed, exuberant, with both hands busy playing the role of his teddy bear.

Berlin smiled at his daughter's self-absorbed behavior with the doll. He leaned his cane on the edge of the sofa, sat on the sofa, and responded to the boy by saying, "hello, Teddie? I know, I'm Akira's papa ...!" he said, with a slightly awkward attitude.

Akira smiled cheerfully, held his puppet back, brought the teddy bear's face closer to his ears. "Attent, Pa. Teddie seemed thirsty, asked for a drink" the boy said, then walked off the couch, into the refrigerator in the kitchen.

Berlin smiled, allowing the boy to play alone. Nadia, who was busy re-examining some of the files on the living room table, turned to Berlin, who was sitting right next to her, and asked, "Berlin, which copy of your birth certificate?"

"Well, baby, what are you doing?" nadia exclaimed, looked back, and saw the tip of Akira's small head that was visible from behind the dining table. The boy opened the fridge and took a bottle of cold drinking water from inside.

"Take a drink, Ma ...!" sahut Akira, closed the refrigerator door that was much larger than his small body. After that, with slow steps, because both hands were busy holding dolls and bottles of mineral water along with white plastic straws. He returned to the living room, and sat on the sofa right next to Nadia.

"Mama want? Who knows mama is thirsty as well" Akira continued, turning his head, looking softly, and smiling sweetly while thrusting the cold bottle to Nadia.

"Thank you, baby. But Mama is not thirsty yet, deh," replied Nadia, very friendly, even while stroking the head belonging to her daughter.

Akira responded only with a cheerful smile. His carefree face was as if it was hard to fade. He unscrewed the bottle, and returned to playing the role along with his doll.

"Teddie, slow down and drink it ...!" said Akira, while pretending to help his doll to drink with a straw that he had been holding. While Nadia was just silent, smiling, letting her daughter play with her dolls.

"Meet, here! Good thing I have, so no need to go to the copy place, deh ...!" Berlin slowly walked down the stairs with his cane, walked back to his wife, and put down a copy of his birth certificate.

"Alright, it means that this afternoon we will meet with our mother," said Nadia, sighing, smiling.

"Before that, we go to the police station first, huh? I want to see Prawira" said Berlin, standing right on the edge of the sofa beside Nadia.

The Berlin glance, which had been staring at Nadia, suddenly turned to Akira who was sitting on the same sofa as his wife. The child seemed to be engrossed in playing alone with his doll, not even paying enough attention to both prospective parents talking.

As if knowing the meaning of the lyrics. Nadia turned to Akira beside her, smiled warmly at the boy, and asked, "Akira, would you like to come with Mama Papa or play with friends? Mama's both Papa's willing to take care of a few things."

Akira put his doll on his little lap, turned his head and looked at the woman while asking, "is it long?"

"It seems so," replied Nadia, smiling.

"About to the place of the same mother Kak Alana aja, deh! Akira got tired of waiting, so mending playing with friends!" sahut Akira, smiled cheerfully, did not mind. Nadia was seen smiling warmly after hearing the answer.
