Meeting with the Mayor #25

At 00:44 p.m.

Tokyo along with Nico and all his men visit a place that is very remote from the city center. It is not located on La Luna Island, but is located close to Metro City. It was an unused parking lot that was very spacious and open, and was perfect for large gatherings of people.
