Salva walked up to Asep's car parked in the middle of the huge parking lot with two hot cups of coffee in both hands. "According to the order," said Salva, giving one of the hot coffee to Asep through a wide open car window.
"Thank you," Asep replied, receiving a cup of coffee and then putting it in the drink container that was on the car door. His gaze is still fixed on the laptop screen that is still in his lap.
"Have you seen anything suspicious?" salva asked, leaning against the wide open car window while enjoying a cup of hot coffee under the rain, and then put it in a container of drinks on the dashboard of the car.
Asep shook his head and replied with a short answer, "yet."
"What about those two guys? Are they okay?" asep asked, turned to Salva, and asked him about the two officers who joined his team.
"They are fine, and are currently together with Carlos" Salva replied.
The man leaning against the car door let out a long breath. He did not wiggle from his position, although the black coat he was wearing was wet because it was constantly exposed to rain. Salva turned her body, and then leaned back against the window of the car.
"What's the situation out there?" asep asked while his fingers were tinkering with the keyboard on the laptop.
"We've spent three more hours in the rain, and haven't found any sign of the Red Rascals." Salva answers the question with flat intonation.
Asep leaned back for a moment in his chair, took back his coffee and then slowly sipped the warm coffee. In the middle of sipping and enjoying the warm coffee, his colleague suddenly asked, "about what punishment will be imposed on Tokyo, huh?"
"With a crime that has greatly exceeded such limits, I don't think there will be any loophole for him to get a prison sentence with a time limit." Asep immediately answered the question shortly after he put his coffee back in its original place.
"What do you mean ... will he be sentenced to life imprisonment?" salva took the assumption.
"I think that's the minimum sentence he can get, between life imprisonment, or .. death penalty." Asep again answered questions from colleagues, but based on his assumptions and personal opinions. Again, these are just assumptions and opinions, not the final outcome of the trial that is currently underway. All decisions are in the hands of the judge of the trial, and outside of the judge can only wait for news and the final results of the trial.
In the middle of that short, relaxed conversation. Asep's focus was suddenly drawn by an image captured by one of the surveillance cameras on his laptop screen. "Salva, look at this!" cetus Asep was a little surprised by what he saw.
Salva suddenly turned around, and then saw the same object as what Asep saw, "that's them!" he said with a sharp gaze watching the footage taken by one of the surveillance cameras in one of the buildings in the Western District, the location where Asep and his team are currently located.
Salva immediately ran away to call his comrades back together according to the direction from Asep. Asep himself immediately reported what he saw on his communications radio.
A massive movement was finally monitored and caught by one of the police's surveillance cameras installed between urban buildings. A group of people in red jackets moved through the sidelines of the building without using or driving vehicles. They ran around with their weapons. It was so striking and so striking that the firearms they were carrying were not just pistols.

"Put four territories, and make a riot! Whatever you want to do, the most important thing is to make a threat to society." Felix is seen giving his command and direction from inside a black car using his communications radio.
The movement of the Red Rascals had begun, and was instantly carried out in a massive manner. Their movements were also very well organized, entering four different regions. When viewed from the map, the movement of the red group is seen to want to lock or surround the perimeter ring made by the officers.
In the car Felix was not alone, he was accompanied by the figure of Clovis who sat with him in the back seat. The man in the white jacket just sat quietly, while waiting and listening to the Red Rascals who had made his move.
"Your strategy is quite classic, but honestly I like it" Clovis said.
"Although classic, but calm it will go well, because we take advantage of the commotion among civilians." Felix immediately responded to the statement and opinion of Clovis.
Felix patted one of the shoulders of his female colleagues sitting in front, more precisely in the steering wheel and said, "we are moving a little closer towards the Commercial District. I want to see how they create large-scale panic."
"Good!" answered the woman in the red jacket just like her, and then drove the car to where it was asked.
"Society is the most important element if you want to create chaos or noise, because they are very easy to control or play. So I tried to take advantage of their panic."
Hearing the little explanation given by Felix, enough to impress Clovis. Really a sneaky plan.
