“Nona Yasmin! Look there!”
Once entering the territory of the Kingdom of Cabalcus, Talia soon discovered the existence of a strange object in one corner of the royal capital.
It was a large ice clot, about the size of an adult human body.
“Tidaaaaaaak!”
Talia immediately screamed in fear as she paid close attention to the object. She almost fell into a state of great pregnancy, but Yasmin immediately wiped it out.
What made Talia shocked was the content inside the ice.
It contained the dismembered corpse of Tius that seemed to be put back together through a wisp of ice.
“So His Highness the Crown Prince really has..”.
“Calm down, Mrs Talia.”
Yasmin seemed to embrace Talia's trembling body with full protection.
-Gresek.
An unorthodox voice then immediately sounded near them.
Feeling alert, Yasmin prepared her arms carefully while protecting Talia.
But long wait, it seems there is no threat of any danger indicated by the source of the voice.
Even the curious Yasmin and Talia, slowly approached the source of the sound. It turned out to be buried deep among the pile of corpses that had rotted eaten by maggots that actually gave off a nose-stinging smell.
“Hueeeeeek!”
Unable to bear the smell, Talia immediately vomited.
Yasmin immediately gave air filter protection magic to Talia and herself so that the smell of the corpse was not so rotten that it disturbed their breathing.
“Nona Yasmin, there seems to be something between the pile of bodies.”
“Alright, I'll check.”
Yasmin began using floating magic to the corpses to dig inside, in order to figure out what was actually making the movement between the piles of corpses.
Obviously it wasn't a rat or anything like that because the volume of movement was so much bigger.
Yasmin found him. But how shocked he was, seen from his flat face that was slightly twisted in the eyes and tip of his lips. Apparently, there are still survivors among the pile of bodies.
“Mr Swein!”
“Mr Swein who, Mrs Talia?”
“That's Mr. Swein fou Lambarg, Miss Yasmin, the bodyguard of His Highness the Crown Prince. But in his present state, could he still be saved?”
Unexpectedly, despite having been confined for seven days in the pile of corpses, Swein fou Lambarg, had apparently not breathed his last. However, his condition is very sad. Some parts of his body seemed to have been destroyed by being eaten by maggots.
“I'll save him.”
However, as someone who has experienced serving Prince Helios as a healer, it seems Yasmin remains confident in her healing abilities.
He began to unleash his holy power onto Swein's helplessly sprawled body. Slowly, the young man began to recover. The previously exposed wounds and his rotten skin were eaten by the maggots, slowly starting to heal.
A few hours later, thanks to the proper care of Yasmin, Swein fou Lambarg finally regained consciousness despite previously being in a very sad condition.
“You... Who are you?”
But as soon as Swein turned his head towards the woman next to Yasmin, this time he was soon able to recognize her.
“Mrs Talia? What really happened..”.
Swein's expression suddenly stiffened. He seemed to have just remembered something.
“Your Highness Crown Prince.. How about the state of Tius?!”
Swein shows signs of tantrums that cause Yasmin to immediately show a reaction by protecting Talia.
“Mr Swein, His Highness the Crown Prince has.”.
Talia stopped her speech. He seemed unable to continue his words. But even though the speech was held back, Swein could immediately understand the meaning. That was because when he turned his head even further, he was immediately able to see for himself the corpse of Tius preserved within the chunk of ice.
“This? Her Majesty? Noaaaaaaakkkkk!”
“Why…. Why did it end like this?”
Long dissolved in his grief, it seemed Swein suddenly recalled something.
“Ah, Mrs Talia, why can you be here?”
“That's.. Helios' sad sister with the death of His Highness the Crown Prince seems to be on a rampage for revenge to the rest of the kingdom. Mr. Swein, perhaps I was a little too outrageous to say this when you just learned of the death of His Highness the Crown Prince, but I beg you, please, can you explain in detail what really happened here?”
Seemed such a strong determination from the look of a woman's eyes that looked very fragile.

Meanwhile on the other side, precisely at the northern border of the Kingdom of Cabalcus,
“Kakak, this has even been a week, but there has been no news from inside. If you wait any longer, I fear we will soon run out of food supplies.”
Prince Bonivetto de Vlonhard, the eighth prince of the Vlonhard Empire, expressed his anxiety to his elder brother, Brian de Vlonhard, the fourth prince of the Vlonhard Empire.
“You were right too, Boni. Alright. Soldiers, let's get ready to storm into the kingdom!”
Brian decided to immediately reorganize his troops and chose not to wait any longer in carrying out the raid.
It seemed that the two princes no longer paid attention to foreign diplomatic matters and chose to attack even though they had not found a justification for their actions since they were too sure that their empire was the strongest in the Ernoa Continent.
Their original plan, they would storm in after finding reasons to defuse the conflict between several countries that had suddenly been at odds in the midst of their meeting. But long awaited, no word had yet come from their ally inside, the Kingdom of Cabalcus.
The reason for the raid could be thought of later, what was important now for them was to carve out achievements on the war.
There was no better chance of attack than now since they had finally been able to enter the sturdy fortress emblazoned along the three southern kingdoms reinforced by the geographical structure of the surrounding mountains clearly separating the southern and northern parts of the continent.
What was funniest in their opinion was that it was the Kingdom of Cabalcus itself that gladly opened the entrance of the fort. There is no better chance of destroying the three southern kingdoms than now.
Their original plan was to take control of the Kingdom of Cabalcus, then entered the attack on the western and southwestern borders of the Kingdom of Ignitia to besiege the kingdom from three directions since the Third Prince's army had prepared also on the northern border of the Kingdom of Ignitia.
After Ignitia fell, the, the rest of the time that the squeezed Kingdom of Meglovia would also fall into submission about all their supplies having been closed by the subjugation of the other two southern kingdoms since they knew how the Meglovian Kingdom itself was related to the state the southern islands are located on the other side.
The kingdom of Meglovia, unable to maintain supplies, especially the food they usually get from the Kingdom of Ignitia, will soon fall into famine, unless they are able to meet the food needs of their own people or ask for help from the southern island nation.
But clearly the Fourth Prince and the Eighth Prince knew that it was an impossible matter. And also as the culmination of all that, Ibelal Star Vlonhard, the second prince who had been appointed as the crown prince recently in the Vlonhard Empire, had been waiting also at their northern border.
There was no longer any way in their opinion for the alliance of the three southern kingdoms to survive under the imperial power. At least, it was when there was no joker named Helios de Meglovia involved in it.
