Chapter 24. Not a Kid Anymore

The atmosphere in the Sanjaya family home every day is getting bland and as if it is not glowing. Although now there is already Cecilia–the youngest daughter of Hadya and Sania, but his presence is completely unable to change anything. The light that Caitlyn had once ignited, had now dimmed and no one could revive her.

Many years ago, the palace-like mega house seemed to die along with the departure of Lean's birth mother. However, Caitlyn's presence was able to revive that light.

Hadya saw the clock on her wrist already showing at 02:00 AM. He hurried to prepare himself to get out.

“Pa? Where are you going during the day?” asked Sania who saw her husband so neatly.

“There was a meeting with the owner of SW–Entertainment.” Hadya spoke without seeing his wife.

While Sania suddenly sparkled at her husband's words. “Papa know the same person?” tanyanya is impatient.

“Iya. Why indeed?” Hadya was ready and was about to leave the room.

Hadya glanced at his wife. “If he wants to, work on it yourself. Show her ability not to just use a surname for a popularity she can't keep.”

“Pa! She's your only daughter. Does Papa have the heart to see his own daughter so unemployed?” Sania looked annoyed. She knew that her husband was still angry at Cecilia for his mistake the other day.

“Why look for work outside? Sanjaya Group still needs many employees.” Hadya told me the truth.
