Mother is Not a Night Woman

Mother is Not a Night Woman
What will He be like?

"How are you, son! Since marriage you never visit home again." The middle-aged man who always looked neat in his suit was rubbing the top of Via's head.

"Sorry, Father ..." Via speech with a disjointed voice. Given the threat of the Hero who once forbade Via to meet his parents. Even Via did not allow his in-laws to enter the house. Noticing Via's unusual gurgle, the man over half a century old again showed his smile.

"Mom's been looking for you. He's dying to meet you. Can you take your time for him?"

This time Via did not. He chose silence because he had no answer to the question. The young lady ventured to raise her head, looking at her father-in-law. Instantly the look on the man's face changed, when he saw Via's puffy eyes.

"You've been crying?" her question was to confirm her suspicion. "What's going on, son? Did Wira hurt you?"

"No, Dad. Lyla's sick, and I don't know what to do." Via was back down holding back his tears.

"Your son is sick? Then where's Wira? Why don't you take her to the doctor?" Dad's face looks worried.

"Mas Wira .. "he said disconnected, "usually Mas Wira has left for work at this hour, Father."

Hearing Via's tone made his father-in-law even more suspicious. "What do you mean, son? Didn't you know your son was sick?"

Via replied with a head-belt, which made father sigh long. He began to believe something was wrong in his son's household. Rubbing his daughter-in-law's shoulder, he asked. "What are you covering up from dad, son? You're not doing well, are you? Tell me, does Wira treat you well? Or did he just hurt you?"

Instantly, the defense that Via had built collapsed, he wept bitterly, and in a matter of seconds it was already a hiccup. The sadness that he had not wanted to show to the kind-hearted man he had considered like his own father was finally overflowing. Via may be a good wife, who does not want the disgrace in her household to be known to others. That is why he chose silence. However, her maternal instinct overcame everything. Via is a mother who does not have the heart to see her child in pain.

"Dad, help me. I'm taking Lyla to the doctor. But I ... I don't have-- .." he said faltering. However, the father was able to understand well, what Via meant.

Despite looking sad, dad still showed his shady smile. He embraced Via. "My son, am I not your father. You can tell me anything."

"No, Dad. I'm it's okay. I'm just worried about Lyla. He has a high fever" he replied, wiping his tears.

And, that question again made Via's face change. Didn't want her father-in-law to know what kind of room the hero gave her and Lyla. "He's sleeping in the room, Dad. Wait here. I'll go inside first."

Via hurriedly stepped inside the house, towards the back room where Lyla was sleeping. He immediately pulled out a small blanket from the closet, then grabbed Lyla's body and carried her. As he was about to leave the room, the young lady was very surprised. How not, the father was standing in the doorway with a growling look. He spread his gaze around every part of the room, then looked pityfully at Lyla and also Via.

There were no words spoken from the middle-aged man's lips. He grabbed Lyla and carried her. "Come, Son!" take him while walking out.

They immediately headed for a car that was already parked in front of there. Surya, the assistant immediately opened the car door when he saw his master coming out of the house with a toddler.

Along the way to the hospital, the man looked at Lyla's sleeping face on her lap. Occasionally his hand rubbed the little girl's forehead. There is a sense that is difficult to explain with words. Lyla's plain face reminded her of Wira as a child.

The hero has gone too far. So all this time he's only hurt Via and this innocent child. He even gave an unfit room to his wife.

If Via is being shackled by his concern for Lyla's health condition, then Wira is struggling with thoughts about her daughter.

Accompanied by Bima, Wira is on her way to a place that has just been informed by a trusted person, about where Shera is now. I can't wait to find my little girl and bring her home.

Her dreams were bright, wanting to show her son, a beautiful room with pink paint filled with beautiful dolls that he made specifically for his daughter. The hero was guessing in his daydream, how happy his daughter would be when he set foot in the room. And what will his reaction be like when he first meets his father. It was as big as what her daughter was.

Really, those thoughts really make the Hero feel impatient to find information on the whereabouts of his child. And Shera is the answer. Only Shera knows about her daughter's whereabouts.

Wait for me, son. We'll meet soon. We're going home. And you'll be very happy.
