Mother is Not a Night Woman

Mother is Not a Night Woman
The Unexpected Coming of Someone!

A week passed without feeling.

The bright morning seemed to represent the happy feeling of a little girl. Still with a weak, yet feisty body, Lyla plays with Oma in the back garden. A picnic in the back garden is his favorite Sunday activity. Lyla's joy makes the once-empty home alive again.

And for Alviana Andini, there is no happiness more than a smile on Lyla's face. The young woman would be able to do anything just to see a smile that was as beautiful as the sun that morning. From the balcony he notices an interaction between Lyla and the Oma - a middle-aged woman who has just been declared recovering from her illness.

Thank you, Lord ... You give endless grace in the interior of Via.

"Good morning, ma'am." said Via, dropping his body on the carpet that was the seat of Oma and Lyla. The middle-aged woman greeted her dear son-in-law with a sincere smile.

"Good morning, son!" he answered while paying attention to Via's appearance that looked different than usual. "you want to go?"

"Yes, Mom. I'm going to visit the orphanage. I haven't been there in a long time."

"But how's Lyla? Is he coming?"

"No, Madam ... I have to take care of the children's home today, because Miss Retno has needs outside. So maybe I'll be a little busy." Via smiled as he rubbed Lyla's hair. "Lyla here same oma, it's okay right? Mommy's going away for a minute."

"Yes, Mother," Lyla replied with a nod of her head. "Lyla still wants to have a picnic with Oma."

"Yes, Honey. But don't run, the oma will be tired."

"Yes, Mother. Lyla's sitting here a year."

They chatted for a while, until finally Via said goodbye to his mother-in-law. After that, he went to the front yard, where a driver had been waiting for him since. The car drove away from the luxurious house.

During the trip, Via continued to play the phone that Wira had just given him some time ago, before his departure out of town. A sweet smile was seen at the corner of her lips, when the message from the Hero had just entered.

Wira : { Good morning, Honey!}

The red hue was clearly visible on the woman's face. Because since being out of town, the hero is very intense sending messages or even making calls using the word dear, even if it is just to say good morning. Via tried to neutralize his feelings by rubbing his face a few times. He immediately replied to a message from his husband.

Via : {Again, Mas.}.

The short reply that Via sent quickly got a response back from Wira.

Wira :{What's the middle?}

Via : {I'm on the way to the orphanage. I asked permission before I left.}.

Hero : {Lupa. Yes already, be careful, dear..}.

Via : {Iya... Mas so home today?}

Hero : {But. There is still work to be done.}

Via : {Oh ..}

In other parts of the world, Wira is confused to reply to the last message sent Via. A very short reply that seemed to break the conversation. Wanting to send a message of concern, it still feels prestige, considering how big Via.

"Just oh, he didn't even ask anything more. Via ... Via ... How plain he is," muttered Wira staring at the screen of his phone. "I'm gonna have to ask Willy or Marchel. Oh, naw! They'll laugh at me."

While Via, after replying to each other's messages, he put the phone in a bag. Until without feeling has arrived at the orphanage where he lived since childhood.

"Sir .. just go back home first. I'll be here until the afternoon" Via told a driver.

"Yes, Miss Via. If you want to go home, just call me" replied the driver.

"Good, Sir. Thank you ...."

Inside, with a happy face, Ms. Retno welcomed the arrival of Via, a person she had considered a child of her own. Now he can breathe a sigh of relief, because Via and Lyla have found a family that loves them very much. Via no longer needs to fight alone to finance Lyla's treatment as he has done so far. Sudarmadi's family was more than willing to pay for Lyla's treatment.

The time shows at five in the afternoon, when Via has finished with his task of replacing Bu Retno to take care of the orphanage. His longing for the sisters finally paid off with their togetherness that day.

"Thank you Via, already willing to help mom today," said Ms. Retno perverted after her arrival.

"I'm glad to do it, Mom. This orphanage is part of my life."

Ms Retno rubbed the hair of the young woman she had considered to be her own child. "Via ... Be happy from now on, son. All this time your life has been full of struggles. Since childhood, you have struggled alone. School to college, even if it has to stop. I'm very proud of your determination" she said with teary eyes.

Via hugged the middle-aged woman. "Thank you, Mom. Mom wants to make me a mother's child when my own biological parents can throw me away."

"Don't say that, son." He rubbed Via's back. "Yes already ... You go home first. Lyla's gonna look for her."

"I'm going to Mas Wira's house first, Mom. Take Lyla's dress. She's been asking for Princess Elsa's dress for a few days."

"Alright, Son. You didn't ask to be picked up by the driver?"

"No, Ma. I still don't feel good asking for many things from the Mas Wira family. I'll just take a taxi online."

Later that afternoon, Via heads to a house she has been missing for weeks, since Lyla was hospitalized.

Immediately, the young lady headed for the back room that was occupied with Lyla earlier. She pulled out a sky-blue dress from the closet.

A faint smile was present there. Imagine how happy Lyla would be while wearing that outfit while playing her favorite Barbie doll. He wanders deep into the past, when his life is full of limitations. It was only the dress she made that she was able to give Lyla.

"Lyla my son ... Now you have everything, son! You got mom, dad, oma and opa. Hopefully the results of the examination are suitable, so you can recover and live a normal life like other children," he murmured withholding tears.

Without notice, it was getting dark. Until the sound of a bell rang, which broke the daydream Via.

The woman wiped away her tears, then headed for the door to see who was coming.

The door opened, in front of which appeared a man roughly the age of Wira was standing with his mysterious smile. Instantly, Via's entire body seemed to be bristling to realize who was there. Both of his legs felt weak, with a face that had paled. He dared to hold on to the door.

"Mas Wira is not home!" he said trembling, without daring to look at the man in front of him again.

"I know! That's why I'm here."
