The Part 170
After delivering Cathleen safely to the office, Gerald leaves the woman. He also has work to do. But, before returning to the apartment, the man took a short turn to the coffee shop, wanting to buy coffee for a work friend.
Without Gerald realizing it, ever since he got out of the apartment, there was a car that kept following. It was none other than Edbert. The man with such a high obsession wants to have Cathleen back it ensures safe and proper conditions to launch a plan.
Edbert didn't go into the coffee shop, he waited for Gerald to come out. When the person who is waiting to show the nose, then get out of the car and block Gerald so as not to get into the vehicle.
Edbert immediately got a shot from Gerald. “Keep you out of my car!” throw it away in a very cold voice.
“No, I want to talk to you something, this is very important.” Edbert stood straight in front of Gerald.
“I give you five minutes.”
“I didn't need five minutes, just four minutes thirty seconds.” Edbert immediately pulled out a cell phone that already contained a copy of the CCTV footage. He thrust that thing into his rival. “See and listen to it!”
Gerald looked at the phone that was in front of his chest. Look if there's a video of Cathleen and Alceena. “You are stupid or what? Obviously his voice will be inferior to the sound of vehicles passing by.” He refused to hold the thing.
“Use this.” Edbert pulled out the airpods, connected them to his cell phone. “Listen to using this.” She put one in Gerald's ear.
Edbert held the phone, pointed the screen at the rival's face, played the video. “Listen clearly to what they are talking about.”
Gerald listened and saw the interaction between his wife and brother-in-law. He knows where the video was taken, Cathleen's workspace. Suddenly his hands clenched tightly upon hearing Cathleen's explanation.
Gerald's feelings right now are very muddy. He feels lied to, and he hates it. The coffee in the cup that had just been purchased became the target of his anger. He drank in one gulp. Squeeze the trash, and throw it in any direction in the car.
Gerald turned on the vehicle, stepped on the accelerator as deep as possible until it drove as fast as lightning. He didn't come back to the apartment to finish the job, but went back to Cathleen's company. Gerald wanted to hear the explanation directly from his wife.
“Hei! My phone!” edbert shouted as Gerald was away. His rival plays away with his belongings. But when he remembered how Gerald responded, he did not get angry. “Take it as a memento, fortunately not the phone I use everyday.”
Edbert returned to the car with a satisfied, happy, relieved look. Describing the first plan went as he expected.
“While I have not finished telling you about Chloe, I have run away from the man,”, Edbert said, leaning his head. “Alright, today is enough to give a warm-up, then I will show you more spectacular again.”
“Master, where are we going again?” asked Bene who had been waiting for orders from his superiors, but instead saw the crazy face of Edbert who was smiling alone when there was nothing funny.
“Just follow car Gerald!” edbert's Edbert.
