Mr Trap. Coldhearted

Mr Trap. Coldhearted
The Part 30

Gerald did not respond to Cathleen's thanks. He felt that he did not need it, because what was done earlier was to fulfill a recorded agreement before marriage. So, Gerald felt it was necessary to do the same thing that had just happened to them. All this is done not by impulse, but by a responsibility of promise.

Cathleen glanced at her husband for not speaking in the slightest. “You forgot how to talk?”

“No.” Gerald only answered briefly and reluctantly stared at the woman.

“Then, why have you been quiet since?”

Gerald let out a rough sigh. It seems he added less when the deal, if Cathleen should not talk much. “You can be quiet, no? I'm dizzy hearing you babble on.”

“Alright, next time I'll figure out how to communicate with you without using sound so you don't get dizzy hearing my voice.” Cathleen clenched her lips so as not to let go of talking to Gerald again.

“Serah.” Gerald stepped on the gas pedal so that the four-wheeled vehicle drove fast and reached the destination quickly. He was eager to take Cathleen down immediately, so that it would be calmer.

Gerald's car stopped in front of a skyscraper. Without speaking, he opened the lock door so Cathleen could get down immediately. The view also remains straight forward. I don't know, that guy was weird, there was a beautiful woman beside him but no interest in being glimpsed at what else to see.

Cathleen raised an eyebrow when she realized that the company in front was not her destination. “Why did you bring me here?”

“Introduction to you work.”

“But, this is the central company of Patt Group. While I was working at his branch,” protested Cathleen by notifying and pointing towards the entrance.

“You didn't tell me where you were going, so don't blame me if it doesn't work,” said Gerald.

“You should have your own initiative told me, because you need a ride, not me!” Gerald stepped on the gas and drove over the streets of Helsinki.

Cathleen shook her head to see Gerald's attitude. The man did not look warm to him, but had a unique side as well because he never dropped by the roadside even though he had pissed off half to death.

Cathleen also tells where the company is located. And Gerald didn't respond, simply forwarding the vehicle to the address.

“Don't look at me! I don't like it!” rebuked Gerald as he felt that Cathleen had been looking at him since. Although not glancing, but can know if it is being noticed.

“Confidence once, I'm looking at your car glass that dropped bird droppings.” Cathleen pointed at the direction where her eyes were focused.

Gerald looked at the window beside him. “Ck! Just yesterday I washed.” He grumbled badly. But the face still looks flat.

Cathleen turned her head towards the window beside her. He giggled softly so as not to be heard to Gerald's ears. “Usually women are never wrong, this time does not apply to Gerald who never wants to be blamed,” murmured very softly.

Gerald stopped at the company where Cathleen worked. Again there is no command to go down that comes out of the lips.

“Well, this is my company.” Cathleen opened the seatbelt. Before leaving her husband, she asked Gerald first. “What will you pick me up in the afternoon?”
