Mr Trap. Coldhearted

Mr Trap. Coldhearted
The Part 203

Gerald sees Cathleen getting inside the VIP room, usually as a place for people who don't want to be distracted while eating. It is also used as a meeting place. He just went straight there.

The sudden arrival of Gerald made both eyes of Cathleen hit towards the entrance. He thinks his partner is working, apparently not.

“So it's true you deliberately followed me, Ge?” ask Cathleen. The face seemed ordinary to see her ex-husband there, neither surprised nor happy.

Gerald nodded without guilt. “I miss you.” His legs swung towards Cathleen and was about to hug the woman.

But Cathleen's hand signaled she didn't want to be hugged. “Sorry, Ge, I don't like the smell of your perfume.”

The phrase made Gerald sniff his own band. Feelings do not smell, and tend to smell. “My perfume never change, you used to love this scent so much.”

“Now the situation is different,” reply Cathleen softly. “You want to join me for a meal? There empty, can to sit.” His hand pointed towards the chair in front of him.

Gerald had to swallow disappointment, he had wanted to directly hug Cathleen. But apparently his ex-wife does not like the smell of his body. Know that better not to take a shower.

But, quite also, Gerald can still meet face to face with women who have been greatly missed lately. Finally he joined there, sitting staring at the figure of Cathleen who looked more beautiful when she was a widow. Both are stuck by a round-shaped table.

Cathleen raised her next to an eyebrow as Gerald looked at her and did not blink at all. “Order food, Ge, seeing I don't make you full.”

“But staring at you is enough to treat my shingles,” says Gerald. He opened the menu in front of his eyes.

While Cathleen only replied with a gentle smile. But it's pretty sad to also see the appearance of her ex-husband now. “You're so skinny, is your meal taken care of?”

Chief Gerald shook his head after he ordered food at the waiter who had just been called inside. “No, my life's been a mess ever since you weren't around. Maybe, eating is not necessarily once a day.”

“Why?”

That explanation made Cathleen chuckle softly. “Then you have to order a lot of food, while there I am, instead because you rarely eat.”

Although they're divorced, Cathleen doesn't hate Gerald at all. He was friendly, kind, and attentive.

Gerald retorted through the appearance of his ex-wife, starting from the tip of the head to the limit of the body because the legs were covered by a table. “Now you are fuller, look fat, is it because the dress you wear is too big? Or because it's getting happier after parting with me?”

“Later you will also know the reason.”

Not long after, the waiter entered to bring Cathleen's order. There are many dishes served on the table.

Gerald to round the eyes when there are approximately ten dishes there. “All your orders?”

“Ya.” Cathleen nodded her head. “Now you know why I look fatter.”

“Your feeding napkin seems to increase tenfold, whereas I'm the opposite.”

“I am just enjoying life alone, no need to mourn the fate that has happened.” Cathleen turned the glass on the table so that the dish moved to the front of Gerald. “Take it, while waiting for your order to come, just eat mine so you are not too thin, later people judge you unhappy after divorce.”

“But the truth is like that, I'm not happy after parting from you.”
