Until eight o'clock in the evening, Cathleen had just finished everything. He stretched a body that felt stiff. “Finally finished also my work today.”
Cathleen commented with a smile, still trying to be happy at a time like this. The evidence, by working, makes him not think too much about the problems of life that is being experienced.
“At the time to go home, hopefully this time Gerald is in the apartment,” hope Cathleen while packing her things.
Cathleen walked out of the room. He took a taxi, then he would also take public transportation. The woman came out of the glass door that automatically opened when someone was about to pass by. Greetings to security. “Do not forget to lock.”
“Good, Miss.”
Cathleen was waiting for a taxi on the side of the road. He had booked online and was on his way. Suddenly a car stopped in front of him. Not too care either, just a little away to the area that is not covered by the vehicle.
However, when a man got off the four-wheeled vehicle, Cathleen immediately dodged because she was lazy to deal with her ex-lover again.
“Cath?” call Edbert. He was trying to chase after his girlfriend who continued to walk quickly to the company area again.
But Cathleen did not respond. Eventually, Edbert clasped the woman's hand.
“I want to talk to you about something, Cath,” Edbert said.
Cathleen flicked her hand until Edbert's cheque came off because the man was not gripping firmly. “Please don't bother me anymore, Ed. Our relationship is over, and I don't want to deal with you, ” asked with a sad face describing his wish that was very hopeful to be granted.
Edbert raised both his hands up like the suspect was giving up. “I didn't mean to bother you. I just wanted to tell you an information about your husband.”
“My household order let me think about it, you don't have to interfere. It's enough that you spy on me by installing CCTVs in my study, and you're distributing the footage to my husband.” Cathleen looks very tired dealing with a human named along the railroad tracks.
Cathleen is silent, she does not want to answer so as not to be impressed to show her relationship with Gerald who is in turmoil. “Not your business.”
Cathleen immediately approached a taxi that had arrived. He tried to avoid Edbert.
However, Edbert hurriedly prevented Cathleen from getting into the taxi, blocking the door. “Gerald has been taking care of Chloe, her recently discovered lover. I'm telling you this not because I want to hurt your feelings, but you should know how that guy is behind you.”
Cathleen looked at her ex-lover with a sad look. “Thank you for the information, but I trust my husband more than you.” He tried to get rid of Edbert in order to open the door.
“Indeed you've been asking your husband where he's been all this time? Conscious, Cath. The man is still stuck with his past love. I don't want you to get hurt any deeper. People like that don't deserve your fight.” Edbert was still sniffing before the car door closed.
Cathleen was trying to show that she didn't care about Edbert's words. But, in reality he was distracted by the information. “Instead of misunderstanding, I better ask directly to Gerald.”
Arriving at the apartment, Cathleen cleansed her body. He awaits the return of his husband by sleeping on the sofa. No matter what time Gerald comes home, just want to make sure the truth of the information is heard.
At twelve o'clock in the evening, the door of the apartment opened. Cathleen immediately moved into a sitting position when she saw Gerald enter.
“What's this one week you been taking care of Chloe?” Cathleen immediately asked at the point. She knew that her husband could not be talked to at the moment.
