The Warm Kiss

Haku's eyes narrowed and he looked like he was a little unhappy. Then Haku slightly brought his face closer to my ears and my spine. With my chest pounding I waited for him to listen to what he was going to say next.

"You are mine. And soon it will be mine. I would never give it to anyone." she whispered softly and her breath felt like it was tickling my ear.

Those words instantly made my chest stiffen again in such a sweet way. And of course make me happy immeasurably.

In a moment, Haku began to retreat back and looked at me again so warmly.

Haku's eyes were so sparkling yet Haku looked at me with a look full of jealousy. Slowly Haku again landed his kiss on my lips, this time seeming more aggressive. Like an eagle devouring its prey. And for a moment I forgot how to breathe.
