The Library With Brother Zen
"Aren't you really busy?" ask my brother Zen who finally came with me to the library.
"Hc. There's a book you're looking for."
"Oh. What book is that, brother?" I was a little curious.
"To Kill The Mockingbird by Harper Lee." said Zen's brother as he continued to walk beside me.
"For duty, brother?"
"Hm. What book are you looking for yourself, Yuko?" now Zen's sister looks at me a little curious.
"Uhm. Actually I don't know what book to look for." I said grimacing in embarrassment. I went to the library because I was bored at home.
"Hc. Then you will try to help find a good book later." replied Brother Zen with sparkling eyes.
"Oh. Yes brother .." I replied with a small laugh.
"I just found out today, that brother turned out to be a Lecturer's assistant!" I looked at Zen's feet in amazement.
"That's because only once did you see big brother do it." brother Zen smiled and his eyes looked so narrow.
"Ahaha. That's right, Brother."
Once we get to the library we start looking for books. Hhm ... What kind of book do I want to read? Hhm ... So confused. There are a lot of good books here.
"More. Try reading this!" suddenly, Zen's brother thrust a novel at me. And I accepted it.
"Pride and Pejudice by Jane Austen ?" I said while reading the title of the novel.
"Do you like romance, Yuko?"
"A little .." I said smiling shyly.
"Then you'll love it." said brother Zen enthusiastically. "Pride and Prejudice tells the story of love and social life in captivating detail. I nodded and smiled at him. After that we started reading the book on a library bench. I read novels seriously, as well as Zen's sister. He was very serious about reading his book.
We decided to go home because it was too late.
"Then I'll go home, brother. I'll take the bus." I said kindly.
"Eh? Oh, okay." I said a little clumsy. But finally we go home together, because we're in the same direction. Even we are neighbors.
Then we headed to the stop to wait for the bus. Suddenly my phone rings. I looked at my phone screen, it was Haku who called me.
"Sister. I'll pick up the phone for a second." I said to Zen's brother.
"Hhm .." said Brother Zen with a friendly smile.
I picked up the phone from Haku.
"Hallo ..." I said.
"Yuko, I'm sorry to call you. I was in such a hurry to get to campus."
"Oh, it's okay." I said slowly.
"What are you doing?"
"I was just waiting for the bus at the stop."
"Where are you from, Yuko?"
"I went to the library first. And this just came home."
"Oh, then be careful. Let me know when I get home."
"Hi .." I said with a happy smile.
"I'll call you later tonight."
"OK on ..."
"Bye ..."
" Bye .." I turned off my phone and kept my phone in my bag.
The bus arrived shortly. Zen and I got on that bus immediately. The bus is not too crowded. It was quiet, and there were only a few passengers.
