"Good morning and how's Grace, my wonderful secretary, fun and precious."
Grace took a deep breath before raising her head to greet her boss who was also a man she had admired a long time ago.
Two months on, THE 30-DAY OSCAR MISSION WAS DECLARED A FAILURE.
Grace needs more time. His failure did not make him give up. Now he replaces his mission with a new title: LURE THE BOSS' HEART WITHOUT DEADLINES!
Either Grace is less shrewd or Oscar is reluctant to look at him, so their relationship is like a person exercising on a treadmill. Run but stay in place.
Grace has not denied since the incident on the roof of the building, their relationship is like a close friend. But Grace doesn't need a relationship that's just a friend. She wants to be Oscar's girlfriend. That special lady. There's only him, not one of them. Grace has to try harder.
Just bringing his mother's cooking and being a good listener for Oscar was not enough to melt the man's heart. He almost gave up, but in the next second he found himself increasingly eager to melt Oscar's heart.
Oscar is kind, friendly and considerate, all the kindness that Oscar also gives to the girls who the man is dating. One month with Oscar, Grace has seen four different women dating Oscar. Grace can only bite her finger when Oscar asks her to rearrange her meeting schedule just because Oscar needs the entertainment of one of his date.
It felt like Grace was grabbing the girls who were writhing spoiled in Oscar's arms as she passed her desk.
Other than biting a finger, another thing he could do was to gaze enviously at the girl. Not just envious of the Oscars choosing them but envious and so envious of the shape of the body that Grace thinks super wow!
"Disregard my greeting, my sweet Grace?"
Grace exhaled her breath until she made her bangs lift. The tone of Oscar's voice this morning sounded very relaxed and excited. Grace knew the meaning behind the tone. Holy hooch! That attention he had to that man of his dreams. From the voice of Oscar, Grace learns that the man is spending a fun night with his latest girlfriend.
The man's voice was tinged with masculine satisfaction, a clear sign of sensual satisfaction. Grace learned a lot from Gavin's perverted voice. Paying attention to the actions of his brother and Helli made him understand when both of them missed a sweet night. That happened to Oscar. Oscar's jokes when saying his name seem to confirm that he's not the type of woman Oscar would date and have fun with.
Moments like this, he would remember Damian's words a few months ago saying single men weren't necessarily sealed. Yeah, he finally understood that a man's chastity can't be proven like a woman's chastity.
The fact that Oscar is a female conqueror does not diminish Grace's interest in getting an Oscar. He even has a very noble mission. Putting Oscar back on the right track.
If only my assets were large enough to meet and pack a D-size bra, Oscar would probably have glanced at me. Thought Grace with annoyance.
Holding back her teeth, Grace slowly lifted her head from the screen of her laptop as she flashed a faint smile at the sexy wolf that left her blind.
Oh yeah, the good news is, for two months as Oscar secretary, Grace really did well. Grace learned from her father as well as her brother, what a good secretary looks like. Born as Vasquez, gave him an advantage. The soul of the business is growing rapidly. Grace also brought profits to Oscar. The man won several big tenders thanks to Grace's outstanding presentation in front of the clients. His passion perfected the name of Oscar and minimized the quarrel between Oscar and his father. That morning, the first and last time Grace watched the two fight.
Oscar laughed, his blue eyes shining. "Geez, Grace, I can't imagine what I would be without you. You've always understood and guessed what happened to me. Ck! Looks like I should thank Jimmy for that. You're the best thing he gave me." Oscar gently nosed Grace's nose.
That light touch could create a fire in Grace's body. It feels burning. And Oscar didn't realize it had such a tremendous effect on Grace.
The resentment ran down his spine and loosened the control of his tongue. "It looks like your date last night gave you unparalleled satisfaction."
"Wow! My sweet Grace seems to be attacking me."
"attacked you? Did ya? I didn't realize it. How can my words be considered an attack." Grace took the file she had prepared earlier and gave it to Oscar.
"My new pleasure at the office, no more making love to my secretary on my desk. But hearing the attack and your fierce comments. It's a lot more fun. Oh, Grace, you're precious. A truly invaluable talent."
"I hope I get a raise for next month."
"Geez!" Oscar patted his eel in an exaggerated style. "You're attacking me again."
"Raise I think makes sense. I wish I had it. And please check those files before we discuss incoming emails offering cooperation. I told you what you should know on this sunny morning. Is there anything else you need from your precious secretary, sir?" all Grace needs right now is for Oscar to step into her room, leaving Grace to ease the frustration that the handsome fucking man has generated.
Oscar wiggled his index finger with a patronizing gesture. "Since when have you been a double eye, Misa Vasquez?"
Grace shrugged with an indifferent gesture, "Since I realized that women should be able to take care of themselves from now on. I can't believe it's called a free meal ticket." It was a veiled comment that Grace addressed to Oscar-treated women who used their physical appearance to dredge up Oscar treasures.
"Oh my God, Oh my God, is Vasquez starting to go broke? I haven't seen the news this morning. My wise secretary asked for a raise."
"Vasquez is fine and growing. Thank you for your precious attention."
"Oh! Your sullen face is a tremendous intake to check these damn archives. By the way, what supplies did you bring this morning, menti me?"
"It's been set up at your desk. Go now if you don't want the food to be cold. You need a lot of energy and intake to serve your spoiled concubines."
Oscar's laugh came back, "You're the best, Grace. Don't you ever leave me."
