Along the way, Gavin ponders over what just happened. His shock and confusion clearly made him uncomfortable. He tried to convince himself that what he was doing was part of the act.
He tried to show his role as competitive as possible to show convincing performance. He began to feel calm after getting the justification for his actions that happened only for the benefit of the fake engagement they lived.
He will help Helli to overcome the slippery and jerky Calvin Hugo and in exchange Helli will help him get Mona.
Gavin went straight to the workshop. Arriving there. He sees Ben repairing a Jaguar.
"Is there a problem?" Gavin approaches Ben who seems to have trouble finding what is wrong with the car.
"This car has been stored for a long time, the client just wants us to check it out. Starter is less responsive. That's what the owner said. Ben pointed towards the man sitting with a blonde woman. Gavin squinted his eyes, the man's face felt familiar. He tried to dig up a memory, where he saw the man.
Uh! Mona's lover. Yes, it is not wrong if the man is the fiance of his best friend. Gavin watched the movements of the two carefully. For five minutes, he saw the man's hand rub the woman's cheek in front of him. Waw! Gavin found something strange. He smelled the scent of betrayal.
"They came together?" Gavin opens the hood of the car. Started to check carefully.
"Yes. You knew her?"
Gavin was silent, choosing not to answer.
"Is there a problem with my car?"
"I'm still checking it out" Gavin said without looking at the man.
"Ah, this is Gavin, the owner of this workshop." Ben introduces.
"Dude, he's coming on Steven's recommendation." Gavin finally straightened his body, turning to face Russels as soon as Steven's name was mentioned. The name of one of his best friends.
"Oh, so you're the owner. Rusel Hamilton," the man reached out. There is no confusion at all. Gavin concludes that Mona never showed her face to the man.
"Woman is your lover?"
Rusel was a little surprised by Gavin's question which sounded a little inappropriate considering they had only met for less than five minutes.
"Melinda? Yeah, she's my sweetheart. Hm, my secretary."
Gavin growls, condemning the stupidity of his ill-natured friend in choosing a man.
"Have you met Mona?"
Russels. His face showed panic. Not obvious but Gavin managed to catch it with his eyes.
"I am his friend. Maybe Mona forgot to tell you, "gavin's circus with a quiet mimic.
"Ah, I remember. Mona certainly talks a lot about you. I've met her and today she's in a beauty house. Doing treatment." Rusel laughed, panicking.
"Then just relax. Don't panic like that. I'm not going to report to him about your being here with your girlfriend, hmm, I mean your secretary." Gavin masterfully blurted out sarcastic sentences that made his interlocutors tick to death.
"You must not misunderstand that..."
"Let's turn on your car's engine." Gavin interrupted quickly.
Rusel exhaled a rough breath before getting into the car.
Gavin raises his hand to signal Rusel to turn off his car engine. No more sound.
"Your car is good" Gavin left the man with panic still on Russell's face.
