Mona's Nightmare
"It was just a nightmare, wasn't I in front of you now?" Gavin calms Mona, clearing a trail of tears on her face. "Nothing will happen to me. I'm healthy and fine."
Yeah, the reason Mona cried and called her this early in the morning was just a dream. Mona sees Gavin crying and crumbling under the rain. Mona saw the dream as if it were real. The screams of Gavin's cry reached Mona's heart. Mona could still feel her heart ache. In the dream, Gavin seemed so helpless.
Mona drops herself into Gavin's arms, "Please promise that you will live well. Stop playing with women."
"I've been insyaf, Mona. You can rest easy" Gavin stroked Mona's long, fine hair. "I hear your fiance is here."
Mona nodded, "Hm, tomorrow I'll do the fitting. From tomorrow I'll be a little busy."
"Do you really love her?" Gavin broke their embrace. He looked at the woman's bead. He wanted to voice the irritation of his best friend's fiancee, but Gavin could not bear to see the disappointed look in the girl's eyes.
Nodding Mona's head made her curse in the heart. How Mona failed her marriage to Rusel. The marriage will not go smoothly, it will not work if one of the parties is not faithful. Looking at Rusel's profile, Gavin knew that a man of that type would not be able to live with one woman.
"Yes, I love her. He's a good guy. You'll like him as soon as you know him. What if later, we have lunch together?"
Gavin hesitates to fulfill Mona's wish. He wasn't sure he could pretend to be nice and friendly in front of Rusel. But if you think back, maybe this way can make Mona jealous and can trap the attitude of the Rusel crocodile. All right, Gavin's gonna take Helli along.
"All right, let's have lunch. I also can't wait to see what your fiancee's reaction will be like after seeing me."
"She must like you as much as I like you."
"But I didn't promise to like it."
Mona clucked, "Then what kind of man would you like? Grace would have a hard time getting a guy if you were so selective about it."
Mona was a little stunned, then she smiled, "Yes, you can do anything. Thank you for being so attentive to me."
Gavin moved, stroking to Mona gently, "Then I go home first. We'll meet later in the afternoon."
"No breakfast with me first."
Gavin shook his head, if he had breakfast here, Helli might have missed his breakfast as well. He had to make sure the woman didn't skip her breakfast before Gavin went to work. I forgot this weekend. The gods will not come.
"I have to go home. There's something else I have to do."
"Is it urgent?" Mona's lips are crooned spoiled.
"Hm, yes, it can be said to be quite urgent."
Stomach affairs are urgent, aren't they? Helli can get a stomachache if you skip breakfast.
"Alright, I'll call Rusel to clear his schedule this afternoon."
"I'm leaving."
Gavin leaves Mona's room, where he meets Mona's parents and the girl's brother. Gavin stale for a while before saying goodbye.
