Oh My Cecunguk

Oh My Cecunguk
My life and death will be left to you

The smell of grilled fish and also some other menus burst out, piercing the nose of anyone around him. A breeze came crashing into my body that was only wrapped in a thin T-shirt. Makes me cold several times.

Kevin took off his jacket, then gave it to me. "Wear this," he said.

I immediately wear it. Warm at once fragrant. I sniffed it a few times, inhaling the scent of perfume that was already mixed with her body odor.

"What perfume does Kevin wear? It's delicious."

"You like it?"

I'm nodding. "It's so like."

"Then I'll buy it for you tomorrow."

"It doesn't matter, Mas. I don't need it. It smells like a man's perfume anyway."

"What if it's a men's perfume? There is no prohibition on women wearing men's perfume."

"Yes, anyway."

"Excuse me Kak-this is the food" said the waiter we visited. I pulled my body back a little. Provide space for the waiter to more easily present our order. The first waiter brought a plate of rice and two other dishes containing squid and grilled fish complete with sambal and lalapannya. After that it was followed by his friend who brought a plate of kale and two glasses of orange ice.

"Thank you," I said after the waiter had finished carrying our order. But not long after the waiter came back and put a portion of prawns sauce paddocks and also roasted chicken.

I looked up, looking at the waiter. "Loh-I don't order this, Mas," my protest pointed to the newly arrived dish.

"The message was, Brother," he said, pointing politely at Kevin.

I looked at Kevin who was smiling at me. "You like shrimp and grilled chicken, right? eat," he said.

"Thank you for your understanding, honey. Kevin always knows what I like. But isn't this time the food too much?"

"You don't have to spend it, Ly."

Yes I know. But this is called waste.

"Where's the spoon?" ask Kevin.

"Here don't provide a spoon, dear. It's better to eat with your hands."

"But my hands are dirty. Have to wash your hands first," said Kevin while wailing to the right and left.

"What's Kevin looking for?"

"Hand wash area. Isn't that available too?"

"There, really."

"Here," I said. Designate a small bowl of water as well as a slice of lime in front of Kevin.

Kevin scrunched his forehead. From the reaction I can be sure this is the first time I see and just know the function of this small bowl of water. "Is there nothing bigger? for one hand it just doesn't seem to fit," he said.

I chuckle. Staring at Kevin's palm which is indeed big when compared to my hand. Balanced with his tall and also large body. But not fat.

"Don't go in. Kevin can wash his hands like this." I dipped my right hand into that little bowl. A little squeezing my fingers, then splashing the remaining water.

Kevin followed everything I was demonstrating with a slightly stiff movement. Then he started enjoying his food.

Just a few mouthfuls later, we were both startled by the sound of a commotion going on across the street. I turned my head, watching what was happening in front of a small electronics store that had closed. There was a thin man who fell down in front of four men who looked like thugs. I closed my eyes when one of the thugs threw his fist at the skinny man.

I quickly turned around, refocused on my food. But my ears can still catch what's going on across there. I heard the skinny man complain of pain and apologize repeatedly. But it looks like those thugs are unforgiving. They keep hitting, even kicking the skinny man to hit the rolling door at the place.

My appetite disappeared. My heart dag dig dug is not bad. There was a fear and could not bear to see and hear the violence that occurred right in front of my eyes. I turned back across the street. The skinny man looked helpless. The corners of his lips and nose seemed to be pouring blood. Makes me grimace as if feeling the pain.

"Don't look" said Kevin. I quickly turned my face, turned to look at Kevin who looked relaxed and still enjoyed his meal. As if nothing happened.

"Don't we have to help her? Why do people just look?" I said to Kevin. After several times caught others also turned their heads and watched the stunt. But the reaction of these people was the same as him and Kevin. Just look, do nothing even some are impressed indifferent. I started questioning everyone's conscience. Including Kevin, my girlfriend. Could the world be in the end times? Until the sense of help is now extinct. People don't seem to care about their surroundings.

"It's none of our business, Ly. Don't interfere in other people's problems."

"What if the man dies?"

"If that happens, someone will take care of it, Ly. We don't need to get involved."

I looked at him disapprovingly. "If something bad happens to me or to Mas Kevin's family, will Mas Kevin just shut up?"

Kevin looked up, looking at me. "What do you mean?" tanyakanya.

"If I'm treated badly like that skinny guy, will Kevin just shut up?"

"If it happens to you, I'll make sure the culprit gets the reward, Ly. Let's not make you battered, your skin bruised a little I will break the hand or foot that hurt you," said Kevin seriously.

"But that's my business, not Kevin's. Doesn't Kevin not want to interfere with other people's problems?"

Kevin put the food down. He turned to look at me with a sharp look, making me shrink. His jaw seemed to harden, signaling the man was angry. "Am I someone else to you?"

"Even my life and death I'll leave it to you, Ly. If that's what I should do for you. Then How could I just shut up if someone else hurt you. Hurting you is tantamount to hurting me, Ly."

I froze. Looked at Kevin with a bad feeling. Is that how much Kevin loves me? he was willing to give his life and death just for me. Without realizing my tears are shed. Not because I was sad, but because I was so happy that I wanted to cry. I immediately turned around while wiping my tears before Kevin noticed it.

Seriate.....
