As promised, Kevin took me to the mountains. After an hour of hiking, we stopped after finding a meadow at the foot of the hill. The field is not too broad but enough to set up some tents.
Kevin and I worked together to prepare for everything. Such as setting up tents, assembling tables and folding chairs, and preparing tools for cooking.
"Finally done too" I murmured after tidying up the tent. Put pillows and blankets in the corner. Then go back out to see the view outside. At that time Kevin seemed busy with a portable stove that never lit.
"Is there a problem?" ask me when I'm by his side.
"I think the stove is broken" Kevin said without taking his eyes off. His hands were still fiddling with the small-sized stove. Trying to turn it on repeatedly. He just turned to look at me as I chuckled.
"What's wrong? Why are you laughing all of a sudden?" ask her with a frown.
"Until the monkey leaves the stove will not light up" I said. Still don't stop laughing.
Kevin didn't say anything. His eyebrows shot up, astonished. I walked to the side, grabbing the gas filled can on the table, near the food storage. Then back to Kevin's side. "The gas has not been installed yet" I said as I shook the can.
Kevin laughed a little. "It's just fine from now on not to light up." Kevin put it on as soon as it reached his hand. Taraaaa, the stove was finally lit.
While waiting for the water to boil, I prepared a cup and poured the coffee grounds and sugar into it. Kevin went into the tent. I don't know what he's doing in there. A few minutes passed but did not come out.
"Darling ... The coffee was cold," I shouted as I looked back. Staring at the tent that was slightly swaying in the wind.
"Yes, I'll be there soon" said Kevin from inside.
I looked straight ahead again, staring at the towering trees, while enjoying a cup of warm chocolate. I closed my eyes while taking a deep breath. Enjoy the cool and clean air. In this place the atmosphere is so calm, only the chirping of birds and also the sound of leaves and twigs rubbing against each other. Unlike the time in the middle of a city that is very noisy with all the frenzy. In a place like this I feel peace. All the burdens of the mind just fall apart.
I gasped a little when Kevin touched my shoulder. "What are you thinking?" tanyanya while peeping the top of my head. I held both of his arms that were coiled around my chest. My body that had been a little cold immediately began to warm up due to his embrace.
"Nothing" I said, raising my head to look at his face.
"What are you drinking? Up to this mess." Kevin swept the corner of my mouth with his lips. I thought it was just an excuse so he could kiss me. All this time I have never had a drink or a meal.
Sure enough, after Kevin changed position by sitting next to me, he again grabbed my lips, ********* voraciously making me almost out of breath. Kevin smiled, looking at me gasping.
"Why are you still like that, Ly. I've warned you repeatedly, don't forget to breathe when we kiss, '" she said.
"How could I breathe, you stuffed my mouth for so long" I murmured.
"The mouth is for eating, not for kissing" I protested, disagreeing.
"That's another function" said Kevin, sipping his coffee is almost cold.
After finishing each drink we took a walk around. Spend the afternoon with laughter. Recollecting our wonderful memories of the past five years.
"Ly," call Kevin.
"Yes" I said, turning to him. I looked into his eyes looking at me. His hand stroked my hair gently.
"You're beautiful, Ly."
"What the hell, Mom," I said with a laugh. I turned my face away, embarrassed.
Kevin grabbed my face, forcing me to look back at him. "Don't turn your back on me, Ly. I want to keep looking at your face" he said.
"Did Kevin not get tired of looking at my face like this?" I asked after a few minutes of looking at him.
Kevin shakes. "Absolutely not, Ly. I want to keep looking at you like this, before going to bed and also when I wake up."
"Then marry me quickly. If we're married, Kevin can keep seeing this ugly face of mine. Not just before or after sleep. But every day and every time, until Mas Kevin gets bored."
"Are you hungry? I'll cook for you" asked Kevin as he walked away from me. He approached the food storage box. Take out food and spices from there.
I was still in place. I was surprised by the change in his attitude.
What's wrong with her? He usually did not switch the conversation like that.
