...What a choice my daughter made was very difficult. I don't want to lose him, but I don't want to lose all three either....
...~Gibran Bara Alkahfi...
...🌴🌴🌴...
When the call had just closed, Bara immediately stood up. He immediately rushed over and involuntarily forgot the person sitting before him.
"What's up, Mom?" narumi asked in surprise as she pulled her husband's arm.
"I have to see my daughter."
"Daughter?" repeat Narumi with a frown.
"Yes. Go home in a taxi. I have to get there!" bara said by releasing the pull of his wife's hand.
"No!" narumi exclaimed with a slightly raised voice.Â
The woman still grabbed Bara's arm. His heart burned with emotion. He thought that this was just some subterfuge that Almeera had done in order to win the agreement between them.Â
"Don't act like this, Rumi. I have to go to the hospital!"Â
Bara couldn't believe his young wife was so selfish. He is currently worried. His mind kept on going to Bia but why did Narumi block himself to this extent.Â
"Mas promised me to shop, right? It's at the mall, so I have to keep that promise."Â
The breath of Bara hunts. The man was completely inexhaustible with the thoughts of his second wife. At the moment she is so anxious about Bia's condition but how can Narumi force her to accompany her shopping.
Isn't there another time?
There is still a lot of time they will spend.Â
Until it certainly provoked his unstable emotions.
He immediately threw Narumi's hand until the woman's body hit the resto table nearby. Some drinks on it fell until the chaos certainly made the visitors glance at each other.Â
"I've said I want to go to the hospital and you." Bara's pause was inexhaustible. "Make me here with you shopping?"Â
Narumi looked at Bara furiously. The woman also did not want to lose. Her hatred for Almeera makes Narumi want to rule her husband forever.Â
"Yes. You have to be here!"Â
"You're crazy!" Without a word Bara immediately left Narumi.
The man pretended not to hear when his wife's voice kept calling him. Very embarrassed to see the behavior of his second wife. However, his current priority is Almeera and her two children.
He doesn't want to lose anymore. He doesn't want his wife to show up again and be separated forever. He's willing to do anything. Even without realizing it, if in fact his heart is heavier on the first wife.
His heart seemed to move by itself saying that he needed Almeera, Bia and Abraham more. However, the man just did not realize it yet.Â
Without delay, Bara immediately drove his car at high speed. He had read a short message containing the address of the hospital where his son was treated. He really could not believe that the distance between his home and the hospital was far enough.
His wife really prepared everything. Although it is still a city but their distance is quite far. After driving for almost an hour and a half. Finally Bara arrived in front of the building which became a place for people to seek treatment.Â
He's going to the hospital right away. His head twisted trying to find the name of the room where Bia was.
"I'm sorry, Sister," called Bara to a woman in white. "Where is this room?"
Bara thrust his cell phone at the woman. He hoped that this nurse could help him well.
"Oh this room is on the second floor, sir," said the Sister kindly. "From here you will turn left and then straight until you meet the right staircase of the road. You climb up the stairs later there will be a signboard of this room."Â
"Thank you, Sus."Â
"Together, sir."Â
After that, Bara immediately ran towards the place indicated by the nurse earlier. Until slowly his footsteps began to slow down when the room of the princess was in front of his eyes. I don't know why Bara's heart is beating so fast. He was afraid to go inside.
However, not for five days, this was what he was looking for. The existence of his wife and child is in sight and he should not back down again.Â
Slowly he began to walk closer to the closed door. However, just as his hand was about to push open, suddenly from inside there was someone who opened it until the gazes of the two clashed.
"Assalamualaikum," greetings Bara when he has mastered his nervousness.
"Waalaikumsalam," Almeera said indifferently.
She walked away and let her husband in. The first sight captured by Bara was certainly very piercing his heart. That small, puffed-up body looked so thin. Plus the breathing apparatus and his pale face made his heart unsettled.
Unbeknownst to Bara, Darren, Tari, Jonathan, Kayla and Almeera come out of the room. They seemed to give time for Bara to chat with his daughter in four eyes.Â
Bara began to step and then he sat himself in the chair beside the bed. Her big hand slowly held the palm of her daughter's hand and kissed gently.
"This is Papa, dear," said Bara with teary eyes.
Bia, the boy who turned out not to sleep was spontaneously stiffened. His eyes quickly opened to see if the person he was guessing was right.
"Father!" call Bia with a happy face.Â
"Papa's son." Spontaneous coals helped his daughter to sit down.Â
Then the father and son hugged each other to let go of the longing between the two. Bia tightly hugged her papa body. Then his head was placed on Bara's chest and felt the heart of the man he loved so much as thumping.Â
"Papa kangen," sheave Bara and kissed the head of her daughter.Â
"He's a miss too, Papa," said the boy with a faint smile.
Those little eyes closed. He was feeling the embrace of a figure who was greatly missed. However, actually behind the pain of the little boy, there was a thought that since yesterday filled his head.
"Where is sick?" asked Bara while releasing her embrace.
He sat his daughter on the bed and examined whether anyone was injured or not.
"Nothing, Papa." Bia shook her head. "Except here."Â
The second son of Almeera and Bara pointed to his chest. He patted his left chest and hit it slowly.
"Bia's chest is sick? Do you need Papa to call a doctor?" ask Bara with worry.Â
"Doctors alone can't treat Bia's wounds" he said with teary eyes.
"Can, Honey. The doctor has many ways to cure the pain of his patients," Bara comforted.
"But Bia's pain is different" he said with his eyes constantly staring at Bara's face. "It hurts because of Papa."
Bara surprised. The man looked at his daughter as if trying to figure out what her son meant.Â
"Papa?"Â
"Yes. It's all because of Papa!" bia said with a slightly raised voice. "Why should Papa get married again and give a new mama to Bia?"Â
Bara's heart is melting. The man looked at his daughter in disbelief. He was so surprised to see Bia being able to speak like that to him.Â
"Didn't you love Mama? Is Mama Meera less beautiful than papa's wife?" bia exclaimed with tears in her eyes.
"It's not like that, son. Papa's…"Â
"Bia's scared, Pa. The new mom is evil. The new mama's no good, but Papa gave it to Bia."
The man actually died a flea. He could not answer because his daughter's words seemed like a loud slap he got again from the words of his own son.
"Sorry" said Bara, looking down.Â
"He doesn't need to be sorry, Papa. Bia just wants Papa to vote!"Â
Bia's words made Bara raise her head. He looked at his daughter as if waiting for what his daughter would say.Â
"Papa chooses to leave the woman or Bia will follow Mama and Brother away from Papa's life."Â
