He gently stroked her lover's head and gave her the best smile. Honestly Adnan and Narumi are in a toxic relationship. Since long ago the man could not escape with this woman nearby.

Adnan really is already a bucin man in front of Narumi. The man always supported what his girlfriend was doing. Even if it hurt her heart, she accepted.
