The atmosphere of the nursery Narumi looked calm. Occasionally there was a sound of water gurgling from the bathroom because Jimmy was cleaning himself. As for Fadly, the man was already saying goodbye to going home. He couldn't bear to see how Bara kept clinging to his wife. 

Currently, the three humans who were sitting on the sofa were engrossed in their own busyness. Bia, a five-year-old boy was playing on his papa's phone. While Bara, he put his head on the thigh of the wife and asked to be rubbed so that he could sleep even for a while. 

Almeera refused. She understood for sure last night her husband was sleep deprived comfortably. Seen from a large eye bag indicates that Bara must not sleep properly.

Before long the sound of the door opening made Almeera's attention distracted. There, her brother already looked so neat and fresh. His clothes had even been changed and he put a paper bag containing dirty clothes on the floor near the sofa.

"I want to eat out, Ra. It's afraid the smell will bother you" said Jimmy, who opened Bara's eyes.

"Bargan, Brother. I'm hungry too" Bara said, starting to straighten up. 

The man went to the bathroom to wash his face and he went out and approached his wife and sister-in-law again. 

"Darling come!" 

"If I come along, who will take care of Narumi?" almeera asked, looking at the woman who was her husband's ex-wife sleeping.

His third voice was indeed made as slow as possible. They were afraid to wake Narumi who was asleep.

"He's conscious, Ra. It's big too. We just eat, right? So we stay a while" Jimmy explained.

Finally Almeera nodded. She started carrying the lunchbox she was carrying and started following her husband, son and brother out of there. They walked to the hospital garden, the four of them immediately sat under shady trees to enjoy the food brought by Almeera.

Deftly, the woman arranged her food. He also took it for his husband and brother and the last one poured a drink in the glass he brought.

"Eat a lot. Let you not get sick easily" Almeera advised.

"If it's too much, then Big Brother's stomach is like aki-aki, Ra. Fatty," said Jimmy as he stroked his stomach. 

Almeera. She hit her brother's shoulder which could always melt the atmosphere. 

"For Brother can be a little. Pity the singles later more and more do not practice if his stomach gedhe," quipped Almeera who made Jimmy roll his eyeballs lazy.

He is the laziest when associated with the word singles and married. He still wants to work as an agent. Enjoying his life and adventuring before he quits the world that endangers his salvation. 

"So why the hell, if asked marriage or girlfriend must be pouting?" almeera's question shifted closer to Jimmy.

"Sister still hasn't thought there, Ra," Jimmy said on the sidelines chewing his food. "Sister still wants to adventure. Work, play, make money and be free."

"But Brother must remember age. It's almost 40 years old" Meera said, with a nod of her head.

"Sister must be married. Just calm. You believe me, don't you, same brother?" 

Jimmy raised his eyebrows. He teased his sister so that Almeera's face would no longer worry about her fate. Actually, he knows, if all the family is worried about his life. Jimmy still wants to work.

He knows his job is dangerous. There's no way he's married before he's done all the work and out of the agent. He doesn't want to drag his wife and children into the world of agents. Therefore, let him work first then after all finished he will go out and get married.

And elsewhere. There were a pair of footsteps entering a room that looked so quiet. There was no one there, only a woman lying helplessly on the bed. 

The figure walked slowly closer to the patient's bed. His eyes stared at the woman. He lowered his head, kissed the forehead with a white bandage on it and made his originally closed eyes open.

"Darling," call Narumi with round eyes. "Why are you here?" narumi asked in panic, staring at her room.

"Calm down." Adnan held his lover's chest to stay asleep. He kissed the lips because of his love and his longing to be one. "I miss you." 

"I know, Adnan. But why are you coming here? If anyone sees it, how about it?" asked Narumi with a troubled face. 

"There's no one. Bara and the others were eating in the garden. So they will definitely be there for a long time" said Adnan who made Narumi a little more relieved. 

"How do you know?" narumi looked at her lover full of love. 

"I certainly followed him before coming here" Adnan said as he stroked Narumi's head. "Is this sick?" 

"Sure, but it hurts more if we lose the money mine, dear," Narumi said with a slanted smile. 

"Why are you so desperate? Honestly I was scared when I did that" Adnan said with great fear in his eyes. "Didn't I tell you to stand by the roadside, instead you ran in front of me!" 

"If I just stood up, I'm sure he'd be suspicious, honey," Narumi told Adnan.

"But you know how I felt at the time? When I saw for myself you ran towards the car I was driving and crashed, huh?" adnan exclaimed furiously. "I'm really afraid you're gonna leave me, Rumi!"

Tears were dripping down Adnan's cheek. He really remembered very well how the car he was carrying left his lover lying on the street. It feels like he wants to go down and save Rumi. But that's impossible. He immediately went and ran away before anyone knew if the one who hit his lover was himself. 

"Ustt, honey." Rumi held Adnan's hand. He kissed her to channel calmness. "I'm still here. I'm not leaving you alone. We'll get everything and then go!" 

"Thank you for holding on for me" said Adnan kissing her lover's cheek gently. 

I'm doing this for the money. I need money to live. If I lose Bara then my life will return to what it used to be, Narumi murmured inwardly. 

"What about the doctor?" ask Narumi to Adnan.

"Everything's sorted. I've already dealt with it. You have to pretend to be paralyzed. Don't forget," said Adnan who made Narumi widen his smile.

"You are the best, my dear. I love you." Narumi pulls his lover's head.

He kissed those lips and took a sip so wildly. It was very well received by Adnan. He misses Narumi so much that he forgets that they are still in the hospital. Without both of them knowing, since then there was someone who heard everything. 

His face was so tense with wide eyes when he knew the truth. He was completely shocked and could only slowly retreat and leave from there before the two people realized his presence.
