“Marcus Bolt? What are you doing here?” adriano asked suspiciously.

“How are you, Mr D’angelo?" greet Marcus. "You don't want to let me in?”

“Who is coming? ” Coco figure emerged from behind Adriano's strapping body. “Who is he?” the whisper was right in Mia's husband's ear. Coco continued to observe the man standing before her. The fixed gaze of the lover of Francesca, now fixed on the necklace that is circular around Marcus' neck. Coco felt like she had seen a similar necklace pendulum, but somewhere.

“Are you not going to let me in?” marcus repeated again, making Adriano even more suspicious and alert. He squinted and continued to try to guess who the real figure of Marcus Bolt he had visited when visiting the United States. The blue-eyed man to the point of ignoring the question from Coco.

“Go to Mia's room. Protect Mia and also Miabella,” Adriano's word slowly on Coco.

“Don't worry,” Coco retreated slowly with the look of her eyes constantly pointing at Marcus, then rushed towards Mia's room.

Adriano realized that he was alone on the front porch. His four men were scattered in every corner of the house and were examining objects that might be suspicious. He then closed the door and stepped out closer to Marcus until their faces were close together.

“Once again I ask, what are you doing here?” adriano's voice sounded deep and intimidated. "How do you know my address?"

“Gosh, can't you be a little sweet to me? I came all the way from America here,” Marcus said.

“Nobody asked you to come,” hiss Adriano. He did not carry a weapon at that time, which Adriano had only hands clenched and ready for him to push into the stomach of Marus Bolt, if the man dared to do anything against him.

“Is that how you thank me for everything I've done? I'm credited with giving you a lot of information about the assassins who killed Matteo de Luca,” Marcus still looks calm at the time.

“Alright, I say thank you. Now, tell me, where do you know my current position and what are you here for?” Adriano stood upright while puffing his chest.

“Of course I know from your men in Monaco,” replied Marcus lightly.

Adriano chuckled softly while folding both hands on the chest. “Marcus, you don't know me. I hate liars so much,” those blue eyes were sharply staring at Marcus. His violent aura appeared and felt so intimidating.

“What do you mean?” Marcus took a step back.

“My men keep reporting all the time. Until the last report I received, no one asked me about myself in Monaco. So, tell me where did you find out where I was?” Adriano.

Marcus was stunned. He then fell silent and grinned. The man then pulled something out from behind his thin white T-shirt. A necklace that Adriano remembered well, that it was the exact same thing that Thomas Bolton had worn. Adriano still remembers it when he first met the man. “That chalung ...” is furious.

“This is a multifunctional necklace, because it can also be used as a whistle,” Marcus holds a pendulum that is small and elongated tube-shaped. He blew on the little thing until a very slow sound was heard.

“What is it for?” both of Adriano's hands moved to grip the collar of the shirt worn by Marcus, so the man was interested. However, Marcus had not had time to give an answer, suddenly from the bush fence that surrounds Adriano's rental house, four dogs appeared American Pitbull type. The notoriously fierce dog galloped towards the blue-eyed man. In a hurry, Adriano wrapped her hand around Marcus Bolt's neck and pulled him inside the house.

As fast as lightning, he closed the door along with the ferocious dog that was about to jump towards him.

“Damn you! Have you been setting me up all this time?” his curse is loud. Tigre Nero's gang leader's hand was hurt, but that doesn't mean he's lost his powers. Adriano tightened Marcus' neck with an arm. “Who are you, asshole!” grunt Adriano firmly.

Instead of answering, Marcus blew the necklace pendulum once more. Before long, there was a loud impact on the side window. The glass also broke scattered along with the entry of the large dogs. The four dogs growled and grinned, showed their teeth and prepared to attack. From the top of the stairs, four men descended Adriano who was ready to cock the weapons. Before the animals hit, they first shot the four dogs to death.

“That's it, Jules!” adriano orders before running to the second floor to see the state of Mia and also Miabella. In a hurry, Adriano opens the door to her room and finds Mia hugging Miabella tightly. Coco stood guard beside the window. The curly-haired man was seriously observing something out there.

“Are you guys okay?” Adriano rushed up to Mia and grabbed the woman into her arms. Similarly, Miabella who also close her tiny body to Adriano.

“Do not be afraid, Principessa. I'll always protect you,” Adriano kissed the top of her little princess's head.

“Look at that, Adriano. Looks like your friend did not come alone,” pointed Coco towards the garden behind the rental house.

Adriano was forced to let go of his arms and looked at Coco's index finger. Seen there, dozens of men in black shirts wearing matching glasses and hats, surrounded the rented house he occupied.

“Adriano, what happened? What's out there?” mia asked with a trembling voice. The woman looked very frightened.

Adriano immediately turned his head and turned to the woman he loved most. “It's okay, Honey. It's just a small matter,” he said while smiling. As much as possible he should keep his wife and daughter safe.

“Do not lie to me,” said Mia full of emphasis. He knew that Adriano was covering something up from him.

“My dear,” Adriano calms Mia down by kissing her soft lips. “You'll be safe as long as you stay here with Ricci. Take care of Miabella. I will negotiate with those people,” he said as he stroked the wife's cheek.

Mia shook her head strongly. “No! I won't let you anywhere! Don't get out of here, Adriano! Please, stay with us,” prevent Mia quite firmly. His hands then coiled tightly around Adriano's waist.

“Calm, Mia. Nothing will happen,” Coco who was originally silent, helped persuade her future sister-in-law. "You just believe in your husband's ability" the man said.

“I can no longer afford to be away from you, let alone lose,” Mia started sobbing. He hid his face in Adriano's field chest. Seeing her mother crying, Miabella also smashed her lips. His gray eyes are round and beautiful, also glazed.

Seeing Miabella's look, Adriano recalled her nightmare last night. However, soon he brushed off that terrifying shadow. Although Miabella was not her flesh and blood, Adriano felt very attached to the little girl. “You'll be fine. I have promised the spirit of Matteo to always take care of you,”.

Adriano now turned to Miabella who was hugging her thigh tightly. “I promise to be back soon. After that, we will soon return to Monaco together,” slowly, he released the tiny hands that wrapped around his legs. Adriano then knelt down and hugged Miabella tightly. “You're as strong as your father, Principessa. Remember that. Later, you will carry on the big name Matteo de Luca,” whispered the gentleman. A moment later, Adriano let go of his embrace and stood up. “Is your gun fully loaded?” ask him to Coco.

“All is safe here,” Coco brandished the weapon she was holding, then returned watching out the window.

“Good,” Adriano kissed Mia's lips again, before rushing out of the room and locking her up. While Mia can only resignedly see the husband who has now disappeared behind the door. Adriano's goal is a workspace. He took two pistols and slipped them to the right and left sides of his waist. Not to forget, he also grabbed a beloved long-barreled rifle hanging on the wall. Wherever Adriano went, he always carried his gun. After all was complete, Adriano half ran down the stairs. Downstairs, the four men stood vigilantly around Marcus Bolt, who was already tightly bound in a chair, using a slap rope. “Is he not yet awake?” tanyakanya.

One of Adriano's men, Jules, came forward and slapped the man. Marcus remained motionless. “Still unconscious,” murmured Adriano after seeing the state of the American man.

“Do we have to wake her, Boss?” ask Jules.

“No need! Me ...” A loud knock on the door, cut Adriano's sentence just like that. Unasked, Jules moved a peek from the door hole. He then turned his head and shook his head at Adriano silently. Adriano then gestured for him to retreat and immediately take refuge.

A few moments later, the door was knocked back. This time, it was followed by a loud enough exclamation from someone out there. “Open the door! I just want to have a good talk with Mr Adriano D’Angelo!”
