"What's up, Damiano?" adriano asked as he answered the call from the old man.
"When are you going back, son? I mean you and Mia," Error Damiano.
"What's wrong? Is Miabella fussy?" ask Adriano again. His mind was immediately fixed on his beloved daughter.
"No, it's not that. Bella is playing with Marco's two sons. I just wanted to let you know that there's a delivery for you. I'm afraid it's something important and urgent" Damiano said.
"Oh, okay. After all, Mia and I were planning to go home first. We haven't bathed and changed clothes" Adriano said. After a short chat, he hung up his phone with Damiano. The blue-eyed man then re-entered the treatment room.
Inside, Francesca was sitting next to the bed. She had faithfully accompanied Coco ever since she entered the hospital. Francesca still looks moody. She was so full of seeing the peaceful face of the husband-to-be who was fast asleep on the treatment room bed. A few hours ago, the doctor made a thorough observation of Coco. Fortunately, because of the scars from intestinal surgery that he had been through, Coco was not torn, so Coco could be moved to the usual treatment room.
“Do you want me to bring you something, Francy? Adriano and I will go home first to Casa de Luca,” asked Mia softly as she gently touched the shoulder of her stepbrother.
“Please bring me a change of clothes, Mia,” replied Francesca slowly with a smile that impressed her to force.
“Good. You wait here first,” Mia's message that Francesca responded with just a soft nod. He looked at his half-brother until he disappeared behind the door with Adriano, then turned around and looked closely at Coco.
“Francy ... Francy ...” There was the sound of the muttering of the curly-haired man stammering. It seems like he is delirious. “Don't stay away from me, Francy,” the door is weak with eyes still closed.
“I'm here, Ricci,” said Francesca immediately welcoming Coco's raised hand and palpating the air. Grasping a palm that looks big and feels rough it. His muscles stood out under the skin of Coco's hands, plus some scuffed wounds that had dried up. “What are you really doing out there, Ricci?” francesca asked with half. “Why aren't you being honest with me?” sorry with lirih.
“Francy,” call Coco again while opening her eyes slowly. The man's brown eyes stared at meu to his future wife. “I'm sorry.”
“You can tell me everything, but you chose to lie,” Francesca said. A single tear fell on his smooth cheek.
“Because I know you won't let me go,” to Coco.
“Then, why do you keep forcing?” regret Francesca.
“By Theo, Francy. For justice for him. I will not stop looking for the perpetrators who have taken the life of Theo,”, Coco said weakly.
“Although it puts your life at risk?” francesca protests.
“Yes, Francy. Because it seems to me unfair if I continue to live in laughter, while the perpetrator of Theo murder still roams freely,” Coco said again.
“Come,” Francesca took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. “I really can't see you getting hurt. I just wish I could live quietly with you. That's it,” he said while lowering his face. "You keep thinking about Matteo who's not coming back. He wouldn't have cried and been hurt had you died in vain. While I'm not you think about it at all" Francesca said with Coco's demeanor.
“Oh, Francy.” Coco took her fingers out of Francesca's grasp, then touched the chin of her beloved whom she deeply loved. “I promise, this is the last time,” Coco said as she raised the beautiful face of her future wife.
“Then, how about our wedding which is only two weeks away if your condition is still this way?” francesca again.
“Don't worry, Honey. This is not a heavy wound. In a few days, I will have recovered and be able to carry you to and fro,” joked Coco.
“Ah, don't joke. I'm still mad at you. Especially if I imagine when you kiss with that redhead,” grumbled Francesca softly.
“Jeez, Babe. That's not at all what you think,” Coco argued. “If you knew the real situation. At that time, Monique was dying for saving me from a bullet. When she was dying, she wanted me to kiss her in return. I can't refuse because I owe him my life,” Coco explained again.
“Stay you kiss,” grunt Francesca while looking away.
“You are indeed very adorable when jealous like this,” without cue, Coco pulled Francesca's hand until the slender body approached her.
“Hei, Ricci! What are you doing. Remember with your recent injuries ...” Francesca's sentence stopped along with Coco who kissed and smelled her lips without permission. A hot kiss that is passionate and able to shed all the worries and fears of Francesca.
“I don't want to talk to you, Adriano,” Mia snorted.
“Please, Baby. Ii'm sorry. I know that I was wrong. However, I object if you punish me by silencing me like this,” woo Adriano again calmly.
“I just don't think about you guys. At times like this, you are still challenging danger. Though in two weeks we will hold the wedding of Francy and Ricci,” Mia's nagging.
“All will run smoothly and fine, dear. Trust me,” Adriano said back to teasing his wife with a wink.
“You're so annoying, Adriano. Is there you also kissing another woman?” A question that made Adriano open.
“I don't need to answer a question you already know the answer to,” Adriano said as she gently rubbed the woman's thigh next to her.
It felt like Mia would refuse Adriano's touch, but she couldn't do that. The blue-eyed man can always make it melt, even if only through the gaze. In the end, Mia did not talk much until Matteo's jeep arrived in front of the spacious courtyard of Casa de Luca.
On the porch of the house, Miabella was playing with Romeo and Tobiah. The little girl immediately stopped her activities when she saw Adriano get out of the car and opened the door for Mia. “Daddy Zio!” exclaimed the beautiful toddler who immediately poured into Adriano's arms. The man was ready in a half-squatting position to welcome the princess. “We just finished fishing,” his chatter with both hands coiled around Adriano's neck. “Mother, I got a big fish. I want mom to cook it for our lunch,” Miabella turns her attention to Mia who walks next to Adriano.
“What fish do you get, honey?” Mia smiled amusedly at the babbling of her daughter.
“Let's let grandpa show you. Now I want to help mom cook,” Miabella chirps again with a funny and adorable tone of speech.
“Let me down, Daddy Zio,” the door.
Adriano also immediately complied with the request of the princess. “We can't take long, dear. After lunch, you and I should go back to the hospital,”.
“Good. I'll cook for Bella,” said Mia. The couple separated. Mia heads to the kitchen, while Adriano greets Damiano who happens to be passing by there. The middle-aged man instantly stopped when he saw the figure of Adriano walking towards him.
“Ah, what a coincidence, Son. Earlier this morning Gianna and Juan Pablo visited here,” Damiano said as he walked over.
“Gianna? Tumben once he came here? What's up?” ask Adriano.
"Do you know that Mr. Moriarty is sick? Gianna wants you to see her for a minute" Damiano said. "In a moment, son," the man's message again, patting Adriano on the shoulder. He then walked to the fireplace that was attached to one with the wall of the middle room. On top of the fireplace there is a shelf made of marble. The shelves are arranged in such a way that they look very artistic. It was on the shelf that Damiano placed a brown envelope sent by someone. “You got a letter,” Damiano said as he grabbed the envelope, then gave it to Adriano.
“Letter? From whom?” Adriano received the envelope while frowning.
“I don't know either. The gatekeeper who brought this letter here. Open up, who knows what's important" Damiano advised.
It looks like there is the name of the sender,” said the man again.
“Alright,” Adriano then walked to the living room sofa, then sat there. Deftly, he tore off the side of the medium-sized envelope, then took out its contents in the form of a hand-written piece of paper.
Hi, how are you, my good friend? I hope you don't refuse if I ask you to meet me at the Trevi Hotel in Monte Carlo. Tomorrow night at eight o'clock. Greetings, Jacob.
“Hotel Trevi?” Adriano's Mumbles.
“What's up, Son?” asked Damiano who was standing there watching.
“Ah, it's okay, Damiano. This is just an invitation from an old friend,” Adriano replied while thinking deeply and trying to look ordinary.
