Rescue Mission

“I'm used to danger, Cedro. You do not need to worry,” said Carlo to calm the feelings of his best friend.

“I know you can do it, but this time it's different. From the information that I managed to obtain, Fedor is not actually a native organization from Italy. Reportedly they are a splinter of a large organization originating from Russia,” explained Cedro. The drowsiness in the man disappeared already, while serving a conversation with Carlo.

“Hm, this even becomes more interesting,” said Carlo while smiling widely before returning to show a tense look, when he realized that he had spent too much time in the place of his best friend. “Please. Give me any leads, because I really need your information. I promise not to do stupid things that can endanger the lives of anyone,” Carlo unceasingly persuaded that Cedro was willing to give him the information he wanted.

“Ah! Ben! Bene!” Cedro complained quietly. He knew that it would be difficult to refuse Carlo's harsh request. Cedro then turned around to leave his best friend just like that. Shortly thereafter, the man returned with a piece of paper containing an address. “This is their headquarters. A small seven-story apartment. All residents of the venue are Fedor members. Promise me that you'll be there just to look around."

“Yes, I promise," said Carlo reassuringly. "Grazie, Cedro.” The handsome tattooed man patted his best friend's shoulder slowly, before saying goodbye and exiting the simple house earlier. He returned to the motorbike and immediately forwarded it to the address given by Cedro.

Fifteen minutes was taken by Carlo, until he arrived in the northern part of Milan. The area is quite quiet, because there are only a few cars parked on the side of the road. The houses were small but neat, lined on the right and left sides of the road that Carlo passed through. The handsome man finally stopped in front of a whitewashed building that looked pitch-black. There's no lighting there. Not a single window in the room had lights on.

Of course it was very suspicious for Carlo, so he did not hesitate to contact Benigno and his men. Carlo was so convinced, that it was in that building that Miabella and Romeo were held captive. He contacted Benigno while sending the address of the suspicious building earlier.

In less than half an hour, the five black Ford mini trucks with windshields covered in bulletproof shields came hand-in-hand to the location that Carlo had sent them. In each car, several people sat in an open rear tub. The car that Benigno was driving was at the front. They all went down while taking out the weapons that had been hidden behind shirts.

Benigno approached Carlo. “So, how?” ask the plontos-headed man whose entire body is covered in tattoos, except on the face.

“They are small organizations. I just heard his name this time too. Did you find out about a group called Fedor, Benigno?” Carlo asked back.

“No. I never heard of it. Are they a new organization?” Benigno rubbed his slippery chin.

“I think so," said Carlo. "Look.” He pointed his index finger towards the pitch-black building in front of him. “I'm sure young master Romeo and miss Miabella are hidden there. According to my informant, all the residents of the building are members of the Fedor organization. I don't know what purpose they're playing around with the de Luca clan. Perhaps they did not know that de Luca was the oldest and most respected clan in Italy.”

“We just find out the answer now.” Benigno took out two suitcases containing long unassembled rifles. He skillfully unites each piece of his weapon into a perfect shotgun shape, then docks it. He also ordered all the men who had come to surround the building.

“You just focus on finding Miss Miabella and Mr. Romeo, Carlo. Other affairs let be our responsibility,” said Benigno gave direction.

“Good.” Carlo stepped closer to the apartment building as his phone shook. He saw Adriano's name on the screen. “Pronto,” reply.

“Master, I suggest you stay in Casa de Luca only. In a moment, I'll bring Miss Miabella home. I promise you, sir,” Carlo said. Boldly, he ended the call before Adriano could reply. Carlo loved and worried Adriano as much as a child to his father, so he did not want Adriano to go down in this battle directly.

Carlo resumed his steps, when Benigno and several men managed to get into the lobby. While half of the other men broke through the back of the apartment building earlier. Carlo walked behind Benigno with a look of alert eyes.

Inadequate lighting, making them have to be much more careful. “Aman,” said one of Benigno's men before climbing the stairs to the second floor.

“No. Not yet! I'm not sure,” denied Benigno stopped abruptly, then pointed a rifle that was equipped with a magazine bullet on a door. Benigno shot the door and the door next to him blindly.

Apparently, the trick worked. Everyone who stayed on the first floor, rushed out of the room and returned Benigno's fire. However, the man had already read their movements first, so he and his other men could directly strafe the people with bullets. The foreigners were exposed at about the same time.

“Be careful you! The occupants on the second floor will definitely retaliate!” exclaim Benigno warned. Again, the guess is correct. Everyone on the second floor had already stepped down and intended to avenge Benigno's actions. This time, it was Carlo who stepped up and took action. Before leaving, the handsome man carried a few grenades in his backpack. Carlo pulled out a grenade and threw it up the stairs filled with enemies.

The grenade exploded and scattered the people. A dense smoke surrounded Carlo. However, the man did not stop step by step towards the next floor, especially when he saw the corpses lying on the third and fourth floors. It was a sign that Benigno's men who passed the back lane had carried out their duties well.

The same is true for the fifth and sixth floors. Benigno's men had stood guard and made way for Carlo. When he was ready to take the stairs to the last floor, Benigno came with the men who continued to accompany from the ground floor. The man handed his automatic long-barreled rifle over to Carlo. “Let me carry your gun,”.

Carlo nodded and did as Benigno asked. After grasping the rifle, he again continued his full alert steps. However, when he arrived on the seventh floor, the top of the stairs was blocked using tables and chairs that were piled up, thus blocking his way to get to the last floor.

The man just grinned, then pulled out a grenade. Carlo took off his key, then threw the explosive into the small gaps between the slightly open tables. The grenade exploded, causing a tremor. Table chairs made of wood immediately scattered.

Carlo protected his face with both hands while continuing to move forward.

Behind him, Benigno along with dozens of people Tigre Nero's group was wary of guarding himself. However, when Miabella's personal attendant stepped onto the seventh floor, a giant pendulum made of iron fell from the roof and fell down the stairs until it was destroyed. Not only the seventh floor, the floor stairs below it was destroyed by holes. The giant circle-shaped iron pendulum finally stopped on the fifth floor stairs.

Reflex self-protecting, Benigno and all his men retreated and jumped to the floor below. Carlo is trapped on the seventh floor. I don't know what he's going to face there.
