“They came.” Oxana was terrified. “They will definitely kill me.” Spontaneously the girl pulled the sleeve of Carlo's shirt and gripped it firmly.
“Jeez, miss Miabella is still on the estate!” It was Carlo's turn to panic. “I'll call Dante.” The handsome man inched away, then pulled out his phone. He contacts Dante and tells the dog lovers to bring Miabella inside the main building.
“Contact Miabella's phone as well,” Coco's advice.
“I'm sure he didn't bring his phone, sir. That's the habit of the lady since taking care of the plantation,” explained Carlo.
“Gosh.” Coco scooped her face rough while thinking for a moment. “Good. Then, after this we move in different directions. I'll help Romeo at the gate and you just follow Bella,” Coco said. “While you are, Miss Miroslava. Be calm. You'll be fine,” he told Oxana as he pressed one of the buttons located on the bottom panel table of the large monitor. The button sends an emergency signal to every member of the de Luca clan across the Italian mainland.
After that, Coco pressed another button. The wall that was on Oxana's side slowly shifted to the side. The girl was getting increasingly scared, when she saw various types of weapons lined up neatly on the walls and large shelves. “You can use a rifle?” ask Coco to Oxana.
“Ti-no.” Oxana shook her head strongly. It was obvious that his fingers were shaking at that moment.
“Then stay here to hide,” his advice as he enters the weapon room and retrieves two pistols. Carlo himself chose one long-barreled rifle. “Only that?” Coco was astonished to see Adriano's foster child who only took one unit of weapons.
“I already have my own weapon, Sir,” said Carlo charming, then followed Coco left the secret room earlier.
“Until when am I here?” Oxana exclaimed as Coco was about to close the door.
“Until we come to pick you up,” replied the curly-haired man, along with the tightly closed door and locked from the outside.
In the hallway, Carlo and Coco walked in different directions. Carlo ran as fast as he could towards the plantation. He was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief when he saw Miabella talking to Dante and some plantation workers. “Nona!” call him.
“Carlo? What's up?” Miabella was astonished when she saw Carlo coming towards her while carrying a long barrel gun. “What are you carrying this for? You will only scare them,” protest the beautiful girl while pointing her hand towards the workers.
“What's the problem?” Dante, who was used to working in danger, immediately smelled something wrong there.
Carlo did not answer immediately. He came closer and whispered something to Dante. The dog-loving man nodded slowly, then just passed from there.
“Hei, Dante! Where are you going?” Miabella was more astonished to see the attitude of her two bodyguards. However, Dante did not seem to hear Miabella's question. He even moved quickly to his dog kennels.
“Carlo! You haven't answered my question!” the gray-eyed beautiful girl's intonation grew.
“Shortly, Miss. Let me ask you. How many workers are there here?” carlo asked ignoring Miabella's words.
“I think there are only about thirty people, because there is not much work for today. Why?” miabella asked confusedly.
“Then, please collect them all. I'll explain later,” said Carlo.
“Um, alright,” reply Miabella even though her mind is covered in question marks. However, the beautiful gray-eyed girl still did what Carlo told her to do. Not long after, all the workers who served that day, stood around the plantation owner and his guard.
“Has it gathered all?” ask Carlo slowly.
“Already. Then, how?” Miabella asked back.
“Now follow my steps. We will together enter the main house through the north hallway,” take carlo half exclaiming so that everyone can hear it clearly. With no one to argue, Miabella and the rest of the workers walked behind Carlo, then entered the hallway of the building one after another.
When everyone had entered, Carlo closed the hallway door and was about to lock it from the outside.
“Nona, just this once. According me. You are safer in the main building,” replied Carlo in such a calm tone.
“At least explain what happened!” miabella.
“Casa de Luca is under siege by a mysterious organization that once kidnapped young master Romeo. Meanwhile, that's all I can say, Miss.” Carlo hurriedly locked the door before Miabella could ask again. He then turned to the guardrail surrounding the plantation. There are two posts on each side of the border.
Carlo went to the outpost and ordered each of his guards to turn on the high-voltage electricity. After the entire circular iron fence was electrified, Carlo passed and joined Coco at the side gate of the plantation.
Back then, Coco was at the top of a steel tower that was purposely built to keep an eye on. Charles climbed up the iron ladder to reach the top post. Coco was wearing binoculars and pointing her forward. “What do you see, Mr?” carlo asked while standing beside Coco.
“Only a few vehicles containing multiple people.” Coco handed the binoculars to Carlo. The handsome man immediately used it. As Coco has said, in front of the side gate, there are several black SUV vehicles parked there. The cars were in a state of open doors, so it looks some people who are in it. They just sit there, sit around doing nothing.
“Isn't that weird, sir? They seem to be waiting for something,” Carlo murmured.
“While at the main gate, their friends have been wiped out by Romeo. It's impossible if they don't know it,” Coco replied.
“Then, what about those people? Are they not going to attack?” Carlo's getting more astonished.
“We just wait. Especially soon the clan members will come,” Coco replied casually. He even had time to reach a pack of cigarettes from the pocket of jeans and thrust it to Carlo.
Miabella's bodyguard took a stick, then ignited it. He clamped the burning cigarette using his lips, while his hands were busy operating binoculars. “Oh view, Sir. De Luca clan troupe has arrived,” point.
Coco took the binoculars from Carlo's grasp, then returned to watch. Seen motorcade dozens of sports sedans in black, then move around some SUV cars earlier. The enemy vehicles are surrounded. However, there were still no signs of resistance. “This is so weird. Carlo, try to get to them. I will protect you from above if they act recklessly,” Coco said while still using her binoculars.
“Good, Mr.” Without wasting any time, Carlo immediately went down the stairs and rushed towards the side gate. The atmosphere felt so tense when he got there. The entire clan members who were on guard and making circular barricades, seemed to take a wary stance. Each of them was also ready with a gun in the right hand. While the men in the SUV car was just out when he saw the figure of Carlo walking into the middle of the barricade.
“Good morning by noon, gentlemen,” greet one of those mysterious people. His Italian sounded so stiff in Carlo's ears.
“You want what you guys here for? Your friend is finished at the front gate. You're the only ones left here,” exclaimed Carlo.
“We had absolutely nothing to do with the people at the front gate,” the man replied, making Carlo frown.
“We came without Czar's knowledge,” continued the man who seemed to be a long way above Carlo.
“Czar? The one who ordered to kidnap the young master and was about to take over the de Luca clan?” carol Carlo.
“Pardon Czar's stupidity, Sir. He does not know who he is dealing with,” the man said as he walked forward to approach Carlo.
Suddenly, the clan members surrounding them instantly took up arms and pointed them at the man.
“Wait!” Carlo raised a hand as a gesture for the clan members to hold back for a moment. “Let's hear what he said.”
The man smiled meaningfully while looking at Carlo's handsome face fixedly. “Finally we found you, Sir,” he said later. The man acted half-bending, as if saluting Carlo.
“Who are you? I don't understand what you mean!” jolt Carlo.
“The knife folds your father's relics, enough to reveal who you really are, Mr. Karl Mikhailov,” replied the man calmly and flatly.
