Doctor Brian knocks his finger, he is still focused on seeing his computer that displays the results of Ana's last X-ray. Then, He sighed heavily and looked at Ana.

"The volume of trapped air is getting more and more, you have to undergo surgery immediately, before there is a tension ptx." Doctor Brian said.

Ana nods, she knows her condition, if it continues to delay the operation, it is not good for her.

"Yes, I'm going to have surgery soon, besides my guardian has also signed a letter of approval for the operation."

"Will she be your guardian?" Ask Doctor Brian while looking at Rachel's stomach which has been seen bloated.

"Ah yes, he will be my guardian, he's my brother." Answer Ana.

"Sister? Ah cousin sister you mean."

"He's my step-sister." Ana.

"Farhan's remarried? I mean, your dad married again? Well, I didn't know it was happening, but you're okay, right?" Ask Dr. Brian who seems surprised by the old news.

"Hm, it was difficult at first, but uncle could see for himself, me and my half-sister looked very familiar right?" Ana said, doctor Brian nodded and smiled.

"But why didn't you tell your father or Kenan?"

Ana showed her a smile,

"Uncle must know, I wouldn't have possibly told them."

"Ck, your nature is very similar to that of your late mother. Don't do that, don't be like your mother, at least you'll have to live longer. " Said doctor Brian.

"Because I'm his son, of course our nature will have a lot in common."

Doctor Brian breathed again,

"Your mother was a good friend of mine, she was already like a sister to me, seeing her die under my care, it made me feel disappointed in myself. Marina, she doesn't want kidney transparency surgery because she doesn't want to live with her kid's kidney that's suffered in an accident, she seems to know that one day your pneumothorax will recur."

Ana smiled bitterly at him, her mother had never told anyone about her illness. His late mother always endured her own pain, going to the hospital to wash her own blood. Just like her current self, the fruit would indeed not fall too far from her tree.

"Ana, for uncle— you are uncle's own nephew. So, uncle will try his best for your operation. Uncle has an acquaintance in the cardiothoracic surgery department, he's an expert doctor in his field, uncle will ask him to be your surgeon." Doctor Brian said.

"Thank you, uncle." Ana.

"Are you going to set the date yourself or do you want to ask me for advice?"

"If I were to determine the date myself, surely the one who would win would be the advice of uncle." Ana.

"Yes, you're right. What about the day after tomorrow? Are you ready? The sooner it'll be the better for you."

"I'm not sure, but I'll work on it." Answer Ana.

Doctor Brian looked at Ana with a concerned smile.

"After surgery, you'll also have to stay in the hospital for five or seven days."

Ana nodded, though,

"During the treatment it is likely that the chest tube will be placed between the lungs and the ribs, but it will not be long."

Ana lowered her head, she bit her lower lip, imagining herself having to use such a tool again, it felt really sad.

Looking at her half-sister who was bowing her head, Rachel slowly grasped Ana's hand, giving her support and spirit.

"All will pass, I believe you can definitely get through all this brother. You have to be spirit." Rachel.

"Sister, did you call Ana if we were going to have lunch at her restaurant?" Alex asked Ray who was sitting next to him.

"Sister." Call Alex who's still waiting for Ray's answer.

"Shush." Ray.

"Oh yeah, I haven't seen Brother Yohan in a long time, where is he?" Ask Alex.

Ray sighed, his ears ringing at Alex's incessant babbling.

"Sister Yohan? You think he's your brother? Are you gonna call everyone like they're your family?"

"Well, you're my only brother, second to none in the world, you're the best." Alex said with a big smile as usual.

"He's doing his job." Ray.

"Who? Assistant Yohan? It must be a company problem. You work so hard, brother! You are the most deserving in that position." Said Alex.

"You think Yohan works for the company, she's my personal assistant, she just does the work for me, not the company. He works for my personal interests, not my mutual interests."

"Gee, it's appropriate that he always calls you master sir, and follows you wherever you go. You also have a lot of faith in him." Said Alex.

Ray saw the car glass inside, there was a secretary Yuna like she was watching him and listening to his conversation at all times. Ray smiled at him looking at it.

"But feet, aren't you afraid that Yohan's assistant betrayed you?" Ask Alex.

Hearing that question, Ray's inner voice said, you're good at Alex, you throw a good bait.

Ray was still staring at the glass of the car, he could clearly see Yuna's expression as if waiting for an answer from her.

"Okay, I think about it sometimes. But, whoever dares to betray me, I will not forgive him. If he dares to stab me in the back, then I will repay him a thousand times over, I will make sure his life is ruined until he has no desire to live again."

Ray said that with a straight forward look, but it just seemed, in fact he was staring intently at someone sitting in front of him, Yuna's secretary. The woman who had fooled Ray by bringing false evidence that Yohan's assistant was a traitor.

Ray knew, this woman in front of him wanted to get rid of Yohan's assistant from his side. But, for now Ray will just be quiet. She will pretend not to know, until she finds out what the reason Yuna's secretary did this to her.
