Ana's taxi stopped in the main lobby of the central Onse hospital. After paying for a taxi, Ana gets out of the taxi and walks into the hospital.

His gaze swept across the entire waiting room area, looking for Rachel, but the woman he was looking for did not seem to have come yet.

Ana picks up her phone to contact Rachel, when she sees a notification of Ray's incoming message. The girl smiled and opened her message.

Call me, if you've reached destination~

Ana widens her smile as she reads the message, then she moves her hand to send Ray a reply.

"Code blue's. Code blue's. ICU Code blue."

Notifications for the blue code team echoed throughout the hospital, everyone in the ER section was also focused on the blue response code notification team, it said, including Ana who had stopped her hand to send a message.

As Ana refocused on her phone, some people seemed jostled to make way for the blue code patients were being carried in hospital pushcars.

The curious nature of human instincts, made some people behind Ana urge to see what happened.

The actions of the curious people made Ana's body pushed forward, until she accidentally collided with one of the blue code teams carrying a defibrillator.

And even worse, because the one who hit him was in a hurry and ran, it made them collide quite hard.

Ana fell backwards, her back head hit the hospital floor, the impact was not hard enough. But, after that impact, his brain seemed to signal to his long-lost memories.

His body that was pushed and then the impact on his head and the crowd of people who approached him, all the events that he was currently experiencing seemed to have experienced before.

Ana's like having de javu.

In her flashback memories, someone suddenly pushed her, making Ana fall backwards, then hit her head on the asphalt of the highway. And when he tried to get up, a car from the right side of the road hit him, after it was all dark, he could only hear the voices of those who were running towards him, just as they are today.

Ana could hear but her eyes could not be opened.

"Sir Ana!"

That voice, Ana wanted to hear Rachel's voice, she wanted to say if her breathing was tight and her chest was painful. But he could not move his body. Then, slowly darkness enveloped Ana, rendering her completely unconscious.

"Sir Ana!" Rachel is seen shaking Ana's body while crying hysterically.

Shortly after, the medical team arrives, and takes Ana to the ER.

The doctors and nurses started doing first aid to Ana. While Rachel still looks hysterical with what might happen to her stepbrother.

Several minutes s*before~

Rachel has just entered the hospital, she takes her phone to contact Ana, but the girl does not pick it up, until she finally sees the crowd near the waiting room, Rachel approached with a cellphone that was still contacting Ana, that's when she saw a cellphone lying on the floor near the crowd, the phone screen was lit, her name was on the phone, at that moment, too, she knew right away that it was Ana's cell phone.

When Rachel's body felt limp, she broke through the crowd and saw Ana there, her half-sister unconscious.

Seeing Ana unconscious on the hospital floor, the initial thought that flashed through Rachel's head was tension ptx.

"No, this is impossible! Brother! Brother Ana." Rachel continued to cry roaring, some of the nurses who helped her calm down also looked overwhelmed by the pregnant woman.

"Doctor Brian." Rachel muttered, she just remembered, she had to tell Dr. Brian about Ana's current state.

"What do you mean by Dr. Brian?" Asked one of the nurses who was helping him win himself.

"Ptx, he's suffering from ptx." Rachel said in a sobbing voice.

The nurse widened her eyes and ran straight to the room where Ana was being handled. The nurse seemed to tell Ana's condition to the doctor who handled the girl.

Rachel who felt she could not stay still, she ran to Brian's doctor's room, no matter the content, she continued to run.

Only Brian's doctor knows Ana's condition completely, so it's Brian's doctor who might be able to quickly deal with Ana's current condition, that's what Rachel thinks.

Rachel went straight into Brian's doctor's room without knocking on his door, without a second thought, she immediately pulled the middle-aged doctor towards the ER section.

"What's this about? Wait, aren't you Ana's half-sister?" Ask Brian's doctor.

"Sir Ana, he— my doctor please, quickly go to the ER section, sister Ana— she is unconscious!" Rachel said with breathless breath.

Without waiting any longer, Brian's doctor immediately ran to the ER section, until there he immediately took over the handling, he explained to the ER doctor with a busy hand examining Ana.

While Brian's doctor breathed a sigh of relief, but the panic still enveloped him, he took his cell phone and contacted the ICU to prepare the premises.

"Take him to the ICU." Dr. Brian's orders to the medical team who took care of Ana.

"Use the ambu pouch to help with her breathing." He said again, the nurse who took the part nodded.

The hospital safe that Ana used was pushed to the ICU, Rachel who did not know Ana's exact condition was getting panicked. The pregnant woman approaches Brian's doctor to ask what happened to Ana.

"Doctor." Call Rachel.

Doctor Brian turned his head and paused for a moment, he looked at Rachel heartily.

"Not a ptx tension, I'm so grateful. But, hearing an explanation from the medical team who handled it earlier— they said, Ana was unconscious because she collided with one of the blue code teams. The bad news, it looks like his chest cavity was formed by a defibrillator carried by the blue code team, his head was also injured, but fortunately it was a minor injury, not a big deal." Doctor Brian said.

Rachel exhaled, she was a little relieved to hear that.

"But, he'll be fine right?" Ask Rachel again.

"I can't say for sure, at this time he needs intensive care, the medical team will check his condition first, if possible, will be immediately carried out surgery."

Rachel poked her eyes back, she closed her mouth in disbelief.

"I suggest you call Ana's family, at least tell her husband, I know Ana is married, wouldn't it be better if her husband knew her current circumstances. You also can't stay next to Ana, because you're pregnant like this, if you take care of her, it could harm your baby too. Ana must not want anything to happen to your baby because of her." Doctor Brian said, he patted Rachel on the shoulder briefly, then went to the ICU.
