"Why can't you?" Ray asked who only saw Alex silent.

Ray had never seen this man in front of him become silenced with such a frustrated face before. Alex who always displays his smile, now like a different person.

"I don't know if I should tell you the real reason or what's in my heart?"

Ray breathed his heavy breath,

"Combining the two reasons it— is not something bad." Answer Ray.

Alex raised his face, looking at his brother.

"What is the real reason and what is the reason you feel in your heart, comparing the two reasons, maybe you can find a gap for a solution there." Said Ray.

"The real reason is, I'm still not ready to get married, I think it's something that I'm hard to live with, I'm still immature and learn a lot. Then, the reason in my heart, I don't want to hurt her by forcing her to marry me, because I think she likes other men." Said Alex.

Ray turned his back to Alex, his gaze directed out the window of the fifteen-floor building.

"So so. You were at first silent to cover it all up, because you weren't ready to accept the reality. But the truth is, your heart still has a sense of responsibility, it's just that it shows up at the wrong time."

Now that Alex is sighing, the memory of that night comes back to his memory, where Rachel and Yohan seem to laugh together.

"When she's pregnant, I feel better shut up and pretend I don't know. But, when I saw the boy, I felt something else. It's just, I always thought that I wasn't a good person for him. And I think it's true, there's someone else better for her." Said Alex.

"He's close to another man?" Ask Ray who still doesn't understand.

"Is that not obvious to you? Assist Yohan and Rachel." Alex lirih.

Ray was fixated on hearing it, right, it was a word that appeared in his head. He also recalled where Yohan and Rachel had looked so close lately.

"But that doesn't mean there's a special relationship between them." Said Ray.

"I don't know that, brother can ask Yohan's assistant directly. For now, I need some time to think. But, I make sure if this matter won't affect the family's good name, I promise." Alex said with confidence.

"I don't need that Alex, everyone who knows doesn't need that either. All we want is for you to confess to Rachel and find a solution together." Advice Ray.

Alex rubbed his face in despair,

"Sister, trust me. Give me some time."

"Until when?! Until you regret and continue to feel guilty?!" Ray yelled at the way his sister thought.

"Get him and admit all your mistakes, at least you confessed and apologized to him." Said Ray.

Alex is silent.

"Alex!"

"Yes, I understand." Pause.

"I'm sorry if I forced you, but this is the first step that will make you feel grateful in the future."

Alex nodded lethargicly,

"Hm, then excuse me." Alex said without looking at his brother, he left the room.

Ray massaged his temple when he saw that the door of the room had closed. So, it's like taking care of a sister. In his heart, he was very angry with Alex, but considering that Alex was his sister, inexplicably his heart suddenly died down and wanted to understand Alex's situation.

Yohan walks into the company building after giving Ray's laptop to a member at the headquarters he had contacted earlier.

Ray's personal assistant now enters the executive elevator to the fifteenth floor.

When the elevator opened, Alex was waiting in front of the elevator door.

The two of them met face to face for quite a while, the flat look of the two men was indecipherable, what they were actually saying in each other's minds.

Alex and Yohan, as if they were telepathizing each other.

"You once said, if you don't care about my life. But, how can you tell this to Ray's brother?" It was a satirical expression for Yohan who started walking out the elevator.

Yohan halted her steps, kept quiet, and then turned her head slightly to Alex who was opposite to her.

"You think I gave you that video? I told you, if this problem you're making is making me and Mr. Ray difficult." The answer then goes back to walking.

"So it wasn't you? Then who?" Ask Alex.

"Ck, you like to keep people from walking quietly. I don't know, we're investigating him. You, if there's someone you remember contradicting you, tell me. Maybe that helps a little." He said then completely passed away leaving Alex still silent.

The man seemed to think with what Yohan said.

Someone who might be his enemy, someone who put the camera down secretly.
