Josh stared at Alexa's stooped back in the hospital toilet sink. Nausea and vomiting that he experienced was seen to complicate the mother of his fetus. Want Josh to come closer to just massage his nape hoping to relieve his nausea but he knows that Alexa will not like his actions.

The hospital employee's toilet door did not close because Alexa vomited to remove all the contents of the breakfast she had just consumed a few hours ago. Food that has been a few days is difficult to swallow because it has to come out immediately when feeling the turmoil from inside his stomach.

It has been more than a week of nausea and vomiting often experienced so severe. But before it didn't torture him that much. Previously he was still able to eat even if only a little. And the nausea this time was really severe, his body instantly suffocated.

Josh who was looking at her could not bear to move closer as Alexa lost her balance after seeing Alexa almost staggered after coming out of the toilet.

"We're going to the doctor's office!" Said Josh without much thought directly carrying the body limp Alexa.

Alexa herself who has been weak power not much protest. He just resigned because he was weak to feel unable even just to make a sound. Suddenly he wrapped both arms around Josh's neck spontaneously though not too tightly can at least prevent him from falling from Josh's sling.

Josh ran frantically to the obgyn specialist's room on the second floor. The gazes of the doctors and nurses who bowed a lot saluted him. Josh seemed unconcerned, in his mind now immediately bring the woman in his carrying it immediately to the doctor's room.

Alexa feels warm inside Josh's chest. As if knowing that the baby is longing for the smell of his biological father. Alexa was even seen sleeping in her cradle that no longer felt nausea or want to vomit as before. Even he had a chance to breathe the scent of Josh's body that seemed to calm him.

"Sir director?" Said Dr. Mira who is the obgyn specialist chosen by John. Josh immediately laid Alexa's body on the examination bed in the room of the obgyn specialist doctor was panicked because there was a fainting patient who was carried by the director of the hospital.

Initially, Mira's doctor did not know who the patient was being carried by the hospital's chief director. Because unlike usual the director is willing to carry a patient especially a female patient if not the closest person.

Though there is no gossip means anything that is reported about the director is close to anyone. Only the news of his twin brother is always reported close to different women. Although all of that is just cheap gossip so that their news sells on the market. Who does not know the Alensio family in this country.

When Josh laid Alexa's body on the bed, everyone was pensive to see Alexa who looked asleep with both arms that continued to slide tightly around Josh's neck without letting go.

Josh, who realized that, stared at Alexa with soft eyes. Doctor Mira looks awkward to see the atmosphere. His mind began to wander over his brain as he looked at the strange sight before his eyes. He was wrong to see what the couple thought.

"Alexa!" Calling Josh gently made Alexa just fall silent without reacting. He even more grinned his face into the chest of Josh's field that felt warm and comfortable. Josh's face even reddened in shame to see the reaction of Alexa who was still asleep.

"Looks like miss's tired." Doctor Mira's comments saw that already more than fifteen minutes two lovebirds seemed silent.

"He had just been nauseous and vomited until his body had fallen into a limp." Josh answered trying to shake off his awkwardness.

"Is there no cure to reduce nausea?" Josh's question was still in the same position, his arm held tightly by Alexa who was still asleep and looked comfortable.

"While there is also it can not prevent not severe nausea to weakness. It is better to make the lady feel comfortable so as not to nausea and vomiting to limp in his body." Answer doctor Mira. Josh himself is suddenly stupid and knows nothing about the science of pregnancy even though he is also a doctor. That's not the field thing. There is no way the director brought a fainting patient into his room that has been manifestly a doctor of obgyn specialist if the woman was not pregnant.

Generally people will bring the ER if they see an unknown person fainting. But the director immediately took him to his checking room. That means the patient he was carrying was pregnant. Seeing that her stomach has not been seen to bulge, Mira's doctor can guess that the woman's pregnancy is still entering the first trimester stage.

"She's my sister's wife." Josh replied, with a heavy heart. In the corner of his smallest heart somehow there is a little regret saying it which means his brother is the father of the fetus Alexa.

"Oh sorry..yes?" Doctor Mira's brain can digest Josh's speech. Instantly he immediately remembered that he had an examination appointment with the first young master Alensio which meant that it was the elder brother of the main director.

"I'm sorry, director. Sorry. once again forgive me for being so presumptuous. Sorry." Doctor Mira repeatedly bowed her body feeling guilty. Doctor Mira's panicked voice made Alexa who slept open her eyes slowly. His face was immediately shocked to find himself in the arms of someone whose scent made him comfortable.

Suddenly Alexa immediately looked up at the face of her future husband but Alexa immediately frowned when she saw the doctor's suit she wore like her future husband. Alexa spontaneously pushed the body away from him making Josh jerked in shock.

Josh who was not ready with the encouragement of Alexa almost fell. Thankfully, his reflexes were good. He immediately anticipated the situation so that he did not fall behind the shameful despite having a little bed edge makes Alexa inevitably back forward hit the chest field Josh again.

"Aww." Complain Alexa holding his forehead that hit hard chest muscled belonging to Josh.

"Sorry." Josh said seeing Alexa in pain and it all did not escape the view of doctors Mira was anxious with their behavior. But he immediately dismissed all bad thoughts about the two.
