John stepped out of his seat as he watched Alexa's eyes twitch after a long sleep after being moved out of intensive space. John smiled broadly as Alexa looked at him fixedly. Maybe he's judging that he's his twin brother. Although John felt a sense of dislike that infiltrated his heart.

"You awake?" John asked softly which Alexa answered immediately with a big smile when she knew who this man before her was. The man who has been her lover for two years. Her husband-to-be.

"You coming?" Alexa's question sounds weak.

"Sorry. I'm busy taking care of work out of town." John replied feeling guilty still trying to show his smile.

"Thank you for coming." Alexa's weak speech makes John's heart feel guilty. Although he was sick for some time because of the shock of knowing the affair of his future wife and twin sister, but John regretted choosing to hide.

"You need anything? You slept too long, did you eat? Let me bribe?" John said with a crowd. Alexa smiled at John's voice as before, showing them nothing had happened. And that means he doesn't know about the biological father of his fetus yet.

"Why?" John asked frowning astonished to see Alexa even smile.

"Can." Alexa answered while nodding her head weakly.

John smiled at Alexa's reaction. He also helped Alexa sit carefully, however Alexa was only aware of the critical period. Must doctors say it is better, Alexa must rest a lot and do not think too much. Or something unwanted will happen.

"Aa.... " Say John gave Alexa an example to open her mouth while offering a porridge specially ordered for patients.

Alexa opened her mouth even though she could not be as wide as usual because she still felt her body was weak. The porridge food also goes into the stomach of Alexa which he received well. But already half of the portion Alexa already feel his stomach full. John did not insist, the doctor said as long as he could eat properly the state of Alexa and the fetus would be fine.

"Then, what if I said I didn't accept that fetus you'd abort it? And do you want me to be the worst man in the world for wanting to abort that innocent fetus?
