The twins Alensio

The twins Alensio
Chapter 67

Until midnight, Josh had not left his study. He was researching the results of an operation report that was alleged to be malpractice by the patient's family. Moreover, the report was not fully finished because it was made impromptu. The entire team of doctors who operated on the deceased patient had also not returned home. They had to make a report about the emergency operation they were doing earlier.

More than eight hours of operation they had. It could be imagined that feeling tired, annoyed and sleepy was so dominating them. Josh doesn't want to know about all that. Although he was also tired and sleepy, his eyes had to stay awake to find the part where the doctor's team was wrong in the operation.

Josh thought how it was possible for the patient's family to say the alleged malpractice was simply because the surgery failed and the patient died. Actually there is nothing strange about the patient, the patient was in a severe accident that had to be done surgery because of a critical condition.

Actually, the consent of the family already exists that contains the family approving the operation whatever the risks that occur after the operation the family must be prepared with any risks that occur. But somehow the team of doctors looks convoluted when Josh asks for a family approval letter. For reasons not to keep it or not yet found.

Josh let out a long and heavy sigh, glancing at his watch already showing at one in the morning. I don't know why he missed something, but he doesn't know what. Until he finally decided to go to the hospital cafeteria that was open twenty-four hours to ask for coffee to stay awake.

The hospital hallway looked quiet even though only a few people passed by in the hallway. Josh frowned on his way to the cafeteria. He had completely forgotten something but he did not remember what it was about. Even everyone who greeted like a doctor and nurse was ignored. His mind was still thinking of something his brain had forgotten.

"Director!" Greet the canteen owner who already knows Josh.

"Good night sir." Greet Josh back with a polite smile.

"Slow sir?" Ask the canteen owner.

"Yes sir." Josh answered briefly while taking out his wallet. Somehow he still felt a bad feeling, something was forgotten.

"Please sir!" Said the middle-aged man of the canteen owner because it was night he himself did not see his wife who usually helps in the morning only a young man he guessed was the middle-aged man's son.

"Thank you sir." Josh answered with a piece of red money.

"Some time, sir." Said the man about to take his change.

"For the father." Josh smiled kindly.

"Thank you, thank you. May they always have health. My wife always said that you always give more money. Thank you, sir."

Deg

Josh froze when he heard the man's words.

"What did you just say?" Josh's question suddenly made the man shocked in fear.

"My-me..."

"Pronounce once again what you said last time!" Josh urged in a cold voice terrified the man at the sight of Josh's suddenly changing demeanor.

"Thank you, thank you. May they always have health. My wife ..."

"Oh my God..." Josh's frown cut off the frightened man's words. However Josh is the hospital director, he does not want to be expelled for making mistakes.

"Thank you sir, thank you." Josh said enthusiastically while greeting the man who stared in astonishment just nodding uncomprehendedly but he only followed the enthusiasm of Josh who initially thought scolded.

Josh immediately left the cafeteria with a smile continuously imprinted on his lips. Even Josh had never shown that smile during his time working in the hospital owned by his extended family. Josh half ran hastily towards his room without returning the greetings of everyone who came across him.

Josh's breath was heard as he continued to smile and reach for his phone at his desk. The coffee he brought forgot to be gulped was simply put on the desk because his phone is more important now.

But more than three calls were made, no answer from the phone number was contacted. Josh frowned at the wonder what was wrong with the phone of the person he contacted, that was how he thought in his mind.

When glancing at the seconds of the digital clock on the corner side of the screen of his phone makes Josh suddenly pat his forehead.

"It is not appropriate to lift. You think it's what time Josh you call someone in the early hours, of course he's asleep." Guman Josh smiled foolishly considering how stupid he was.

Josh decides to type a message to send.

'Sorry, my job is not done yet. So, I can't go home tonight. Excuse me. I'm sorry.' The content of Josh's message along with emotions of regret and apology make Josh smile himself reading the message. Even he has a new lifetime today just sent a message to a woman who is none other than his wife who he forgot since after dinner.

"sorry. I forgot about you." Guman Josh felt guilty. Because his work that takes his mind and time makes Josh forget that he is married even though only two days is not more precisely two and a half days.

Alexa sat restlessly in front of the apartment's living room watching television. No, more precisely the television that watches Alexa because of its concentration in watching television is crazed. Her eyes constantly glancing at the wall clock has shown ten o'clock at night making Alexa anxious because she never saw the return of her husband.

Although her husband said not necessarily going home tonight. Alexa still hopes her husband comes home because after all this is the first day she lives in the apartment. And now alone, instead of scared Alexa but somehow she wants to always be with her husband. Perhaps due to the hormonal factors of her pregnancy, her fetus wants to always be close to her biological father.

Alexa also repeatedly glanced at the screen of her phone hoping there would be a message or call from her husband. But the instant she remembered not having kept her husband's mobile number made her look miserable. He sat back and watched television, but his mind remained unfocused. Until somehow at what time Alexa was asleep on the sofa living room with the television is still on watching her.
